Doc has been repairing our vehicles for 5 years now. He is very honest and compassionate. You could not meet a nicer person and his knowledge of a vehicle is outstanding. You couldn t go wrong putting your vehicle in his hands for repair!

Honest, compassionate and knowledgeable.Two moms trying to get their kids home safe, stranded 3 hours from home, on a Sunday & Doc came to the rescue. His honest business practices are so rare. I promise he should absolutely be your first and only call for car trouble. I am so grateful and filled with peace of mind getting our babies home safe.

Doc is dependable and an expert at his craft! He provided a 90 s kind of customer service. He checked on my car that he fixed weeks prior to make sure everything was going well. Needed my front brakes & rotors replaced but was on a budget. Found Doc's ad on craigslist and took a chance. He showed later that afternoon. He was a little late but communicated with me throughout the process. Came to my house and did the brakes in the parking lot in no time. For $80 in labor I'm very pleased. Thanks Doc!

So disappointed...I trusted this company with my car and very limited funds during this COVID-19 outbreak. For whatever reason, my brake system job was not repaired...I'm out hundreds and thats not the worst part. The worst part is telling me you are coming to check on it and not showing, calling or returning texts and calls. They have taken my money and left me hanging at the worst time. It doesn't matter if a car fell on you, you should still be honest and communicate or have someone do it for you.

I was out of town, visiting family in TN. Doc was able to replace my water pump in a timely fashion, late on a Saturday night. The ride all the way back to NC was perfect the next day. Very thankful!

I called Doc at 11:30 on Tuesday night, and out of 7 listings that claimed to be 24/7 he was the only one to answer the phone. He came to check out car and called O'riellys on Craighead and asked them to stay a little late so he could pick up starter. Needles to say by 1:15 Doc had me back on road & I am grateful. Thanks Doc

John helped us with an ac compressor and did a great job at a fair price and came to us. I have another repair I need and literally went through a lot to find his number so we can work with him again to fix an alternator

Doc is amazing. Came out multiple times after having to secure parts. He communicated timely the whole way thru. Trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. Very unprofessional... communication way off.. and no respect for others time ... kept cancelling our appointments and doing at the end off the day literally at 11 o clock at night giving excuses for 2 straight weeks. Dont waste your time, spend your money somewhere that will make yu feel good you spent your hard earned money.

Screwed up my car. Being a mechanic is tuff and that s why knowing what you re doing is so important. Hopefully the next place is not as poorly managed as this one :)
