Terrible work, they came to make the brakes, they made me change rotors and brake pads of the two front wheels and it was worse than before when I had the old pads, now every time the brake makes a very strange noise, I called them for warranty they supposedly tried to fix it but it was the same or worse. I don't feel safe driving my car with the brakes that this person installed. I feel disappointed by them. I was hoping that they would do a good job. I don't recommend them at all.

Will never go back to a service center again! My brakes started making this awful noise, so I called YESTERDAY and was able to get an appointment for this morning (middle Tennessee area). Quite affordable for the convenience, they ask for a $100 deposit, and are able to test if you need brake fluid flushed before purchasing that as well. I did check, and what they charge for fluid flush $85 was the same that other centers in the area charge. Chris serviced my vehicle (behind my work since I'm super busy). All my coworkers couldn't believe I just got my brakes done in the parking lot. Thank you so much, Chris!!!!

Was easy to setup, received my quote fast. Good pricing. My Tech was great was there when he said he would be. Didn't have to wait in line or leave my car at a shop. It was so nice not having to coordinate time away from work or a ride to get to/from a shop. Brakes were fixed while i was working within an hour!! Honest affordable rates. He fixed my pads and didn t do additional work i asked for because I didn t need it. Someone who s willing to be honest and NOT charge me for a service that isn t necessary doesn t come often these days. You cannot go wrong with giving them your business!!Service: Brakes

First time user, today. Have not Road tested the new brakes. Appointment setup was easy. Received constant updates. Showed up ahead of service time. Service provider was excellent, knowledgeable and provided great service without trying to sell other products-as other places often try. Really great communication. Setting up appointment couldn t have been easier. Kevin the tech came out and replaced rotors and pads in less than an hour. Payment was easy and a fair price. It was a great experience all around. After tech left there was a thumping noise and he came back out the following day, popped the tire off and located a bad spot in the tire. Super helpful. I d highly recommend this company.

Kevin was great, did a solid job replacing my rotors. Truck feels good as new. He was super kind, thorough and informative. A friend of mine recommended these guys and I had never heard of a mechanic coming to you instead of you going to them but it was extremely convenient. Awesome experience! Super convenient, fast and easy. Andrew my technician came out to my job and replaced all 4 of my brake pads. He was honest with me and told me the current state of my brake pads and rotors and left it up to me to decide what I wanted him to do. I was initially skeptical about using a mobile mechanic service, but after a few bad experiences at local shops I decided to take a chance. The other five-star reviews for Brakes To You further convinced me to give it a try, and I'm very glad that I did. I had a great experience. The estimate was free, fast, and the price was reasonable. Booking was painless, all done over text messaging. On the day of service, the technician (shout out to Rocco!) communicated every step of the way. He was not just on time, but a few minutes early. He explained every step of the process, and offered me some options on the services that I actually needed but never pressured me or tried to upsell anything that I didn't. He was done in less than an hour, and my truck was driving like new. He had to schedule a follow up appointment due to a part unexpectedly not being in stock, but he was up front and professional about that and the experience was just as great when he came back a few days later. No sitting around for hours in an uncomfortable waiting room, no asking for rides or arranging for second vehicles. My tech showed up earlier than the appointment time which was great. He also let me know when he was 30 minutes away. He asked what the issues were I was having so he could take a look. Al that was necessary was cleaning the brakes a bit. He could have charged me a lot and replaced pads or rotors that wasn t needed and I wouldn t have know any different. He was honest and straight forward with me. I really appreciate the service and the professionalism he showed. I will look to see if my next need for service is something they offer. These guys are super efficient. I had never even heard of them before and took a chance when I saw their ad on Google. They were able to get me booked the same day I called and they had a guy in my parking lot two hours later replacing my brakes with original equipment and for a better price than I could get at the local auto repair store. I have used this service before. It's outstanding. It is less expensive than taking your car to the shop and they only provide the services that you need, no extra parts or hidden costs. Billy was my technician, took care of everything within 30 minutes, was right on time as well. I got my rear brakes & rotors done & Chris was GREAT!!! He was here a hr early & was finished in less than 1 hr!!! Couldn't have asked for a better tech!!! And I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to atleast get your Brakes & Rotors done!!! The ONLY complaint I would say/have is that the price did go up from last yr from $350 to now it's $436 total which isn't too bad considering tech comes to U & provides parts & labor & tax IS included ....other than that everything was Perfect!!!Service: Brakes

PROs: Really convenient service, and the price was fair and competitive. Having them come to you is so much better than sitting in a waiting room. Also, the technician was friendly and did good, quick work. Better still, he gave an honest assessment of some of the other services that could have been performed, and did not recommend or try to up-sell me on anything I didn't need.CONs: Had some scheduling issues. Our tech got sick and needed to reschedule (that's fine, no problem there), but then the rescheduling had some communication mishaps (they rescheduled him during hours that he does not work and had to bump it back), and then the tech was still 2 hours late to that later appointment. He was apologetic and told us it was a scheduling miscommunication, and honestly if I'm going to have to wait, I'm glad to wait at home and not a waiting room. But if we had been on a tight schedule this would have been a problem, and this is why I'm giving 4 stars and not 5.Everything else was great, though, and based on this first experience I will definitely try them again and trust the scheduling issue was a one-off.Service: Brakes

I needed new brakes pads and rotors suddenly (horrible grinding and screeching) and tried to get into some local mechanics. I work in a classroom and was having a hard time something that worked for my schedule. I was so happy to find this business! It was super easy to schedule and pay for services.
