Caliber Collision did an excellent job of communicating the status of the repairs on my vehicle. The communicated each and every process the vehicle went through and even got my vehicle repaired earlier than expected. Caliber Collision went above and beyond in repairing and caring for my truck ; they even washed, waxed and detailed it before I picked it up. My car was wrecked after having it 25 hours. I chose Caliber from of statefarm referred companies. It took almost 2 months. I have seen any issues as of yet. My tires came back with a rust color I can't figure that out when they didn't leave rusty looking. Almost 11,000 dollars worth of damage it looks like nothing happened.

My front end got taken off by a guy who ran a red light. Caliber had my car in, and me in a rental the very next week, just in time for my vacation. Joel was great. He communicated the status updates of my vehicle very well, and had me back in my car a week earlier than projected. My car looks better than the day I bought it!

Took my car in after a wreck. Emily and the team were so thoughtful and swift with getting my car back out on the road and in better condition than before the wreck. I hope that I do not need to see them again, but if I do end up with another car repair, I know where I am going!

Had my truck towed here for insurance assessment. Joyce called me right away to get all the details. She was very helpful and understanding.Blaine called a couple days later with a detailed description of what they had found. Thank you all for your genuine professionalism during this unfortunate circumstance.

The entire staff at Caliber Collision was friendly and accommodating. The facility itself was clean and well maintained.My experience at Caliber Collision was nothing short of outstanding. The bumper repair was executed with precision and care, and Jamie s professionalism was exemplary. What a great experience dealing with this Caliber Location. They were professional from start to finish and not to mention 5 star service from the staff. I most definitely recommend going in and seeing this location anytime you are in the need of a collision repair.

The team that assisted me at the non-Drive center on Northeast Broad, Murfreesboro, did a great job. Everyone seemed to take their job seriously and the focus was on getting the repair done correctly and communicating along the way with me.

I was very skeptical about the shop because I know that most insurance companies use shop that s does not do great job. I must admit Caliber did an excellent job on my vehicle, just flawless. I myself was amazed, my only sit back was the turn around time was delayed but I understood that was out of they controlled due to the wait time for parts but don t be discouraged the work they do is worth the extra days. Customer service was a little frustrating at time because some days the person on the phone seem so lost and confused which can put you in a foul mood but they was this one person that I dealt with mostly she was extremely helpful and always willing to help and had answers man I wish I could removed her name cause she will make y all experience a good one since she is the face of the company I will say cause she is the first point of contact I want to say it s Joyce but I m not sure all I know is I will definitely used them in the future and also recommend them

I was involved in an accident. Car ran a stop sign and hit my rear door and rear wheel passenger side. They did a marvelous job! Had it for a month but it had $10k worth of damage. It is just like new! Beautiful! They were very professional, knowledgeable. Kept me informed weekly. I was involved in a crash back in September, and the insurance company recommended that I use this location given the severity of the damage to my car. As always, never a fun experience, but I had the pleasure of working with Jody at this location of caliber. He was friendly, helpful, professional, and very kind. He kept in touch with me over the course of the weeks, and made sure that I was aware of the status of my vehicle at all times. In the end, my car was repaired and ready a lot faster than I thought it would, and everything is running great. My car was broken into and items were stolen while out for repair. Completion date was constantly contradicted by their automated text service, making the eta mostly unknown. I signed an agreement requesting to see all parts removed from my car, never got to see most of them. One headlight wasn t plugged in once I got my car back, wires were sloppy and hanging into the wheel well.

Worst experience I ve ever had. Very un attentive to my situation. Left my car waiting just to tell me they couldn t fix it. Had to call numerous times just to get it released.

I was rear ended and the whole back of my Infiniti was smashed. During the entire process they kept me updated. I never felt like there was no progress being made. They repaired my vehicle and it is like new. It doesn t even look like I was in an accident and as an extra bonus they cleaned the whole vehicle inside and out. Not just where the damage had been repaired. I am so happy with their work. Love the work and the people were all so friendly. Highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Full body auto repair from my accident.They were very nice and took the time on my car. I would refer anyone to them. They kept me updated on my car. And they did not have my car over 2 months like some other shop said they would have it. Very reliable company

I was recently referred to Caliber Collison by a friend at work after being involved in an accident with major front. end damage. They worked on my suspension and basically all the front end. Joel and the rest of Caliber Collision did a great job and i would 100% recommend them to my best friend. Joel kept me informed every week on the status of my car and he was very helpful with everything. Not sure what all Caliber did, but when my vehicle was towed in, the front right tire had been ripped off the axle, the tie rods were "somewhere" and the "A=Arms" were armless. My front right tire could turn 360 degrees. I did not have much faith that it would drive ever again. This was not primarily Body collision, but primarily under carriage. Therefore, I am unable to check the above choices on what all Caliber Collision did, but it was major surgery. I have been driving it four days now and, if you drove it before, you would forget that it was in the condition it was. Caliber got my car off the respirator and back onto the road, Looks great...if not better than previously.

Being new to the area I researched and heard a lot of good things about Price's after my vehicle was involved in an accident. After taking my vehicle in and making an appointment for the repair work with an insurance check in hand, we schedule a day to leave the vehicle. Of course I knew the repairs would be more than what the insurance company sent a check for, but the staff got their estimate together and called and dealt with the insurance company to get the balance amount approved and got my car repaired. When I got the call it was ready I was surprised to see the quality work that was done and that they not only washed the car but cleaned the inside also.

My car was fixed astonishingly fast. Everyone there was so wonderful. Will definitely return if I ever need speedy collision repair. The girls in the office were so sweet. Heather was a dear in walking me through everything I needed. Absolutely would recommend.
