It's not often that you find someone you can trust just based on a phone call. But this place is the exception. Our daughter attends Middle Tennessee State University which is 6 hours away from us. When she had an emergency car situation we were recommended to seek this place out. It was the best decision we've ever made. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our daughter's vehicle was repaired and in a timely manner and correctly. They encouraged our daughter to bring the car back if they were any issues with the repair. She has maintained a relationship with this business and they continue to look out for her and make sure her car is running properly. I highly recommend them!

Professionalism, kindness and flexibility is abundance with these guys! They were able to work me in and allow me to sleep as a third shifter, and get my daughters car back on the road with fresh oil and a safety-check and a smile, and for a great price. A business that is a pleasure to visit.

I wasn t gonna leave A review, but I got a text Asking to leave one. The work done on my car was fine. However, when I go to pick up my car, the rear tire was completely deflated. They handed me the keys, and I noticed it as soon as I walked outside.They had my car for one week makes me wonder how long the tire was flat for and how they didn t recognize it flat

The team at Eurofix has been fantastic towards me! I have brought my 06 Saab to them multiple times and they did the work I needed done expertly! And the times that I needed the work done ASAP they made sure to get my car back to me even faster. I have been very thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the team at this EuroFix and will definitely continue bringing my Saab To them for any further maintenance or repair!

Very unsatisfied, I relayed the same info 3 times without it being taken in to account or noted. After that I was offered a $600 fee to see if they could figure it out. I took it to the VW dealership and had it fixed for $347 out the door.

We brought my Daughters 2012 Volvo S-60 in for worn seals, and oil leaks. From start to finish, Murfreesboro EuroFix was a good experience for us. Very (Volvo) knowledgable, professional, fair with pricing, with a very reasonable turn around time wise. You get what you pay for with these folks, including 36 month/3 year warranty on work related to the repair.DW

Worked with me to determine what I needed to fix immediately and what could wait. They have a rental car available rental car service if you need it which is awesome. It's also a really good place to catch up on your snacks when you have to wait. They have a nice assortment of snacks which is not, you know, a business breaker but it's sure nice to know that you're being treated properly like you used to be when your granddaddy was the one driving the car around. Overall I'd say EuroFix is a good place to go particularly you have a foreign car. They have all the access to the parts. They treat you well. They don't mess around with the bill and all in all I think they are a wonderful place and I highly recommend them. I forgot to mention there was the cutest Fiat in the lot for a customer to pick up.

We have used EuroFix exclusively since moving back to middle Tennessee. The service provided from the front desk to the technician has been very good every time.They stand behind the quality of their work, they do a wonderfulWe will continue to use them for our vehicle and when we replace it, we will take the new car to them.

Our car s check engine light started flashing during our cross country move about an hour outside of Nashville. A local we ran into recommended EuroFix in Murfreesboro, TN, and we are so thankful he did! It was scary having a problem with the car in an area we didn t know and not really knowing where to go, especially since we were moving across the country with our 20 month old daughter! EuroFix made us feel at ease as soon as we walked in, offering us water and listening to us explain what was wrong. They had someone look at our car right away. A part needed to be replaced, and they got it from Nashville that evening and our car was repaired the very next day! They even gave us a loaner car for free to use while our car was being repaired! It was a life saver to use it to find a hotel and get some food with our daughter. Thanks to EuroFix, we were back on the road towards our destination the very next day. We could not be more grateful! EuroFix made a bad situation much better. Thank you EuroFix!

