Alex and Dustin did a tremendous job servicing my truck. The were quick, informative, patient in explaining everything in a way that I could understand, and honest about their recommendations. Everything that they recommended they showed me why in their professional opinion it was needed. I am a repeat customer and plan to stay that way for a long time to come. 5/5

I have great service every time I go Express Oil Change!(I tried adventuring out because of a silly coupon and still this place was better service and cheaper, so from now on I will only be using Express oil change!!)They are always so friendly there!

Have been going there for over 20 years. Will never go back there. They left double ring on my oil filter which cause my engine to seize up. They ruined my engine. In less then a 1/4 of a mile I had no oil left. Francisco the manager came over to put 4qt of oil. He kept saying sorry. He then paid for $200 detail job as if that would fix my engine. That was to me a cover up he did. This happen on Thursday the 25th of May. That Monday my car stop running . Engine fully damaged by them. I paid $200 get my Subaru towed to Franklin. I have kept my Subaru Outback Limited 2015 up to mantaince for years as I do all my cars. Express oil change took forever to even fill a claim through Liberty Mutual. That's who they use. Express oil change tried to get me to not do a claim and have them work on it. Why would I do that when they damaged it. This was not the first either. I have pictures and videos of everything. The owner Lawrence Avenue tried calling my phone to get me to not file a claim too. Thats what insurance is for. My car has been at the shop since Memorial day and yet nothing done to it. I just want my car fixed. Don't ever go to Express oil change! It's a nightmare!

Franny, Alex & Levi was prepared to help me as soon as I entered the shop. They all have positive attitudes & were beyond helpful with information about my car. The service was quick & even fixed my brake light! I would indeed recommend coming to this shop & I will definitely go back for more work on my vehicle. It s been a while since I ve felt good about leaving a car shop with confidence that the Work was done right & the people were cool. These guys deserve more than 5 . You guys just gained a new customer! Thank you!

I recently moved to TN, from FL. I loved the Express Oil location I used there, super friendly, honest guys I could trust. I've never been told to do services I didn't truly need, in fact, I've gone there with repair recommendations from the dealership and they have been honest that they weren't necessary. That's why I like Express Oil and Tires so much. I don't feel that they take advantage of a woman coming in that will blindly trust what they suggest which is such a huge thing.I've since been to 3 locations here in TN, looking for the same level of knowledge, friendliness and a trustworthy feeling. Yesterday, at my third location, in Murfreesboro, I met Bernie. He was amazing!! So polite and professional but also didn't look like he hated his job, was actually smiling.Thanks to Bernie, I've found my new place in TN, third time was the charm!

Brandon and Levi were absolutely wonderful.I always enjoy my trips to the express oil locations, but these guys were so friendly and helpful.Service done, told me the things I need to be thinking about that need to be done on my vehicle soon.These guys are wonderful. I haven t been to this place in about a year, just been traveling and out of town a lot. Rode back through this morning before getting on the road for Thanksgiving. Alex and Kenny were super professional and gave me more information than I remember getting at any quick oil change place. They were extremely efficient, knew what they were doing. in and out in about 10 minutes. Great experience.

They always do my oil change when needed it. Darell and their team are awesome takes less the 20 minutes to do the oil change.Although my car it s a very particular car (Smart for two car) wich y all prolly don t see it a lot ; they were able to learn how to manage. Very happy this place it s about 8 minutes from home.Very satisfied Services: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto brake replacement, Battery, Oil change

We were traveling from Iowa back to Florida. The truck started getting a bad smell, stopped at around 5:30. Closing in like half hour. They only charge $20.00 to give a thorough inspection. And found several small issue's and we found not pushing it. We can make it home safely. They guarantee their estimate at any of their locations for 30 day's. We highly recommend them! We have the piece of mind knowing what needs taken care of! Thank you for you're great service!!

My experience was fantastic. I was about ~500 miles from home and my dashboard showed I had a low tire pressure indicator on my left rear tire. I stopped at the Murfreesboro location just as Brent was closing up and he, without hesitation, opened up the back garage and fix the leak in the tire saving we from a late night flat on the side of the road. I won t forget and am very appreciative. He could have easily just said they were closed and walked away. He didn t. Thank You! Brent!!

I have been to the Old Fort Parkway location twice now and had Alex get us taken care of both times. This man is extremely professional and could have sold me on a few things that I mentioned might needed to be changed and he assured me it was not needed and saved me money. Now this location will have my business for a lifetime. I own a plumbing company based in middle TN, I will be offering this man a job every time I go there in hopes we can have his 10/10 customer relation skills on our team!

Alex was great, took very good care of me today and even whipped up a quick quote for future services I'll need soon while I was there. I've been coming here for years and have always been impressed.
