Good service and affordable prices. Most importantly they do everything, and offer lifetime warranty for all the services they provides. They do all the suspension and drive train service on my truck. I have lifetime balance, rotation, and alignment.

I do a lot of business with a lot of companies. This Firestone at this location is the worst experience I have ever had. I m out of town and my van was having issues getting power to accelerate right in front of the Walmart. I spent the night at the comfort suites next to this Firestone. They did diagnostics on it and said it needed new spark plugs and 2 oxygen sensors and were going to charge me over $1700. My van isn t even worth that. I called my local mechanic and he quoted me under $600 for the same work. It was cheaper for me to tow my van to another city, rent a van to get home and have my local mechanic fix it. I told the manager that and the manager told me he could just do the 3 spark plugs causing the issue for just under $500. I agreed to that and then the mechanic came in and refused to do the work. He said he would only do it for a complete job. So the manager said yes and the mechanic said no. I paid the diagnostic fee and left. I called a local mechanic just 2 miles away and he is willing to change out all spark plugs for $233. I drove my van there to do the work. I knew Firestone would be more expensive but this location was unbelievably over priced and apparently managers and mechanics don t communicate with each other on what they will and will not do. Call anyone else other than this Firestone for repairs.

This team is the best! I always feel that my car is well cared for, they are very informative and keep me updated as my repairs are done and if there are other needs that arise. I have had some bad experiences in the past with car repair establishments, especially being a woman, but this team has never made me feel less than!

It was my first time at this location, and everyone was lovely. I was instantly greeted when I entered the location. The technician was patient as I asked all my questions at the counter without seeming like it was a problem or feeling rushed. Thank you for caring for my car and fixing the issues I came in for.

They did not listen to reason I brought the car in and tried to say it was something else. They also tried to get me to replace the cabin filter again not realizing that I just replaced it at the last oil change and it was clean. I went in for an oil change and to have the tires checked that they installed( not reading and couldn't get air in them), and I was told I needed almost 2k in work. They refused to address the problem with the tires they installed. I went in with only 2 tires that they installed not reading and left with all 4 not reading. The only thing I got was an oil change and rude treatment from staff when I questioned things. My husband was frustrated and called to talk to the manager. I'm sure my husband's frustration showed, but the manager handed my phone back to staff and told them to cash me out and be done with me. I will not return to Firestone unless I am getting an alignment since I have a lifetime one and I will be sure to go to another location.

They stand by their work and products and back it up with action. Had work done that included a new battery. A little over a year later, the battery was dead. They gave me a brand new one.

I normally wouldn't do this when the store Manager is so caring. I often patronize this location do the the Manager FREDDY SAEED who does his best to achieve customer satisfaction.In my Consumer opinion there need to be cultural diverse & sensitivity training with specific employees, preferably the lady at the front counter who was very rude on 3 visits toward me at this location. Can't increase customer retention when employees are rude.FREDDY SAEED the Manager at Firestone is doing his best working with rude employees who do not know how to talk to customers!

I just want to say that the service was top notch I'm not from this state and I happen to be towing a small isuzu on a two wheel trailer and a tire blew on the trailer I called four other places and they all told me nothing they could do but when I called here they were just about to close and they still offered to help I told them my situation and asked if I could barota jak I walk to there store and Justin not only let me use a jack but drove me back to the shell station and stayed and helped me get the bad tire off my rim and put the new one on I offered to pay him he tolde that wasn't necessary he was glad to help out not only did I work a ten hour shift at my job before hand but when I got off went straight home loaded up what I thought I needed to toe the isuzu and left I have been awake and driving for about 8 hours on top of the three and a half hour to prep and the truck and the ten hours before at work this is a great worker and I will definitely recommend this store to everone i know and if i ever need any work done while im in thst area this is where im going and my opinionight not matter to the corporate office but thia man should definitely get something for his amazing help going out of his way to help a rase promotion something and you should look to fimdore people like him and train your other employees to strive to be the best and good hard working people they csn be thank you for reading if you did and I hope that Justin gets the praise he deserves from his higher up. On February 10th, I took my car for maintenance service,I did all the recommendations they told me, and everything came up to $981.06 dollars wich it was fine I was agree because I knew the car need it the problem was next day I went to pick up my car it was stain with grease on the driver's side door, the seat, the floor, and the seat belt apparently the person who performed the service didn't take care or didn't care about protecting the car which they usually do they use plastic seat covers and some kind of floor covers, that was the first thing I noticed the door all stained and the side of the door full of grease, I went back inside and told the person in charge come and take a look, he came and tried to clean it, some of the stained part is fabric and made it worst, at this point he said you see I tried what do you want me to do? I said, "What do you mean I want the stain to go away it wasn't like that and he said give a minute, and he came back with the manager in charge, he apologized and said to give them 15-20 minutes they're going to try to do their best to clean it and take it away, I said ok, they took it back in the shop after more than 20 minutes waiting outside I went back inside they gave me the car, I didn't see the difference the stain was still there, they said after it dries completely it will be better (which it didn't). I said this looks the same, the manager said someone would call me the next day in the morning if the stain was still there, they would pay for a detailed cleaning. Next morning nobody contacted me and I went ahead and call them the manager in charge told me to bring the car back because they don't do that ( they didn't stain the car) I said I'm working I don't have time to bring it, he said they going to file a report and someone else is going to contact me within 48 hours.With this whole situation, I am very upset and frustrated because taking your car to this kind of places where they charge you a lot you expect for them to take care of your car and not to ruined.