First I d like to say as a woman I felt very taken advantage by this business and if I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I will be writing a yelp review. Luckily I have a dad that is very mechanically inclined and saved me almost $2,000. Keep in mind my car is a 2005 Saab that has over 200,000 miles and I ve had it since highschool.. I m 30 now. I would be lucky to sell my car for 1,200 dollars.So here is the story. I had my A/C go out on me at the beginning of 2022 summer. I go to this place for a quote and they suggested I get my Freon recharged. This is close to 200 dollars. So I decide well maybe It s that easy of a fix keep in mind I had done this already with my dad and it didn t fix it but as a women in that situation you trust your mechanic to not steer you wrong. So I pay for the recharge and that does absolutely nothing. So they look at it again and quote me nearly $2,000 to replace the A/C module and auxiliary fans. Which again, my dad and I replaced the aux fans together. Obviously that s not in my budget. Who has 2 grand lying around. So i decide to take it up to my dads and we start messing around and trying to trace the issue back to the root. We tested every component of the module and aux fans with an Ohm meter and were able to identify which component was not getting electricity. That led us to find out that a fuse had been blown. When we spoke to David, the owner, he completely disregarded our concerns and instead defended his mechanic who had performed the diagnostic testing. Either Eurofix has incompetent mechanics or the place is trying to purposely mislead their customers to spend unnecessarily.The issue was a blown fuse .Now Eurofix can make their classic argument of well it s better to replace the module and aux fans and that is why it was the only thing we suggested however, that is NOT their decision. I do not feel Eurofix was honest and that their integrity dictated their services. I was not given full information and instead mislead. Especially when it was that simple. Which by the way the fuse was a 5 dollar fuse and it has not burned out since we changed it in April. Nor have I had any overload issues. I have had perfectly ice cool air since April (When I took it in) and I ve purposely waited this long to write this review to prove that the fix was the fuse and not an overload issue. David was very defensive and essentially wrote us off when we tried to explain why none of this made sense. If Eurofix cannot handle performing Ohm meter tests what else do they not do while diagnosing a vehicle. Food for thought people.Do not go here. I have made sure none of my family or friends ever brings business here again. Completely lost my faith in this place. Save your money, go to an honest mechanic and give them your support.Update: Eurofix returned the amount spent on all the service that were done. I appreciate them doing that.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Vehicle Inspection

Staff was very courteous and professional. Very patient with my poor hearing. Clean, pleasant waiting area. Excellent work. Scheduling needs improvement as it has taken 3-4 days to perform the last 3 visits requiring 2 hours tech time with an appointment made a week prior. EuroFix gladly provided courtesy ride home & return on all visits. I will return for future work on my automobile.

These guys are very reassuring to have in your contacts, especially as I own an old Saab. Honest Great Repairs!! I take my Volvo XC90 and Mercedes for all needed repairs. Never had to return recently after having any repairs completed, which is huge!!!

They kept my vehicle for 6 days when all they were supposed to be doing was a 15 minute visual inspection but don t offer rentals unless you get service done with them. They truly don t care about potential customers, every time I called to check they d say it would be done that afternoon, then Friday hit and they kept my vehicle all weekend, I didn t even get it back until the following Tuesday for a visual inspection only.

I'm always leery of finding service for European vehicles here because it can be very expensive compared to other types and I haven't had the best of luck with customer service. Then I decided to try Eurofix. The staff was friendly, they did great work and at a fair price. I will definitely be using them for any future Euro car service.

My experience with Eurofix was truly unbelievable one of the best experiences I ve ever had since I ve been here in Nashville. The shop itself was clean organized and state of the art. But what really made the experience great was the the people. I looked out the window as they were repairing my car and saw three levels of management diagnosing and double checking each other before they made any repairs.As the transmission replacement progressed there was a problem any other auto shop would ve told me to replace a $3000 part, they took the time to dismantle a piece from my old transmission and swap it out and that fixed the problem truly unbelievable, great customer service, really nice people. Josh and Eric were really attentive and I m kind of a pain. I m always sticking my nose in while people are fixing my car but they were very nice about it. The production manager came over 3 or 4 times just to make sure that everything was on track and the right decisions were being made.I truly appreciate how they treated my BMW and Me.This is my sixth BMW and it is truly rare to get this level of service at a shop that is so well equipped.Definitely check with euro fix in Murfreesboro if you have a foreign car and don t want to empty your bank account at the dealer.Thanks again,Mark DiPreteServices: Transmission, Transmission replacement, Transmission repair

My experience was disappointing. I was fine with the cost to provide an estimate. I couldn't believe they came back with a 14k estimate! People, this wasn't an engine overhaul or anything near! This was some mechanical and some cosmetic. I can go buy a whole darn car for that! Fortunately, I found a group who will do it for half with a full warranty for 2 years. So the next time you hear the Blain Bishop commercial about Eurofix beware. YOU GONNA PAY!!

I brought my Audi in for a check engine light. They ran a few tests and then recommended that I take it to a dealership. While they could repair the issue, they thought it would likely be covered by warranty as a known issue. That honesty goes a long way in my opinion and I appreciate all the info they gave me to get it covered by warranty. I will be returning to them for any future repair or maintenance and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you to the manager and counter rep that worked with me.
