I went to CDJR in February for service on a 2020 RAM truck that I bought from them in July 23. I stupidly bought a 3 oil change / tire rotation service package with the truck, only to discover the store I bought tires for the 50k mile truck from included lifetime rotation.I informed CDJR on my arrival that I only needed an oil change. After a while I checked with the service admin who informed me that the tech said I had a stripped thread for my oil pan plug and they would need to replace the oil pan. After some discussion, it was determined that it would be covered under the powertrain warranty. Of note, CDJR had changed the oil after I agreed to buy the truck in July and so if the thread was in fact stripped, their personnel were the last to touch it.Unfortunately, they did not have an oil pan in stock so they supposedly put an oversized plug in my oil pan. They ordered an oil pan and roughly 10 days later I was able to go in at 8 a.m. for them to replace my damaged oil pan.At about noon, the service admin informed me that another technician said there s nothing wrong with the oil pan and plug.What????I inquired of the interim service manager, did he inquire of the original tech and his face got bright red. He gave me another on-the-house oil change for my trouble, but given my experience to date with their service dept.Sadly, after this I don t know if I have a problem or not. As a result, I have zero confidence in the CDJR service dept.I spent much wasted time with them. Advice - do NOT buy a maintenance package from CDJR if you purchase a vehicle.

Ron, Rhett, and Alexa made our Mohave purchase a joy! We traveled from Wisconsin for the Jeep adoption day, and it couldn t have gone more smoothly. Also, loved the country music playlist while we completed our paperwork. Thanks to all who helped make this a fun and memorable experience. :)

These are the nicest, friendliest people I have ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle! I bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they went out of their way to make me happy!! I would definitely recommend trying Beaman above all the others they are out standing!!!

Will De Leon was amazing! Above standard customer service. From the beginning he listened and confirmed to my concerns, explained the process, estimated time, and potential prices. His communication was thorough. If you need a service advisor, Will is the best! thank you Will.. and congrats on those Detroit Lions!

I bought my Jeep brand new from here in 2020. I ve always had a great experience until recently. Every oil change and tire rotation has been done there since I ve owned the Jeep. The service advisor I encountered was rude and wanted to argue with me when I didn t agree with his smart comment.In addition to that, I needed to take my car in to have the sensors recalibrated after being in a wreck. I called, left messages, and emailed the girl over that and have still yet to receive a response from her and it s been over 2 weeks.Customer service has went downhill and judging by the some of the other reviews I ve read, I m not the only one who has experienced this.

My experience with Beaman CDJR Service was not a pleasant one, the only reason I gave 2 stars was Tanner always tried to be helpful and he was not even my rep. I brought my Jeep in 3 times to fix the same issue and it is still not fixed. I paid $450 (approx.) to fix an airbag light issue and my light is still on to this day. Clearing codes does not fix an issue. I was supposed to be contacted about 3 weeks ago when a loaner car was available to hopefully finish fixing the issue and still have not heard anything from them. My windshield wiper pump was also fixed there and only worked for a few days. Then I was told it needed a new nozzle, which was ordered after they had my Jeep for 4 days and the part got stuck in traffic and would not be delivered until the next day. So I picked up my Jeep and brought it back in later that week to put the nozzle in. When the technician brought it out he informed me to other side would need a new nozzle as well...why didn't that get ordered with the other one and done at the same time??? There has been very little communication to me through this whole ordeal from the service department and it is very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. I am beyond frustrated and will not be using their service again, even if I have to pay someone else to fix these issues. Frankly, this service department has put a bad taste in my mouth for Jeep in general and I will probably never buy another Jeep again.

It was the 2nd time and last time I ll go to Beaman for service and the 2nd time I had a HORRIBLE customer experience!The 1st time they did at least attempt to make things right. After scheduling a 9am Saturday oil change and ordering a new key fob, dropping off on time, at closing time they still hadn t done any of it. They wanted me to bring it back on Monday. I couldn t take time off of work to do that so they did come get the vehicle, did the oil change and brought it back. However no key fob because there was an error and they hadn t originally ordered one.This time they made no effort. I scheduled an appointment for another oil change and new key fob. I had to call and speak personally with them because when my husband dropped the vehicle off the guy checking him in didn t seem to know what services had been scheduled. I was assured everything was good. Husband picked the vehicle up in the afternoon and only the oil change got done. The guy was rude, said there was nothing he could do and told my husband to call back the next day. I called to complain and was told We re sorry and don t understand why that happened . When can you bring the vehicle back? Seriously? You messed up yet again and I have to go out of MY way to come back to get what I scheduled twice now and been assured verbally on the phone 3 different times would get done and still didn t!?This last time, I spoke to 3 different people about the issue. Not one single manager called to inquire or attempt to change this very unsatisfied customer to a satisfied one.