Had a wonderful experience with them so i sent my mother to get her tires done. They welcomed her like family, and even drove her to the mall across the street and dropped her off while she waited for the service. One of the best experiences I ve had with any company. Very well tan place. Would recommend to everyone.

I told the man when I walked in I had an appointment for flat repair and a oil change.I told him the flat tire was in the trunk and the spare was on the car.I told him I had road hazard.I was there for three hours waiting only to find out all they did was change the oil and rotate the tires.They never even looked in the trunk.So now i have to waste another day at another firestone waiting for them to do what was supposed to be done in the first place.

I I shouldn't have gave this location another chance. Last year I requested a certain set of tires, waited at least 3 hours. Finally the job was complete just to go outside to see they did not install the set of tires I paid for, and had to wait another couple hours for the correct tires to be installed.Recently I installed a completely new suspension from front to back. I had it towed on a Monday about noon to this shop for a 4 wheel alignment, which I paid for a lifetime alignment. Never received a call or update the whole day. I called Tuesday afternoon and was told someone will call me back within a few minutes, no one called. I called back late that afternoon and was told one of my upper control arms was installed upside down(which is impossible) and need to be redone before alignment. I couldn't wait to get there the next morning to get my vehicle from them, it became a matter of trust. That morning after I had a word with them they change the problem to being the Caster/Camber on backwards and needed to disassemble the control arm before alignment, at my cost.I had it towed to another shop and it was aligned within 30-45 minutes with no changes or problems. This Thompson LN Firestone location is Shady and Unprofessional!!

NEVER COMING BACK!! I had a appointment for 9am I got there and told me it would be about 2 hours before they could get me in then after my car had been there for 2 hours they called me and told me that my tires weren t at their store when they told me they had them the day before when I went in there they told me it would be a hour and a half before the tires could get there and I told them I had plans and couldn t wait any longer and when I asked if I could receive a discount or anything since they had waisted my time and I drove an hour and a half to get there the general manager said that he couldn't give me a discount and that he didn t waist my time then after I drove home my dad called up their and they said that they would give him a discount if I came back. So the general manager wouldn t give me a discount because I m 19 and he apparently didn t waist my time.

This place takes advantage of women. Plain and simple.My wife brought in her vehicle for a simple oil change, tire rotation, and to see if LED headlights were in stock since hers were pretty dim. They did the proper change and rotation but they hit her with a vehicle inspection (with a vehicle inspection fee) and checked everything without her permission. They then proceeded to tell her she needed a complete brake job, including replacing brake fluid, and that she needed all new air filters. Luckily, my wife said to hold off on the brake job, but they convinced her to do the fluid change and filter changes. All of these were unnecessary charges and are the stereotypical auto shop moves to try and tack on a bunch of extra expenses to make more money. Had they not done the vehicle inspection without permission from my wife, these opportunities to take advantage of her wouldn't have surfaced. What should've been a $100 trip turned into $350.The point boils down to this. These guys have interactions with hundreds of customers daily and can tell who they can and can't take advantage of. My wife isn't knowledgeable about vehicles so she fell victim to this. If you're one of those people, don't come here. Take it to a more reputable auto shop, such as Conder's Automotive in Mt. Juliet. The gas round trip alone will be cheaper than what these guys will scam out of you.UPDATE: I forgot to update this when I went to change the oil myself the next time. These guys screwed in the oil pan bolt so tight that I couldn t even take it off with a battery-powered Milwaukee impact driver. Steer clear of these guys at all costs. Absolutely pathetic.

Hate to break it to you boys, but you lied to the wrong woman. My pop-pop owns a shop. Do not go here if you are a woman who does not know about vehicles! Tried to price gouge me after asking for a brake replacement. Listed items that are new as needing replacement. I smiled at their face and asked for my keys back! Never will I ever step foot into another Firestone. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. This is a trend, ladies! Repairs are expensive enough without un-reputable places like this racking up dollars on unsuspecting women! Horrible people!

The receptionist at the place behaved very racist towards us. We required service and from the moment we arrived until we left she was so rude. We weren t the only one who noticed it, the other customers noticed too. Although the establishment has Latino workers, she just wanted to humiliate us. Horrible place, they wanted to charge us for things that made no sense, we will never return.

My daughter and her friend had a flat tire on a Sunday late afternoon. No hotel would take them because they are only 19 years old. Since they live over 100 miles away, they would have been stranded if it wasn't for Justin, the service manager. As a worried mom, I cannot stress how happy this made me. Thank you!

I'd say staff was nice & did everything they could but they couldn't completely accommodate my vehicle cause it's to large for the lifts. My truck is a 2019 F350 dually. Otherwise good experience.

Went early and actually had a great time. I had an appointment and was greeted as doors opened early by Kevin a super helpful happy service writer. Got all new Bridgestone tires on our Altima. Met a great group of people, all from Tennessee. So friendly, we talked and made the time fly by. Two hours later I was riding away on those Bridgestones Love this store.

The Mgr. Freddy was extremely helpful in me finding the tires that I wanted. I ended up getting another brand of tire because I couldn't get a Firestone brand all terrain that fit my trailblazer. The service was impeccable, and it was as promised. I am completely satisfied with the whole experience, and will go back again for my vehicle needs in the future.

Brought my Z in for them to just look at it and they said it was "lowered".. I've had my car on lifts everywhere else with no problems. They missed the opportunity to take my money
