My brakes failed on the interstate, but I managed to reach Budget Brakes. Despite not knowing the extent of the damage, they quickly identified the issues and began repairs. Their professionalism and courtesy were impressive, and I was back on the road in no time. I'll definitely return to this location in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had at Budget Brakes, all thanks to Steve. After dealing with rude customer service and high quotes at other places, I was relieved to speak with Steve. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating, getting me in for a free checkout of my truck right away.Not only was Steve's service top-notch, but the work done on my truck was completed quickly, affordably, and with great attention to detail. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could easily understand, which I really appreciated.I am so grateful to have found Budget Brakes and to have met Steve. He truly made me feel like I was walking into a shop of friends. Thank you, Budget Brakes, for earning my trust and building a new lifelong relationship with me.

I give Budget Brakes, 111 NW Broad Street, a 5-Star because they done a WONDERFUL job on my Ford F-150. Very generous! Very efficient and affordable with an amazing job done. I will recommend each and everyone I know, plus strangers, to go give them a shout to do yall s breaks. I refuse to go anywhere else from now on!

Classic Bait and switch. I stopped in for front pads and they tried to tell me I needed 1300$ worth of work done. I really hope they don t do this to me every one.I just did the pads myself for 0$Sorry guys I was willing to pay you to do the pads, but your attempt at an upsale, got you 0 dollars.Oh and the truck stops great without all the extra work

My experience was wonderful. In March Steve assisted me and today it was Mark. They both are nice, efficient and professional men. The staff is also polite and courteous. Keep up the great. This Budget Brake location comes highly recommended. Get there soon or catch them at their new location coming soon.

Steve was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and knew how to communicate my cars issues to me. I have been here twice and will continue to come back. I just wish they did more than brakes. I would trust them to do all of my car maintenance.

Had a good experience. Easily made the appointment online. Brought my car in due to shaking when braking. They were able to turn my front rotors and fix the problem. 166$ out the door. I m certain most other shops would have recommended replacing the rotors for a much bigger price tag.

Steve is great! He was willing to work with me on pricing to ensure that I left in a safe vehicle. He even took the time to bring me out on the shop floor to show me some other issues that were happening with my car. Definitely a good place to take your vehicle if you need brakes!

Mark & all the guys at Budget brakes r awesome people. Very friendly & courteous. I went there for an alignment & from the time I walked in the door till I walked out was no longer than 30 minutes. They are very efficient and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUDGET BRAKES for anyone needing brakes, alignments or suspension system work go see Mark & the guys at BUDGET BRAKES. REASONABLY PRICED

First time at Budget Brakes and I ll definitely be repeat customer!I saw the good reviews and decided to go ahead and book a time online to come in. I showed up a half hour early and they got me in and I was in and out in under an hour.As a women I m a bit nervous going into any kind of auto repair shop, but Steve at the front counter was so kind and friendly! Definitely a great experience!

Steve was great! He answered the phone right away and got me in quickly. They did an inspection on my brakes and even showed me, my brakes! Gave me an estimate that was better than anywhere else. They changed my rotors and brakes in about a hour. They did great work!

Another shop put new pads and rotors on yesterday, I stopped at that shop this morning because brakes were making a noise. They wanted me to drop it off and wait until Monday. I drove past budget brakes and saw they were open. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes fantastic service and they didn t even charge me. Simple fix that other shop skipped over due to carelessness. Any time I ever need brake work done I will be going here.

Asked budget brakes to repair a problem that was causing a loud noise on my vehicle. They tell me they need to replace my sway bar bushings. I pay them $225. They supposedly replace them. I leave and my vehicle is still making the same noise. Steve tells me I definitely needed those sway bar bushing. I explained to Steve how my vehicle needs A LOT of repairs but I only wanted them to repair what was causing the noise. Steve says he is going to refund $40 and the check would be in the mail in two weeks. Not only haven't I seen the check, now I can't afford to get my vehicle fixed because I gave budget brakes all of the money I had to give towards fixing my vehicle. Thanks a lot Steve. I'll never do business with budget brakes again!!!!

