What a wonderful experience! From the first phone call to my final repair this team was outstanding. Tammy and Mike both went over and beyond to ensure we were safe and happy. They even had my car cleaned inside and out. What a delightful surprise after a week of snow.

The bumper repair was outstanding. The issue is that someone there completely destroyed the paint on my hood and mirrors in the process. I have several paint chips down to bare metal all over my hood. These were not there when I dropped it off.

I came to have a section of my bumper repaired and painted on my 2020 Kia soul, and less than a year later the paint has bubbles in the finish and has been coming off only on the repainted front bumper section. Not happy with the paint job. It looked good at first and I didn't wash it for over a month to be sure the paint cured. (June 2023 I responded to the email inquiry about this review and haven't heard back from anyone).July 2023, still no response from the business owner or anyone else. Two middle fingers up.

Came here in May 2022 because it was a part of Geico Express. Initially things went well, but quickly fell apart. I was told it would be approximately 2 weeks to get my car and to check online for status updates. After about 10 days I checked online and it said I was ready for painting and my car would be ready soon. Multiple days went by and I called for an update. I was told to check online for an update. When I mentioned what it said I was told the status was incorrect. When I asked if it would be ready within the two weeks, I was told no and that was only an estimate. Several days went by with no update. I called again and was given the runaround. My wife then attempted to call and get more info. The staff were incredibly unprofessional and condescending with her. Finally, after nearly a month, we got my car back and the repairs were subpar (see picture). The bumper hangs out, the parts don t line up, and there are pieces rolling around inside the tailgate. The staff acknowledged this and said they needed a part but wanted me to have my car back since I didn t have a rental. Then they would call when the part came in. It s been 15 months and I still haven t received a call. This place is terrible.

Michael is literally that guy. if you get a chance to be assigned this guy, you're going to have a hell of an experience. He was absolutely amazing and made the entire process a breeze. He called me once a week to keep me updated on the entire process, and when I told him I needed the car back by a certain date, he exceeded and got it back to me earlier. Michael is him. Id recommend him to everyone

Awesome repair shop. Customer service was great. Been here twice. Wifi, and tv if needed. The lady at Customer service was very professional and nice. She even called Enterprise for me to have my rental car delivered.

I had my first wreck over a month ago. The staff was patient with me and was very helpful. Communication was great throughout the entire process; I was kept up to date on the status of my car. My car looks brand new like before. Very satisfied!

This is the second time that we have used this shop for body repairs on our cars. They have great customer service and always do a great job keeping you informed about the updates and time frame of when things are being done and when timing of whene things will be finished. Terri Kirwin was our service advisor and she was very nice and was great at keeping us up-to-date every day of the progress on our car. We give Caliber Collision and Terri K a 10 rating!!

I had set an appointment for an estimate on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata that was involved in an accident. My wife dropped off for appointment. I was promptly contacted by Blain Thornton to let me know he was preparing the estimate and asked if I had any questions about the process. Once completed he called again to let me know the estimate had been completed and v hi or was ready to be picked up. I was very impressed with how you are treated. They really care about the customer and their needs and doing what it takes to get your life back on track. They have set the bar for all others. Keep up the great work!

First off, there is a front desk heavier set old lady that is very Rude. Came in the morning, no greetings and just ignored me till I said something. When I said I had an appointment, lady got me driving back and forth from across the street from Caliber Collision because she said my appointment is with them. It wasnt, it was with her, she just didnt listen. Regretfully when I reschedule 2 weeks later , next experience it was the same thing, I came back 2 times 45 minute drive each and end up rescheduling. I ask her for available appointment to look at my car. She said none is available and had a smirk. When I reschedule through the geico app, it shows all of the available time slot. She wasnt very helpful, she just didnt want to look it up and seem like she doesnt want to work, slacker... Company just miss out on an easy Job, I have a couple of dings that they were probably going to charge me a lot for it because its a Porsche. Oh well I dont do business with company with bad customer service! This is just for the Front desk lady, everyone else seems nice!

The repair facility was easy and convenient to find. The estimator walked around my vehicle explaining which parts would be replaced versus those that would be repaired. The rental facility was close as well and works hand in hand with the shop. Shout out! Completely recommend! We recently were the victims of a vandalism offense. This company is awesome! Our awesome Service Advisor was Brittany. Polite, Professional, simply great human being. I was very disappointed in the service I received. The lack of communication was poor. They communicated well, up to me bringing it in. After that, nothing, absolutely, nothing. I didn't hear anything in regards to my vehicle, until I received a phone call from the insurance company informing me that was vehicle was "totaled." Really! After further investigating, I was made aware of the "whole" procedure, from somewhere "I missed the memo" I was never a part of this "conversation", and my car was disassembled and reevaluated (2nd time) without my knowledge. What was the 1st evaluation? After driving my car (twice) for estimates and I thought repairs, I had to have my car "towed" out because of their disassembly. It is in their consumer's rights "to attempt a good faith by at least a phone call". This never happened . They may do good work, but their lack of communication (outside & inside), ended in this review.
