Excellent Service! This Team of Associates are Incredible! No taking advantage here! Just honest, and hard working with the Customers Best Interest in mind! They are Top Notch! You will not regret using them!They have comfortable seating with a TV, Coffee and Water Fountains.They saved me after my vehicle broke down and was towed there. They kept me well informed and did nothing without my approval. One if the Technicians on the test drive heard a sound. They called and said what it might be. I gave them the go ahead since they fixed the problems and I didn t want another. It turned out to be a Wheel Flap stuck and making the sound. They didn t charge any additional and were truthful! You just can t beat that!Had to take my vehicle in again. I had a 9 am appointment with the service taking about an hour. No worries. Then the Technician was very nice and apologized that it would actually take a few hours, graciously explaining why. I messaged friends to get a ride back home while they fixed the problem. I especially liked that he said, I Want it to be done right! That was music to my ears. I have my vehicle back again and couldn t be happier.I highly recommend this location! This will be my go to place for certain! Thanks Again!Go here! They will take excellent care of you!

I did an oil change and new tires on 9/7. Today when I open the hood to replace my battery realized they never put back the oil cap. Unbelievable how careless they are.

Bill and the Mikes are amazing! So helpful and friendly! I was working in Murfreesboro and they helped me out. James stayed late to fix my car! Great place! Will definitely be there again if I need car repairs again in the area! I live out of town and would be willing to drive an hour and a half for their help and expertise!!

Michael and the team were great in fitting in my last minute tire replacement. Michael also kept me updated via phone by advising the vehicle's condition, my options and an estimated completion time. Firestone has helped me keep my son's vehicle running an easy process at a fair price.

Went in a few weeks ago...brought my diesel f350 in for brakes and new calipers, etc...spent a bunch of money...drove it around...something was wrong...called them...they told me to bring it in...when i got there, paperwork was already pulled, didn't make me wait...diagnosed bad right bad factory caliper...they replaced BOTH calipers again...problem solved...got me down road under warranty...great people...stood behind their work...would go back again...they didn't hide!

I have visited this location numerous times and each time the service has been great. All of the advisers are super friendly and keep me apprised of the progress. It s nice to be able to go into an auto mechanic and not feel like you re getting ripped off or scammed.

I'm extremely disappointed with this Firestone location because I thought that they were credible. Maybe they all follow the same shady practices. I don't know. I've been taking my vehicles to Firestone for years now. I've also recommend their business to many people despite hearing that they overcharged their customers.Nevertheless, this week I took a vehicle in for service. The vehicle was overheating which was causing the fan to run around 10 minutes after the vehicle had been turned off. After their inspection, I was informed that I needed to replace my thermostat.They were going to charge me $907.99 (part $132.99 + labor $775). Also I "needed" a coolant exchange which cost $156.98. It was going to cost ($1064) to fix. I held off paying it then later told myself I better go ahead and get it fixed so I scheduled another appointment with Firestone. After calling, I decided to check around and with a Buick dealership and another auto shop.The auto shop told me that I didn't need a thermostat and that my heat sensor was bad. They charged me $300 total to replace. Later on, the "dealership" told me it would cost $390 total to replace a thermostat. So there it is. Firestone was charging $907.99 plus $156.98 to replace a thermostat that apparently I didn't even need. The dealership charges $390 total to replace.That's a $674 difference.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. I took my vehicle in with an appointment for an alignment. They put it on the rack, and came back and tell me they are unable to perform an alignment because quote all the parts are seized up. Told me I needed new tie rod ends, etc. I believed them, no problem, because it s an older vehicle. So that would make sense.But I said ok, I ll take it to my normal mechanic to perform that work. Because the only things I use Firestone for are basic services, for the convenience.So I take it to my mechanic and he says no, nothing needs to be replaced. He aligned the front end just fine. No issues. Nothing was seized up at all.Now I would like to know why they lied to me, however I don t really care. I ll just never go back there again. And I don t recommend you do either.Service: Wheel alignment

Firestone on Franklin road In Murfreesboro Tennessee is no help, I do not recommend going to this one they have been nothing but trouble. They broke my camber key and will not replace it. I will quote what 2 workers said to me the camber key breaking from us maxing it out From another employee just because a part breaks doesn t mean we broke it just means it broke at our place Firestone on Thompson lane Murfreesboro Tennessee is amazing they have been super helpful and understanding

Called at nine AM to set an appointment to have my tire patched due to a screw in the tire. They gave me an appointment for ten AM the same day. Showed up at nine fifty-five. They had my care pulled in by nine fifty eight. Drove away by ten thirty with a patched tire for a very reasonable rate. Great service!

