My experience with them was amazing. And I m not sure I ve ever said that about any kind of car maintenance service. I had made an appointment for the following day but was driving by and wanted to ask if my rim was too messed up to continue using. Joe helped me and immediately let me know my rim was no longer usable. He jumped right in to show me my options and said he could fit me in that day. He walked me through everything, was never pushy, and got me in and out quickly. Their team is great and I ll definitely go straight back to them next time I m in need of tires or rims.

I scheduled a 9A.M. Appointment. They told me they would be done no later than 10A.M. The purpose of an appointment is to plan the day accordingly. I waited over 40 mins after being thanked for showing up on time to be seen. I did not feel that my time was valued here. Your money is better spent elsewhere. I watched 5-6 guys just leisure and cut up while I still was waiting to be seen. A complete joke.

Literally "above and beyond" service here. Everyone I worked with here was fast, friendly, and professional.I worked with Chris who especially made every effort to be sure I was 100% satisfied with my service even though my car needed some special products that were difficult to find.

I saved well over $100 on Goodyear tires. Installed, balanced, valve stems. Great service. Honest people. And lifetime rotate and balance included.

I ve been in a few times and the team has always been very helpful, courteous and although they had made a non-critical (but problematic) mistake with my tires, they rectified it immediately without a lot of fuss. I never feel rushed or judged when I have questions. Comfortable seating and fun viewing window into the bay if that s your thing. If I need future tire services, I ll be back!

Called about getting four brand new tires, Spoke with Eric and he quoted me a price to best a competitor near by. Explained Saturday was the only day I had available due to my schedule and Eric guaranteed it would be Saturday like the competitor. However Eric said they needed to get the tires from another warehouse and he would call me on Saturday to let me know what time I could bring in my car. I waited at home until the late afternoon and Eric never called back. Very disappointed because I could have taken it to the competitor if I was notified that they couldn t get the tires or etc. Never used Discount Tires and I probably never will after this.

Took my 4 tires for installation around 4pm and the jobs was done around 7pm, I didn't mind the wait, but what really pisses me off is the fact that one of my rims is damage. I was inside watching them and they were struggling to put it on even though the tires are the right size. At first the young dudes attempted to do it then the older guys finish the job. I wish I could've seen it right away before I drove off, but it was super late and I was in a hurry. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Definitely recommend this place ! Best tire store in Murfreesboro and they really do work with you and take good care of their customers! My tire was actually almost split open showing the inside and had a bubble in it . They refused for me to leave without getting it replaced. I didn t have the funds at the time but Steve definitely didn t mind working with me for right now until I could pay the rest of the balance! They definitely care about the well-being of their customers

I've been dealing with Discount Tire for many yrs and have purchased many sets. My family has 4 vehicles. Discount tire has always been helpful and honest about the timeline to get tired get tires installed. The only complaint. Is that they're usually really busy.

Stor manager Daniel was extremely helpful and very polite. He is very knowledgeable and type of the person who's service always brings me back. He was not in the hurry to explain everything in details and waited patiently for my decision. I am very happy I was helped by him and his crew , that are absolutely awesome workers! Thank you Old Fort Pkwy Murfreesboro team!!!!!

I got there 30 min before they closed and had a screw in my front tire and they stayed over 45 min with mine being the last vehicle and replaced not 1 but 2 tires for me so my vehicle was safe to leave for me to go pick up my children. Very friendly staff highly recommend.

Called this morning about new tires for my 2500 Hd gmc Denali. Chris was the man who assisted me I had many questions about a few different tires and he answered them all I decided on four new Nitto ridge grapplers. I asked him how soon. He could install them. He placed me on hold for a minute. Then said three were onsite and he could get the third one shortly. He called me back and said he had all four and when I arrived. I arrived did paperwork got tires mounted and balanced And drove. Truck is so much quieter and such a smother ride. Great tire? Great service from Chris and great store. I ll be back

I want to give a big shout-out to these folks. They were very busy...but took the time to find out one of my original equipment tires was failing (probably 5 years old)....not many miles on them...but, with all the heat we've had and not really knowing where and when the tires were stored, then mounted, etc., you just have to think "maybe those tires are pushing their limits". At any rate...the only negative thing is that in the busy-ness of that afternoon our rep did not realize that we had a very usable spare. That was mounted very quickly when I reminded him of that...and we were gone. My previous experiences with DT is at another location...but up until recently...I've always purchased DT tire/services. The reason for this is simple: PRICE. Also, I'm just not driving as much as before...an 80,000 or even 50,000 mile warranty car tire would last 10 years. So, I now shop, shop, shop. Many of the tires we think as American brand lines are actually made in Turkey, Thailand, and China! So...by eliminating the big middle man...the prices I now pay are 25 to 40 percent below DTs lowest priced tire (with less value). So...that's the 4 stars. Thanks DT for your years of great service.

