They were upfront about any additional costs before completing the work, and did everything possible to finish the work quickly. Also, an hour after I left I received a call from them, they had forgotten to do the oil change I requested after the main work was completed, and I was able to bring it back immediately for them to remedy the issue. A lot of places would have kept the extra money and not done the right thing in that scenario, I was very impressed with the integrity.

Speedy service. Excellent knowledge. Gave great advice and cared about me and made honest recommendations rather than ones to make them money: Highly recommend. Saved me from spending $10,000 on a jeep I purchased for 18,000 a few days before. Thanks to them I was able to return it. Talk about a LIFE SAVER

10/10 experience here! I had an oil change with a routine inspection more reasonably priced than a dealership quoted me. They got the job done way sooner than I expected. I m trying to make my Civic last as long as possible and it feels great to find a shop I can trust.

One of the best in town! They are exceptionally honest about your car s needs, which means a lot to me as a girl navigating car repairs without much knowledge. Very good with communication and updates too.

Check engine light came on on my big ole Chevy 1500 4x4. It had been running rough, and I knew something was amiss. I swung by CB, they got me in within minutes, and had me ready by the next day. They deal with my warranty company, and the price for two expensive parts wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. The main thing I have found with this crew is their customer service is amazing. They are kind, courteous, and they definitely seem to put the "Christian" in Christian Brothers. Whether that's your thing or not don't matter. If you want good service with a smile, I wouldn't go any place else.

This company actually helps people. They get you in and out quickly and I'm thankful to have them apart of the Murfreesboro TN community. This world would be a better place if more companies did business like they do. I appreciate the quality team and work provided by them. If you need your vehicle worked on give them a call. We had a massive oil leak and have plans to drive to Knoxville, today. Thankfully the crew here allowed us to schedule a slot at 7am and got us taken care of by 11AM, just in time for our trip. We also got our scheduled maintenance items knocked out, too. We had all the brakes replaced (new hardened rotors and ceramic shoes), changed the transmission fluid, flushed, refilled brake fluid, replaced leaky gasket, and told us we have a 3 year/36 thousand mile warranty. The prices seemed reasonable and the warranty made us feel better about the quality of the parts and service we received. The amount of cars waiting for service and the amount of traffic coming in, shows Christian Brothers are doing a lot of things right to help and get peoples' vehicles done right.

Christian brothers were very thorough with the diagnostic and explained my needs. I was not able to afford everything that was recommended, so they gave me some parts at cost and did the oil change for free. No other automotive repair service has done this for me. Highly suggest this place.

A few weeks ago, my car stopped running. I had used Christian Brothers a couple of years before, so I went back to them because of my trust issues in the past with mechanics, as I am a mechanics daughter. The car worked for a bit and stopped again. I called Mr. Tim and told him about what was happening. He immediately told me that he would have it towed back in and of course I was thinking, I don t have anymore money right now for car repair but before I could say anything he said I m not gonna charge you .Later, the phone rang. It was Mr. Tim. After explaining the problem I felt a huge bill was ahead, but instead, he said No charge. It was our mistake and we have taken care of it. Your car is on its way back to you . My situation was escalated, and my car was back working immediately.It s not very often someone will admit to making a mistake when they could have very easily covered it up. Mr. Tim, Mr. Shane, Mr. Dave, and anyone else that contributed to me receiving this blessing, I thank you. Yes, God gets the first thank you , but I believe I can truly say that The Christian Brothers name, speaks for itself.God bless you all, and pray you all were blessed with Happy Holidays!!! This was my first experience with Christian Brothers and couldn't be more pleased. Mine was a major warranty repair (transmission) with several other maintenance items (plugs, fluids, etc). They handled everything for me with the warranty company. It was a very smooth and stress free process. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Honest business that will go the extra mile to make sure you're treated fairly. My college age son brought his 2006 vehicle in to get an estimate for repair. It was an expensive complicated repair and after having a difficult time contacting my son to explain the repairs needed they even offered to partially refund the diagnostic charge. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive.

I brought my car to have the front wheel bearings replaced. They did a full inspection and found something I overlooked. They had my car ready to go within a few hours at the price they quoted me. They didn t try to upsell me. Great service, great price, great location with a great atmosphere. They live up to their name. I highly recommend this place and will be a life long customer.

I have been very pleased with both the service and demeanor of the people at Christian Brothers. They have been very honest and up front about repairs needed and the cost of those repairs. They get the job done on time (and sometimes before time). They are extremely knowledgeable and efficient with communication as well as sharing their knowledge. Christian Brothers was incredibly helpful in diagnosing a potentially dangerous issue with our daughter s car. As an out-of-state college student, they made sure that she was taken care of quickly and fixed the issue so that she could have safe and reliable transportation again. As parents, we are extremely grateful and feel like the customer service at Christian Brothers is top notch!!! Highly Recommended!!!!

Listen up. Hands down the best in all categories. I ll never use anyone else. The employees are respectful and knowledgeable. The guys in the office were always checking on me and giving me updates on my truck. Even scheduled me an appointment with a dealer to fix recall items. Do not change anything here. Although we have lived in Murfreesboro for three years, when we recently found ourselves with car problems, we had no idea who to contact. Based on feedback we received, we called Christian Brothers Automotive Murfreesboro. From the initial call we were extremely pleased.#1. We were given the name of a tow company that would pick up the vehicle from our home and take it to the service shop#2. Christian Brothers Automotive seem like a really good group of people. Knowledgeable and stand by their work. Shout out to Nick and Kurt. Thank you guys. They were able to turn an $18,000 quote from a dealership for repairs to 1/18th of that, was able to rule out everything the dealership wanted and find the root cause and get it fixed. I ve worked on vehicles since I was little, but unable to do my own work because of where I live, fortunately I finally found a decent shop I can say I will be a returning customer to.

I came from upstate NY with my mustang and a rotted gas tank..had to be replaced didn t know where to go I saw CB website learned the history of the company so took a chance as my tank was getting worse by the day leaking fuel I finally made a right choice the first time around! CB is the epitome of real, honest customer service and talent..My new home is now in Murfreesboro and CB is my forever place for my 07 GT Mustang and any future vehicles they are just good souls that can be trusted! And their waiting room feels like home!

Amazing customer service, knowledgeable, friendly, professional! The Franklin Rd location is clean and efficient. They have answered all my questions and communication is top notch. The ability to review everything from a user-friendly mobile system is wonderful, and thecomplementary shuttle was a huge bonus! Will be back for all future needs!

I purchased a Ford Hybrid car from a car lot and it has been to two Ford dealerships mechanic shops and one local mechanic and they have kept the car off and on for 8 months and still couldn t figure out what was wrong with it and charged thousands of dollars. I called CB and spoke with Nick and he told me a date and a time to bring it in and they would be happy to look at it. When I arrived I was greeted and acknowledged promptly. He estimated that he would have an answer within two to three days and that was fine. On Friday afternoon he called and explained that it was taking a little longer than expected but that they was looking into a few things that it probably could be. By Tuesday (less than a week) they had a diagnosis and gave their recommendations for the repair and only changed $259.00. I was so relieved and shocked at the difference in the quality of the service and the overall experience. They will definitely be my new go to mechanic shop and I will have to travel the 45 minutes gladly because I know good service is few and far between. Good experience!!!!
