Was visiting friends from out of town and came in for maintenance services on my Jeep. Entire experience was fantastic. I never felt pushed on any of their recommendations for my vehicle. Service was very timely and done with accuracy. If if lived here, this would be my hometown service center. Thank you all for a wonderful job with my vehicle.

these guys took good care of my MB S550 , they ordered the right parts , and fixed what needed to be fixed I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone for their car repair needs

I made an appointment and dropped my Hyundai off. They fixed my air compressor and had my truck ready for me in less than 4 hours. They re great and I would take my truck back.

Okay let me start by saying that I am not basing this on a single event. If have taken 3 cars to this company within 3 months and I have paid over 3000 and I can say that with the exception of a tire pressure light they have done absolutely nothing but waste my time. And before you tell me that I was stupid for going back 3 times I would like to point to their google review which I trusted. I should not have. They clearly pad their numbers. I simple want to make it clear this company is no where near as good as their review suggests. I learned my lesson. Cost me 3000 and at least 6 trips to the garage. Please think twice before you trust them.

I cannot recommend this car shop based on my experience, which unfortunately warrants only two stars. Despite being the sole customer present, I felt consistently overlooked. The lack of transparency regarding labor costs, estimated completion time, and the discrepancy between the quoted and actual hours of labor left me feeling frustrated and deceived. Moreover, despite pointing out visible damage to my control arms, they were dismissed as 'fine,' only to be confirmed as severely worn down by another shop later. The disregard for my concerns was disheartening. Adding insult to injury, witnessing preferential treatment towards another customer while I waited further compounded my disappointment. While the repair itself seems to have been done correctly, the exorbitant price tag for parts totaling around $80 versus the $650+ I was charged leaves me feeling like I was taken advantage of. In summary, my experience here was one of disillusionment and a sense of being swindled.

This place was recommended, the gentleman Manny seemed in a rush when I brought it in he said to email him specifics so I did. Not one thing on specifics list was done, the truck looked great and I didn't thourly inspect the side that came in with no damage, so I passed it . Got home 1 mile away and on the side with no damage down on bottom edge Is a fresh place of damage dented in paint chipped off that wasn't there. I immediately called him and he said I must have done damage on way home! That's his response. I'll never take another vehicle there. He could have repaired that spot in a jiffy to keep a good customer but he's lost a customer and any recommendations!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto windshield replacement

I am from out of town, and my car broke down in Murfreesboro. I googled car repair shops and looked at reviews. Distinctive Auto Repair was close to where I broke down, and had good reviews, so I had my car towed to them and I am so thankful that I did! Chris and his team were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They had all the parts in stock needed for my repair, and they were able to get me back on the road by the next day! I highly recommend Distinctive Auto Repair!

I currently have a Durango in with these guys because they accept car shield auto warranty, which is a joke car shield that is that s a whole Nother issue. We could talk about still waiting on the Dodge Durango. It has some really odd symptoms that we have yet to fully Comprehend my suspicion is a cracked block so I ll review that in the end, but I did take a service truck up there that I purchased from a renter that was running poorly even after I had done a lot of work to it I could not remedy it, but they did throttle body gasket was leaking air They were able to put a new gasket on it and a sensor that was bad. Got it running quickly for me. I would definitely refer these guys to you. I think they re honest and do good work. Some vehicles can present a challenge. You have to take that into consideration I think if you need something small done they re gonna be pretty quick, but if it s more detailed, you may have to wait a little bit. They re like every other business they re trying to take in all they can Without putting anybody off too long it s a balancing act I ve been in business so I know this. But I would definitely give these guys a shot at your repair, however, detailed.

So grateful to have found a local trustworthy mechanic in Murfreesboro! Garret and the team at Distinctive Auto are always prompt, friendly and helpful in explaining what needs to be done and why. They don t try to sell you on repairs and things you don t need. They get the job done well and in great time They have done extensive service work on my 2010 Subaru forester and my husband s 2019 Subaru legacy. I was in the middle of a raod trip and had a sudden front end issue. He wasn't sure he could get me in but a tech was able to come out and look at it for me. It ended up being a minor issue but I was a ble to get back on the road to my destination quickly thanks to them.

These guys do good work. Usually they run pretty close to schedule. This time however they were more than an hour off the mark. But they did make it up a little bit by not charging me for some of the work. So they are very straight up and honorable, in my experience.

You charged my Mother 90 bucks. To put in a head lite. She bought elsewhere. N asked y'all to simply replace. On top of a forty dollar oil change. Dude!!! Y'all SUCK!!!!! Never..never be back.

If I could give a 0, I would! Save your time and money. Referred here by dealership for an issue covered under warranty, cold a/c not blowing consistently, replaced compressor, still no air and have been back and forth at least 6 times leaving my car for days, TO STILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUE 3mths later. Just save yourself the headache

Took them 2 weeks to replace a DEF pump on an F250 because they didn't have the software to reset the PCM and wouldn't admit it(which cost me an additional $500 at the Ford dealership right across the street) and couldn't admit the mistake; they then sent me on the road with my truck nearly in limp mode and told me issue would "fix itself after the mile counter reached 0(which would put it in limp mode). I later find out later on during a DEF system flush that the bolts holding the pump and heater on were stripped so badly that the parts had to be damaged/replaced in order to remove them(which is now costing me an additional $1100) due to negligence of the mechanics who performed the work. Not to mention the being told for literal days, while waiting in their lobby, "one more hour" repeatedly.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Waited 3 hours for their tow guy then called the shop for an update, guy said another hour and a half. So I Waited. My phone died, after getting it charged and back on I find a voice mail from the tow guy saying he couldn't find my place. I immediately called him back but he said he couldn't find the place and gave up. My address is easy to find and the big sign at the end if my driveway with the numbers on it might have been A clue, Or maybe the mailbox with the number on it or maybe the big black truck matching the description parked at the end of the drive might have been a clue. So now I'm a day further from a repair and still need to find a shop and get the thing towed. But it won't be this shop! Thanks for the waste of time.0/10... go somewhere else

I ve been here twice, Robert is the man! Once for an oil change and once for a clutch replacement. They will get you in and out fast and they re prices are very very reasonable! If you have any auto needs or repairs that need to be taken care of do not hesitate to come here. I had the belts on my older car replaced. The staff at Distinctive Auto were great. They replaced the belts quickly. They were polite and professional. Ladies, if you are looking for an honest mechanic who will not talk down to you, or overcharge you, this is the place to come. Highly recommend.Update 6/2023: I went to Distinctive Auto Repair for an oil change and they were happy to check my belts. My car is running well.Update 9/20/23I had to take my car back recently to have the radiator hoses fixed. They had my car ready the next afternoon.

The guys at Distinctive are great. Took my Mazda CX-9 in with the engine light on fully expecting a bill over $1000. They figured the issue out and fixed that issue for less than $75, then they also fixed the blower motor for the heat/AC and fixed my driver door. All for way less than expecting. Great, honest and dependable. Have been taking my vehicles there for years and tell others about them as well. I took my daughters car in for some front end repair. They did some of the repair then sent it to Tire world for a supposed front end alignment. We got it back and was pulling very bad to left. Then they told us that tire world could not do the rear alignment because they need some parts. They still charged me for the alignment and i had to take it to Budget Brakes for the alignment and they had it done in 30 min and it was perfect with no parts. went back to Distinctive and they would not refund the alignment charge even with the warrenty.

Two days and clutch replacement done. Works great. 36000 mile / 36 month warranty.Great work! Keeping my piece of Ford Rollin.
