I won t go anywhere else for tires! This is my second time here and everyone working there is amazing. No matter who I spoke to they were able to help me and walk me through every step of the way. I had a challenge trying to find tires for an older car and it caused them to do some research, but they were able to get me what I wanted. From Cam starting the process and following up with me, to James going above and beyond to help me, and speaking with Jeremiah over the phone, every employee was professional and knowledgeable. What I needed was a needle in a haystack, there was a line that was to the door, I felt that what I was having them look for was too hard and not possible, but James did not rush me out or make me feel like I was going to have to go home and research on my own. He was calm under a busy day and he was able to find my tires and also said he could have them delivered and installed that day. I will recommend this place to anyone.

Customer service is spot on. Had an appointment for 530. Showed up at 445, because I'm always early.In and out before my scheduled appointment time.Team was informative and very respectful of my time.Thanks Jeremiah for the great experience!

I had a great experience at Discount Tire! The people were friendly the prices were great they matched other tire places for what I wanted. They set up an appointment and got me fixed up and out of there in an hour! I would highly recommend them.

I just want to start this off by saying how great of a job JR does as a manager. You can tell the positive impact he has on the staff just by seeing how hard they all work, but also by how happy they seem to be working there. JR greeted me personally and handed me off to Dante who assessed my tires, took my payment, and gave me the estimated wait time of an hour. They had me in and out in 35 minutes! I barely had time to get comfortable before they had me back out on the road. I drove all the way from Nashville because I know that when it comes to quality work and customer service, I can always count on JR and his staff. I can say from experience that management makes a difference because I ve been to other DTs and was pretty unimpressed, but this team has restored my faith that good service is still available in big companies, even if it is harder to find. So thank you JR, Dante, and the rest of the S Church team. Y all are the best.

Was here from out of town and got a nail in my two month old tire. The guys worked with me and got me back on the road. Professional and super friendly! They also keep you updated every step of the way.

Making an online appointment was worth it and my repair was completed well within the promised time! It is also worth sharing what I observed: Many customers were present and many arrived during that hour. Each were quickly greeted, their needs assessed, then swiftly fulfilled with a smile by every team member observed including the manager. They hustled to help whether in the workshop, in the parking lot or on the phone! Highly recommend Discount Tire on Church St. in Murfreesboro, TN.

Great staff that take care of customers with really good products.I recently had a blowout on my outside dually tire. (Sidewalls don't like hitting concrete objects, I suppose). I came in to get a new tire with my warranty. All was done efficiently. However, there was a mistake made on the part of the installer. It happens. But what separates the bad, good, and great is how mistakes are handled.It took a week to discover the problem. So, I returned to the store. I explained my issue to the staff. Immediately, the problem was corrected, and every reasonable attempt was made to make sure I was satisfied.No one can prevent wvery mistake. However, only the great go the extra mile to make corrections the right way.Thank you!

Every time I come here they put the wrong size tires on my car. It s not until I hear scraping sounds while I m turning that I realize it. Not gonna come back here again. The original issue I came in for wasn t even fixed, the tire is still shaky. They replaced a blowout tire, but it wasn t properly balanced. All they did was put the wrong size tires on, after being an hour late from my appointment time to take my car back. They put my 18 inch tires on one side of the car and 17 inches on the other. The first time they did this they put my 18 inch tires on the front and 17 on the back and Scraped up the inside of my wheel well. They say they are understaffed. I don t know. I just thank God I didn t get on the highway before I noticed it.

People are really friendly and quick to help you even when they're busy, but that doesn't make up for installing a valve stem extension that was left loose enough to let all the air out of my new tire on the way back. Luckily it was a dually and I wasn't stranded on a busy interstate, but a longer drive would have destroyed the tire and this could have caused a roll or been a huge safety issue on a different vehicle.If you choose to use this place, *carefully* double check their work before leaving.The chain eventually looked back over their work to double check that it wasn't a different issue.

It doesn t matter if there are 3 customers or 50, you re going to wait. Definitely not like other discount tire locations I ve been to. Quick to take your money though.

Stopped this morning due to having a leak in a tire, which was taken care of promptly. I've been doing business with these guys since 2021 buying wheels and tires and having routine rotation and balances done and I'll have to say I've yet to be disappointed. They know what they're doing and do so professionally and have been more than competitive with their pricing.

