Very friendly, helpful courteous service. They have very reasonable prices. You can buy parts or cars. You can even sell your car here. It s amazing!

Flat Rock has a huge selection and fair prices. These operations can be kind of gruff, but not here. Miller had the patience of Job, handling crazy questions from callers (one even asked him to locate a part at another yard which he did to help them). They had my part (an entire bumper assembly) pulled and to me in short order, and the condition was as described. So, highly recommended!

When you call them they tell you they have the part and then you drive all the way there. They don't have the part then when you have them to deliver it they never show up and then when you call them they say sorry we don't have it and the owner is very rude and disrespectful

Brought two rims, thought both were good. One was bad, tried to take it back to be swapped. They swore i was swapped the unique 20 black rim. I told them i didnt see the damage till i took it to my tire guy. I didnt want to return it, i just wanted to swap it. Idc bout not returning or any of that, i mean come on its a junkyard. The manager hits me with IF YOU BUY RIMS FROM A JUNKYARD THAN YOU SHOULD PAY DOUBLE how are you gonna disrespect me after i spent my money with you. I agree with him now, never will spend my money there or let someone go.

The ladies at the desk are quick and courteous. They had exactly what I need for a good price. Had one of the guys pull my part for me I never even had to go out the yard they brought right to my vehicle. Would highly recommend!

Worst junk yard I ve ever been to. It s one of those places that will go get your part for you but their version of getting the part for you is ripping it off the car with a sledge hammer don t recommend.

Was looking to purchase a part. Called twice in one week (Monday and Wednesday) just to clarify I was coming to get the part in person.I was informed part would be $225. When I arrived, they claimed that no one had spoken with me about the part, and that it would cost more than I was told. I couldn't take my tools to get my part. So I just left. (Never have I been to a salvage yard when you can't pull your own part.) Totally unprofessional, would not recommend at all.

While the service is good. The parts are not. I was told the part was guaranteed to work. My mechanic just called to say it doesn t work at all. We should have just spent the extra money to purchase new.

Very poor customer service.I called to check on two parts I ordered, which was One rear bumper cover and one Quarter Panel.Two days had passed and I was wondering what the status was. As soon as I call, a lady picks up and mumbles something and then I am immediately on hold for almost 10 minutes. She then gets back on the phone and I politely greet her and I tell her that I am calling to check on two parts that I ordered and to see what the status was. She then starts to laugh hysterically like she had lost her mind. I pause and hear her having side conversations in the back. She comes back and says she doesn't know anything about it. (At this point, I realized this was some Degenerate behind the phone because I never even told her what parts i was referring to or what dealership I was calling from) This is when i revealed to her that I am calling about a certain quarter panel and rear bumper cover for a Subaru. That's when she says that we don't have the rear bumper. I ask her again so whats the status of the quarter panel. She says " I don't know, I tried to ask them and they just looked at me and walked away" Then she started to laugh again. I proceeded to tell her to go ahead and cancel the order then and have a nice day. She says "Ok Bye" and i disconnected the phone.I will never again do business with Flat Rock Auto Parts, even if they are the only ones to have a certain part I need. I would rather go and buy the same exact part from across the country and pay double for shipping then spend a dime here. Time is money and they completely wasted my time.

Flat rock has been around for awhile now and has always came through when I needed a part great prices to compared to other options especially when you are in a budget

Best salvage parts store in middle Tennessee. I get all my parts from them or through them. I also paid great cash prices two used cars.

Had trouble finding the steering column without the ridiculous prices. Called Flat Rock & it was in stock & at a very reasonable rate. Everyone was super helpful & made my trip there worth it. Thank you guys so much!

I needed a good spare rim only. Was going to go get a good used tire and have it put on. They brought me out a great rim with a great tire already on it. $80. Loved it.

I had an engine sent to me from flat rocks and the engine I received had so many damages messed up wiring harness crack in timing cover harmonic balancer damaged and some crack chunk of metal off the side of the engine couldn't even put the engine in my car the engine was worthless

Super quick, friendly, prices are a little higher than an average pull a part but they pull the parts for you, so I'd definitely say it's worth it!
