Great service. Jesse attended to me when I got there. He was friendly, very welcoming. Tristin handled the car inspection. He was great. I've been taking my cars to this place and even though they can be pricey. They do a great job. Any employee that has every dealt with me or my vehicle have been great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have been coming here for years now and have never had a bad experience. Today was no different. My husband and I were attended by Evan. He was kind, professional, and courteous. He answered all our questions and offered to get us an estimate for some work we had needed done to our vehicle. These gentlemen are always so professional and never try to upsell you anything. Thank you!

Skylar, was cool as a fan. I highly appreciate him talking to me about my FR-S. He knew more about my vehicle than myself, which was extremely appreciated. He even hit me up with a $5 dollar discount, and what i really appreciated was he didnt bug me about doing extra services. He knew i took care of my car, and definitely deserves a raise. Thank you bro!

Whenever I need to get my 2008 Toyota Tundra serviced this is my go-to place. They are always professional, extremely knowledgeable, polite, and never try to hustle you. I worked with Skylar on my last visit and he is the man. I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here for any maintenance needs you may have!

I came by yesterday to get an oil change while on my lunch break. I was notified that I needed a headlight. I was unable to return same day. I came by the next day & Skylar was able to hook me up. Express oil change was highly recommended to me & I will definitely be back.

Great and prompt service! Alyssa was knowledgeable, professional and got me in and out in a timely fashion. I added new wiper blades too as mine were in poor condition, and I wasn t even aware that they had those. This is definitely my spot in town to get an oil change!

I have been coming to this location since i've lived in Murfreesboro. Jesse has helped me out almost every time I have been there! He's very polite and observant, he always makes sure I have what I need before I leave! You don't even have to ask him to do the little things like check tire pressure. I highly recommend the express oil on memorial and Jesse! He will get you right!

Alyssa, the assistant manager here, is amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle, and gave me adequate information to make a decision about what to do next. When faced with the dilemma to drop my car off, she offered to come in on her off day and drive me to my home. I sincerely hope she gets a raise and hopefully a promotion. Honestly , these guys are very knowledgeable and polite. I save $20+ coming here from the other places around town when my truck needs a oil change. It literally takes them maybe 15-20 mins and I'm on the road. Skylar greeted me today and from pulling in a bay and to oil change and fluids checked - 20 mins I was on the road . Will be back

Will be a customer here for life! First experience here, i brought my truck in for an alignment. When they checked it out, they said it did not need aligned, and did not charge me because they didn't have to do anything. This honesty impressed me enough to inspire my loyalty. I ve never had my oil changed at a shop before, so this was new to me. Alyssa was very gracious and helpful. The gentleman who did my oil change (I didn t catch his name but he had a lot of nice tattoos) was very nice as well. The oil change itself was fast and they did a 20 point check on the car as well. I haven t had any issues and I plan to return for my next oil change.Service: Oil change

Skylar was awesome at Express Oil change. He was thorough with my Nissan Xterra and gave me suggestions for possible service that I might need down the road. He also had some treats for my dog Ruby, who was in the passenger seat. The customer service is the main reason I choose Express oil change.
