This is a great group of guys! I personally dealt with Conner who met with me in the parking lot as soon as I pulled up. He was very professional and efficient with diagnosing and coming up with a solution leading to a quick fix for the problem with my car. Sam was a great guy too assisting me on my car issues they had me in and out the door in little to no time at all. Overall good atmosphere, good vibes , no one had bad attitudes , I will be returning with any car situations in the future

Shawn Was very nice. He explained what needed to be done and as he was going about fixing and changing the oil, he still explained the procedure of when he was doing it, and after he was doing it, he gave me the receipt with everything written on there. Great customer service, great person, you can definitely tell this place has good people all around. All workers was very friendly and nice.

Connor was super polite and helpful. He seemed really knowledgeable, not only mechanically but about the shop itself. I went in for new brakes and an oil change, and he let me know that my brakes are actually fine. I had an issue with my water pump which they diagnosed, got a quote for price, and fixed in no time. They even gave me coupons. I had to leave it overnight due to scheduling conflicts and they had no issue with that, even though the repair only took a couple hours.Car repairs are pricy but Express is by far the best price I ve found for a commercial shop. Every time I ve gone to Firestone, they ve been super rude and then told me my oil change is $100+ and I need basically a whole new car. Express has never tried to push me into anything. They try to find the lowest price and will help you decide what repairs are most urgent, and what can wait until you can afford it. I ve been to the one on S Church and the one on Memorial and I d recommend both any day.

My niece and myself went to get the oil changed. A young man by the name of Connor waited in us. I was blown away by his attitude, knowledge and eagerness to assist us! Connor kept us informed on what was being done and when we ask about tires as well, he was on it. We were told how much a set would be plus about the discount they were offering. I love that he wasn't pushy and while we can get by a little more, he will be who we purchase from, hands down. If you need your oil changed, you won't be disappointed here. Tell him the Denali ladies sent you.

I have been going to Express for a while now and everytime I ve been, it s the same service . AMAZING! Everyone is so respectful and helpful, especially Shawn. He always takes the best care of me and makes sure everything is working and looking great. Highly recommend Shawn and his team of great guys!Thank you for everything y'all do!

These guys are always fantastic to work with. So kind and helpful. They also listen when you come in with a concern. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else. They offer so many services. The store manager Sam is very friendly and always makes sure everything looks good with the car.

I was 4 hours from home in Southern Indiana traveling to Lynchburg for a visit when my Corvette started running bad. Pretty sure I knew it was plugs, wires or a coil pack. But with no tools on hand, no scanner we pulled in and the crew had me diagnosed and down the road in an 1 1/2 hours. Sure enough it was bad wires I replaced a week or 2 before. Salvaged a good trip. Thank you! Great group of guys there. If you are in in the area and are in need of service stop in!

My first time at Express Oil Change was great! I didn t know what to expect but Thomas was great with assisting me. He was informative and polite. I went in for an oil change and he gave me a quote on tires as well for whenever I get ready to purchase in the future. Overall, I will definitely be coming back.

They didn't install skid plate back correctly (left screws out) it hung down and drug on the road all the way back to oil change place, that i had just left. Then i was made to wait and go to back of line while others were serviced. Assistant manager very slow to respond, Shaun was very combative when i questioned him about what happened. He later offered me some coupons.. this 10 minute oil change lasted an hour. Assistant manager never followed up as well. Thomas I understand. Bad experience for me.

Connor was great! He was very informative and answered all of my concerns. He even was able to match the discount I would have received at valvoline with my coupon here today. That then led me to go ahead and get my windshield wipers replaced before the mad weather comes in because he gave me a coupon sheet that also included 50% off wipers right now. Overall I am very pleased with the service and handled all my issues in one stop.

Thomas was absolutely awesome had car trouble and were 6+ hours from home. Had my wife, daughter & 2 dogs with me. Night time & not many options Thomas took the time to get us fixed up & safe to get back on the road!! He was very knowledgeable & extremely nice as well!

I stopped in today after having a battery installed elsewhere, and my truck was experiencing some electrical issues. I was worried that without an appointment, I would not be able to have the issue resolved. But Sean happily looked at it, found the problem and fixed it. I couldn t be happier! They will be my first stop next time I have any issues. Thanks Sean!

Thomas at the S. Church location in Murfreesboro gave me excellent service. He helped make sure my oil change was affordable, and did not aggravate me with extra services (everyone can put on wipers or change air filters by themselves). I do not like the cheesy, over-the-top smiling and laughing some do there - the acting happy comes off rude; Thomas seemed very focused on the tasks at hand without being annoying. It s a 10-minute oil change and I needed one fast, and buddy got it done. Appreciate it!

On the 9th of April 2024 took Our Ford F150 to Express Lube, on Church St in Murfreesboro. I had problems with the F150 starting, had gone to Auto zone they conducted diagnostic and said I needed a starter. The next day I went to Express Lube and Sean took care of my Vehicle, he told me I do not need a starter but need to run the vehicle more. He was very knowledgeable and Professional and could have changed the starter for the profit, he chose to be honest and think of the customer. Very Thankful for Sean and the other folks at Express Lube, Murfreesboro. I will never take one of my vehicles anywhere else.

Shawn assisted me today with getting the brakes checked out on our new vehicle after having concerns. He was very polite and explained everything in great detail! Very appreciative of the help received and will definitely be back!Coming back a week later to edit/update- the guys at the shop were extremely kind! However, I was told I needed brakes and rotors replaced (which ended up not being true- took to dealership and rotors were in perfect condition and brake pads were 8mm in front and 7mm in back). That would ve been $800 of unneeded work done.Again very kind, but use caution/get second opinion of things told needed done.

I have been coming here for oil changes and repairs for 7 years. Sean and Thomas are so helpful and friendly. As a single woman, I have been treated fairly and honestly. One repair could have been much more expensive but they were honest that the alternator did not need replacing! Excellent work always.

I ve been to Express Oil Change quite a few times at this point. I can say with 100% certainty that this is the place to be when it comes to any questions or concerns you may have pertaining to your vehicle. Every worker that I have encountered is as friendly and helpful as can be. Thomas has helped me out 3 times at this point and I ve always left feeling satisfied. I would name off some of the other workers as well, but I do not remember all of their names. You can tell that every single one of them cares about working as a team as well as performing their individual duties at the highest standard

Shawn was very friendly professional and fast! I didn t wait no time at all for him to approach my vehicle when I pulled into the lot. I was quickly directed to pull into the bay and services began! I came for an oil change and also needed a wiper for my vehicle and he took care of that as well! The people I interact with here is the main reason I always return to Express Oil change.