Pretty straightforward and fair place to have your brakes checked and replaced. They will attempt to upsell, based on all they can see wrong with your brakes, axles, cv joints, etc, but just remember your budget and stick to what you came in for. Very nice manager... runs a clean shop, and was checked in and back out within an hour on a weekday morning!

First time customer and I will definitely be back.Steve and all the guys were awesome. I came in with an idea of what I thought was the issue, and turns out there was a cheaper alternative!As a young woman, you hear a lot of stories about mechanics taking advantage or assuming lack of knowledge about cars, so it's refreshing to know people who are honest and direct with the heart of a teacher still exist!While I was there, a situation that had the potential to turn dangerous broke out. Not only did Steve maintain a professional and authoritative demeanor, but all of the other guys and customers were able to feed off that energy to keep our heads cool and diffuse the situation.In the world we live in, it's unfortunate that we have to prepare for things to go south quickly. But there are good people out there who are prepared and can keep a level head. I take comfort in knowing that they work at Budget Brakes .I dont live close, but I will definitely be back in the future!

For a visit to an automotive repair shop there s always a bit of anxiety because wait times can be all over the place. Staff could be unhelpful and try to upsell you on things you don t need but when I went to this budget breaks the front desk person who I assume is the general manager was very helpful and knowledgeable, he got me in and out very quickly and I was not late for work as I thought I might be. I felt like the price was reasonable for the work I needed done. I will definitely continue using their services

Was pleased that Budget Brakes was able to help me without first making an appointment. Time is precious because I care for my ill father and schedules don't always work out. They did a fantastic job, friendly service and will recommend to all my friends.

Fast friendly service . I was having a rough week and somehow even though I dropped 95% of my pay check I felt so grateful that the where quick , still cheaper than everywhere Else I checked and Mark was so helpful knowing my budget to get my safe and in budget!!! 10 +The human experience was a blessing!!

came in to get pretty much all 4 of my brake pads replaced and one rotor resurfaced. the whole thing was well under $1000 and they were able to get me in immediately. great place, highly recommend

Very friendly and thorough staff. Been a staple business in our town for as long as I can remember and where I always go for any need related to my brakes, etc. excited about their new building for us as customers but especially for the staff who work hard to provide good service!

Highly recommend Budget Brakes (Murfreesboro location is the one I was at) they're honest great service good people.. they don't try to up sale you on anything that you don't need or replace anything that doesn't have to be replaced..so if you want friendly honest service is go check them out.. also they have early to late appointments available to work with your schedule.

Overpriced on parts and labor. And the man at the store when I told him that was a lot of cost in labor to do two rotors and back brake pads. The brakes were 35 and the rotors 77 each at parts store and with them it was cost of brakes plus 109.50 for each rotor and then they hit me with a total of 450 bucks??!!!!!! So regardless is I paid 110 each and 35 for brakes that doesn t even come close to 450. And when I said that the man looked at me and said the company has to make money too!! So my experience wasn t great but it was enough of that I won t go back or refer to there.

I got my brakes fixed at this location today. They were incredibly fast in checking what the problem was and getting my new rotors and pads on. Steve, the manager at this store, was incredibly helpful and I will definitely be coming back to this location if I need more brake repairs.

Yall was fast at doing my front brakes. But let me say this. Yall think just cause I'm a woman I'm dumb, well sorry but I'm licensed mechanic but I'm on oxygen now and can't do the things I use to do. But anyways you tried to say my car needed .all kinds of things from rotors to rear brakes and .more and it was gonna cost me $1740.00 to have it done. Sorry u but I all ready knew what my car needed and had them in my car cause you told me you don't use customers stuff. To me yall thought you had a sucker but I want be back as long as my friend Jon is able to do what I need done

Went in while in a rush to get my brakes fixed and got such amazing service and didn t spend nearly as much as I would ve somewhere else. The people there are so friendly and they do phenomenal work and were so kind on top of it all. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs work done on their car. Even with FIVE people in front of me I was out within two hours.