If zero were a possibility I would certainly give it. This is my second dealing with "Bill", who is, apparently, the front end manager or something. Once, he wanted to charge me $250 to replace a light bulb, which I went to AutoZone, got for $16 and changed myself. This time, I had an appointment for a battery installation. I explained to them that I had just been to the location on Church Street in Murfreesboro and had had their "safety check" done, so really all that needed to be done was to have his man go out, pop the hood, take out the battery and replace it. I said I'm telling you that for scheduling purposes so that you don't have to spend time with it up on the rack and so forth. He acknowledged that. I had also indicated which battery I wanted and when he quoted me the price it was about $150 more than I I had been quoted online. I asked him which battery that was for and he had upsold me. I explained to him again which battery I wanted then the price came down to what I have been quoted. After waiting over an hour, again with an appointment, I needed to go. I had anticipated being out of there and had made other arrangements to do other things thinking, under the circumstances, I would be out of there in plenty of time. I would avoid this location and most definitely Bill if I were you.Parenthetically, in the time I was there, a few people came in for routine things, oil changes and such. Not one of those people got away without being told they needed some sort of major repair, a belt replacement or some other things. I'm not making any accusations here, but it just seemed odd to me that people who are, apparently, otherwise taking the care of their cars, getting oil changes, etc. Would all have something requiring an expensive repair needed.The guys at Church Street were okay and the guy on Thompson Lane, as it turns out, is outstanding. My strong recommendation would be to stay away from the old fort parkway location.

This place was thorough, nice, professional and priced fairly! I will be going back next time and also will be purchasing tires as well! It's hard to find a place one likes anymore, but I found this place! Very pleased!

Front brake rotors resurfaced successfully. They did charge an extra $20 inspection when we just wanted the resurfacing.

I'm always extremely worried about taking my car into a shop for anything mainly cause I've done a majority of the repairs on her. However today these guys were great got my car in and out, everyone one was friendly and actually seemed like they enjoyed being there considering it was a Sunday! Thank yall!

Stopped by to see these guys over a vibration after buying new tires, without an appointment, ran the required tests on the tire. Fixed the issue exactly how I would have if roles were reversed. Awesome service, awesome attitudes and still had me in and out in much quicker than expected time. 10 outta 10 recommend giving them a try.

Best place to get your car serviced. If you need new tires they currently have a deal going on as well as free brake inspections happening right now. A full vehicle inspection is $10!

Not very happy about my recent experience. Took my car for oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection. Was told I need 2 new tires and I have the lifetime wheel alignment so I got everything fixed that was recommended. Get my car back it starts to shake bad when I go over a certain speed. Took it back they said they need to balance the tires. Get it back still the same issue. I am taking back for a 3rd time and now I am told I may need to replace the other 2. I m upset because the recommendation could have been, although you don t need all 4 there is a chance that you may need to replace the other 2 to balance out.I could have saved and bought 4 new tires. I like this establishment so I guess 3x a charm.

So I visited a few months ago for and oil change. The oil change and service was fine until the guy tried to sell me tires that I did not need. The man stated they were balding which I knew they weren t. I got a second opinion from my dealership that informed my my tires were in good condition. No one likes to be cheated. I was trying to find a place closer to my house where I could get honest car work completed, but this is not obviously the place. I use to go to Firestone in Mount Juliet all the time for my needs. I hate to leave a bad review that reflects one person, but being a novice about cars, I must trust those who provide me with service.

Called for an appointment early morning for tire balance and rotation. Arrived a little early and promptly checked in. Greetings were friendly and courteous. Estimated cost was explained up front. Work was completed with in estimated time. Great experience for first time in.

They gave me a diagnostic on issue, scheduled me in & got it fixed. Only issue was they had to reschedule my appt due to mechanic that was able to work on my vehicle, would of been nice to have gotten a phone call instead of driving there to find out. Otherwise it was good.

Had and unanticipated dead battery (on a weekend holiday of all days) and not only did someone come out to give me a jump but they also worked my car into their already busy schedule. They were so patient with me and listened to my concerns, and at the end, even applied a discount from one of their promotions. The whole visit only took a few hours. I have 0 complaints, especially since it was not a scheduled appointment. The guys in the shop really don't get enough credit.I'm so sorry for adding to the holiday craziness but I cannot thank y'all enough!