I would give less than a 1 star if I could. We took our Gladiator in for some repairs and it took way longer than they originally promised because even though they knew what we needed done ahead of time, they didn't bother ordering the parts. They were supposed to align the Gladiator and rotate the tires. Either they didn't know what they were doing or they didn't do it. By the time we got home our jeep was death wobbling all over the place. They were not responsive when we tried to contact them directly about the repairs. Also there was a problem with our back up lights and we are still having periodic problems with that as well. It was money and time wasted driving to Murfreesboro to have our jeep worked on. Won't be going back there again.

My top two complaints are 1- no communication at all and 2 - no sense of urgency at all. I was told that I'd be kept informed of the status. I even got an initial text stating the same. They kept my car a week to perform a few hours of work resulting in a misdiagnosis and a second week to do 8 more hours of work. They needed to get approval to do warranty work for a second attempt and waited until I called them at 2:30 the next day before they reached out to the warranty company. Eventually, I was told that they had the part but would start on it the next day. From my perspective, they had the car over a week after putting the wrong part on, had the right part but decided to wait another day to start the repair. Plus you don't even need the new part in hand to start the disassembly. Of course it could have been a legitimate reason accounting for MOST of the idle time, but they didn't even bothering sharing it. Warranty would have provide me with a rental replacement car, but BCDJR were never able to nail down how long the job was so I was just left without a car for 2 weeks. My experience at BCDJR has been a top notch sales staff on multipleoccasions, but I have no positive words to say about the service department. This was the second similar experience for me and actually 3rd for my family. I pass 2 other Dodge dealers on my way to BCDJR. Next time, I'll probably take a chance with a local dealer. I will say Kyle, the GM, tried his best to get things back on track. He was helpful and concerned. Of course the previous GM, Olin, told me how he was going to implement improvements, but he wasn't there long enough to make a difference. Actually, I heard the same from the GM before Olin too and he didn't remain there long either.

Besides the lack of communication, the 5 month long process just to replace a radio that was unknowingly defective when I purchased the car, found out the same week it was damaged, trying to get in touch with someone in service over the phone but never could, had to physically go up there just to get a status or an answer, got the radio replaced after 4 months of waiting to find out the replacement radio was defective, went a month without a radio sound at all, to finally getting a working radio with a different service rep who actually made me feel like my situation mattered, my initial salesman, Eric, who no longer works for them, was great. That s who the stars are for. Definitely my last purchase here.

The dealership was ok, but Derek Johnson in the service dept was amazing. He went above and beyond. I have lots more to share that isn t so positive but that wasn t the dealership s responsibility and as such, I won t share that here. Pay Derek Johnson a lot more because he deserves it.

The car sat at the dealership for days. While there was snow and cold, the dealership being closed 4 days with no contact was concerning. Once opened car was promptly serviced. Service team was great.

I have a 2008 JKUX with the lifetime powertrain warranty and needed service to repair the rear axle and bearings. The Crew at Beaman took great care of me and repaired the issues to my satisfaction Thank you!

So very unorganized. Both times I scheduled work to be done they have no idea why I am there even when I called and set up the service on the phone. First the employees handling the paperwork either quit or got fired. The Jeep sat there for 4 months. This time I and other customers were told they didn t even know we were coming. At least they did work me in and I was glad about that part.

I took my car in for an oil change not expecting the service to be as great as it was due to it being a large dealership thinking that I was just a number but the technician that worked on my car was excellent and he provided extra feedback on other issues of my car I would definitely recommend that to anyone else

My original appointment was scheduled for a Saturday at 12:00. I walk into the building and the first thing out of the service advisor mouth was if you re here for an oil change it s gonna be a several hour wait . I stated that I had an appointment, but that didn t matter. I leave and reschedule for a weekday appointment. I arrive for my appointment and still had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change, and to top it off they rotated my tires and didn t even check the air pressure in my tires. What s the purpose of scheduling an appointment if it s first come first serve?

Dropped my Jeep off for CEL diagnostic, 3 days later I was told they couldn t diagnose the Issue. I was told to replace all my f the 02 sensors. I was quoted a price for parts and labor. over 1100$. But couldn t guarantee that would fix the issues. I bought the parts for 300$ (400$ less than Quoted). I fixed it myself.

My truck was there for 2 days and they never even looked at it, I ended up taking it to another dealer. Service advisor should have let me know when I scheduled it and when I dropped it off. I was looking to buy a new truck this spring but it won't be at Beaman

Unfortunately I ve had to spend a lot of time at the dealership in the last 6 months. I ve had problems with 2 vehicles. The crew at the service department have went above a beyond for me. They have taken issues to corporate for me and got them resolved when I could not. I ve bought 4 vehicles there because of the service dept