Discount tire employees are always ready to help, very friendly. They offer 12 months same as cash no interest. That helped me because I needed all 4 tires and couldn't pay all at one time. When you buy tires from them you get free rotation and balancing. I have purchased my tires from them for many years.Thanks Jo Jones

I have to say. I've had the best experience today. I had a tire blow out and had my van towed to Discount Tire. Chris helped me. He checked my tire and the other tires and let me know I would need all new tires as, I knew, because they were pretty worn.I had a Dr's appointment in 2 1/2 hours after my arrival. I seen they were terribly busy and working to get many cars in and out, taking phone calls and helping everyone walking in. They had me in and out so I would be able to get to my appointment on time. They were incredibly sincere on my situation. If I could give them 10 stars on my experience I would!

If could leave a zero stars I would . I was sold a set of tires that the rep said was just pulled off a truck and only had a hundred miles on them the customer didn t like how they looked on his truck. I bought them and didn t even make it 10 miles down road and had a flat tire. Next week 2 of them started leaking air they said was because of temperature change . They leaked every single day. I called corporate and the store finally got another set put on that was not even worth putting on a pickup truck they was for a car. I slid through a red light and almost got hit head on Friday after getting the set rotated and all the store manager wanted to do today was charge me for a new set of tires not replace or anything I went to leave and a Mexican looking guy said come back at 4 pm and we will replace them for free got there at 334 and at 6 pm just fnow leaving the place

The service here is top notch. They get you in and out pretty quickly considering how busy they always are. They always acknowledge and greet every customer that walks in. The staff are all so kind and helpful. Jet specially was wonderful to work with. He took the time to discuss my options with me which I really appreciated!

Any issue with tires I have I bring here. They always give me top notch service. Today ran into snags while getting a sensor replaced somehow the battery was drained. Again they went above and beyond and corrected the issue.

5 1/2 hours for an oil change and still they haven t even started on my vehicle. Took my vehicle and left after dropping it off. NEVER GO THERE!!!

It saddens me to have to post this review and I have pondered over it for a week before doing so. I had an issue last week with a tire as you can see in the attached photo. I called Discount Tire on S. Church St and told them I had a nail in my tire and needed it patched or replaced. Nothing against the customer service, it was great. Per Discount Tire's normal procedure, when I arrived they came out to the car, I explained my issue and showed them the nail and was told it would be fixed and my car ready in less than two hours. An hour and a half later, I get a call that my car is ready and I proceed to pick it up. All is right with the world!!! Except, the attached photos are from the morning after leaving Discount tire. THEY NEVER REMOVED THE NAIL FROM MY TIRE. Nor was it patched. So imagine my surprise when I got in my car only to see that my tire was showing a PSI of (1). Luckily I didn't jump on the interstate with the assumption that my tire was fixed and make a bad situation worse. I am extremely disappointed with this experience to say the least and will probably not take my business to Discount Tire going forward.

The staff explained the tread on each one of my tires and advised me of my options. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. I elected to replace my tires, and was given a time that the work would be completed. The job was completed prior to the time given. Great job!

Walked in asking to have a tire plugged noticed they were busy was told to come back at 12pm. Was sent a tracker to keep status of my vehicle. Showed up before 12 sat in the waiting area until 1pm and was then informed it would be another 30-45 minutes. Left and will be plugging the tire myself.

They were extremely busy, I made an appointment online and still considered it ok that they finished a little over the estimated time. I got no pressure to add services or change my order, though I chose the highest quality tires available because it matters. I drive a lot, it's a safety thing, so I'll save money on tennis shoes or underwear but not on tires.They were dealing with a constant line of walk ins and all things considered i think they did well with the situation. I got the tires I wanted installed correctly along with good advice and safety information. For me, that's all I need in a tire shop and more than I expected.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. They immediately greeted me and asked how could they help me. I had a tire leak and needed to get it fixed. Not only did they check and diagnose the situation they asked to come and look at what they found. The situation was explained in great detail and during the conversation, the main feeling I got was a total sense for my security and safety! I ended up needing 4 tires and new lug nuts. I was not expecting the big bill and was confronted with what to do. The new program they have available was a life saver and let s me pay in monthly installments through a loan I qualified for! I recommend this location to anyone and everyone needing the services they provide!

The biggest reason I buy my tires here is the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. They really know what they are doing. I purchased tires and had new rims installed. They did this in under an hour, and it was done right. Hats off to this team and their performance.

Ordered wheels and tires online. Came in a little later then planned but the team here kept me up to date and in the loop the whole time. This avoided wasted time and unneeded trips.Scheduled an appointment online and they got me in, almost immediately. Very professional staff and management team.Was great seeing a manager on the floor working with his employees.