This is the second time and second location of Discount Tire that I ve used. The customer service at both locations is excellent! They will now be handling all of the tire needs for our service business in the future.

Stopped in to get 2 tires and windshield wipers. Think I paid for new rims as well but uncertain. I know I do not have new rims attached to the new tires. The next day it rained, I noticed the passenger side wiper was already tearing. I went back to see if I could have the one replaced. Turns out the wipers hadn't been replaced at all. They did replace the wipers without hassle.Everything was done in a timely manner and the customer service was great.

I have been to this location a few times now and they always get me taken care of in an efficient manor. This time was even better though, the employee that helped me this time was great, I don t remember his name but he was very helpful and nice.

I really hate this place, they gltell you to come up there and when you get there, they don't remember anything about you. Talked to Ethan and he didn't put my information in the computer and then Daniel don't know anything. Please stay away from this place, very unprofessional people.

If you have nice rims do not go here they will destroy your rims and then tell you there is no other way of mounting the tire very unprofessional

Went in today due to a nail in my tire. Everyone was super professional and helpful. Not only were they fast at repairing my tire, they also didn't charge! Mind you, I went somewhere different first and they stated my tire wasn't able to be repaired and it would've cost $382 for ONE tire!! I highly recommend this place!! Thank you for the repair! You've made my day!

Got 4 new tires over there, the staff there are really nice and just from listening to them I can tell their care about what they do. It was really backed up the day I went but I didn t make an appointment. They don t offer alignment though it s kinda a bumper. Overall good experience ,would return

Great Discount Tire!!! I never buy tires anyplace else and I ALWAYS get the Road Hazard Warranty, it's paid off several times for me. I just ran over junk that fell out of a trailer going down the road, it tore my sidewall of my front tire. Discount Tire replaced it for FREE!!! Their prices are low and the service is second to none!!!

Came in with a nail in my tire, hoping to get it removed and plugged. Unfortunately it was too big to plug so I had to replace the tire. Even though they were very busy that day (overheard an employee telling someone that the next available appointments were two days away) they were able to get my tire replaced in less than 2 hours, no hassle! It was clear they wanted to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Very pleased with my experience!

I came into the store with a flat tire that needed to be plugged I was told it would be two hours. Which is fine. However, four other customers came in with the same problem and were in and out of the store. In fact, the shop foreman address one of customers saying he saw her name on the bottom of the list and got her right out. This is not very fair. And the employees there looked at me like I was crazy when I told them that I and my entire family buy tires at discount tire. I would expect much better service and especially no favoritism shown towards particular customers.Over others

They were able to get me in very quickly for a tire repair. The service was very friendly and professional, although they didn t have the tire I needed/wanted since mine had been discontinued, they had great service. Thanks James and Clark!

DO NOT go to this store(or any Discount Tire) and get ripped off! I'm not sure if a change in management or policy has driven their recent desire to start ripping off their customers... but just be warned... they are in the business of overcharging for everything!

I went to this location today to fix my tire. My two front tires was losing air he check the flat one and it was unfixed tire he said we will use my certificate that I paid for lifetime warranty and the other hazard lose air tire will use mileage on it because you only drove 31000 mile on it and you will get 50% off and you only need to pay $380 for both tires. I disagree with his offer and I asked him to use my spare tire and he did it and on the way back to nashville my tire the one placed on the spare tire, fell off. Hope manger of this location will take care of this.

I purchased 2 tires ahead of time and had my girlfriend go and get them rotated and the new ones put on while I was at work. I called before hand to make sure they weren t too busy and whether I should make an appointment or do a walk in. The worker, Lenny, told me it wasn t busy and that it would be faster/better to just do a walk in. She called me upset afterward because they told her it was a 3 hour wait time despite the location not being busy, that the front desk guy kept asking invasive questions about her personal life like where she lived at/if she had a boyfriend/is she in school, and that both workers she interacted with tried to sell her more tires/different tires/windshield wipers. She told them she didn t want to carry on conversation and that it wasn t her car or her decision and that she didn t want anything extra and yet they continued to push these things in all regards. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and will not be using this location again.
