This is the second time I have been to this location after being a long time customer in a different state. The staff is helpful, friendly, and values your time. Today, I needed a tire patch as fast as possible due to schools closing early for inclement weather. The team of Brandon, Joel, & Alex absolutely beat my expectations on service and wait time having me back on the road in minutes, not hours. Will absolutely be returning when it s time to buy a new set, and may consider additional services since it was such a great experience.

They did a fantastic job, invited me into the garage and showed me the issues going on with my vehicle. Stayed over an hour past close to do an alignment for me. Family like atmosphere and they will take care of you. If you drive a truck or any vehicle with large tires, they are you the best place to go. Big O Tires will be the only place my truck gets worked on from here on out.

Got my oil changed in a very timely manner. You noticed how bad my tires were. Had to order them, but they were in the next day. Love the way it rides with the new tires. Thank you!

Previously I had a rough time with Big-O under the old management. They had employees that put my wheels on way too tight to even change to my spare. Joe the new store manager reached out to me on how to resolve the issue and was quick to find a solution. I will still be using Big-O as I can tell their team now has what it takes to provide great service and transparency. I appreciate that they took the extra stuff to try and make things workout. Big plus.

Just went in for a second time this month to have a nail removed and tire repaired. Big O got the repair done quickly and it was truly free both times. Will definitely be back to try other services! Our son also got some tires here for his ram 2500 here a while back and they are great!

Joe went above and beyond for my wife and I. We went in for four tires, because of the deal. Joe sold me on his customer service. This is the kind of service I hope to provide to my customers. You ve earned a long term customer in me. Thank you again.

The guys there are super respectful and patient and kind. They make it a lot more tolerable to be stuck in one place while your car is getting worked on and they don't jerk you around about what needs to be done on your car just to make more money. They told me what my options were, told me what they recommend based on their experience, then told me I could chose whatever I thought was good for me, no pressure.

Today I had a flat. A very nice man changed it to the spare, but it was low. I went to the closet place to get the tire fixed. This place got me in quickly fixed my tire and aired up all my tires including the spare. They didn t accept any payment. They took a frustrating situation and truly helped turn it around. Great people do exist.

I have had an amazing experience with Joe at the Murphreesboro location !There were issues with my Toyota Tundra that were reocuring and Joe stepped up and adrresed the problem head on and fixed them!I just cant say enough and have never experienced customer service at this level.When he said" I will fix yiyr truck as though my family were riding in it "I knew I had the right guy taking care of me.I will need a new set of tires soon and will never shop anywhere else!Thank you Joe!

I recommend staying away from Big O Tires. I originally went to this location because they were the only place in town that could mount, balance and align my truck after I had a lift installed with Tires that I was bringing in. We ran into several issues during the installation process but was finally able to get everything done. I was told that lifetime free tire rotation and alignment was included. I just took the truck back in for the free tire rotation and alignment and was told the free alignment was only 3 years and they charged me for the rotation saying that they are under new management and they don't do free rotation when the customer brings in their own tires. I will not be using BIG O Tires again in the future!Update: Just to be clear for anyone reading the below response from the owner. I did email them a detailed account of what happened and never received any kind of response back. I will update here if that ever does happen.

I buy a 3-year coverage $180 for alignment on my previous vehicle and unfortunately I wrecked that vehicle and I get one alignment done out of the 3yr on previous car but they can't transfer the rest of that policy or refund the difference to me towards my new car. RIP OFF MONEY GRABBERS.. PEOPLE READ THROUGH THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANY TYPE OF SERVICE FROM THESE BOZOS

Damaged my wheels!!! BIG O LIARS!! (They claim I waited weeks in owners response until contacting them. This is completely false! I came up the next business day and talked to both managers ERIC & ANGEL they both informed me they would fix this mistake for me. They lied to my face and the owner lied on his reply!)DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! BIG O LIARS! Gave this incompetent company the simple task of putting new tires on my wheels. (Oct 25 2022) when I picked up my truck the front driver tire was very visibly flat. Had to drive to a bay to get all 4 tires inflated In rain to the proper psi. The tech that performed this task asked me what the proper psi was???? I had to get out of my truck while it was raining to read the tire wall to tell a tech what the proper psi is. Ridiculous. As I was pulling out I noticed my hood bouncing. I did not come in for anything mechanical there was no reason to pop my hood yet it had been tampered with. If I hadn t noticed my flat tires they would ve let me drive out on them with a hood that could fly up as well. I get home wait for the rain to go away and inspect my wheels. First thing I noticed was a broken hub cap with 1 screw in it. It requires 3. As I further inspect my wheels I notice uniform scratch marks across all my wheels. I come back to this establishment to discuss the damage that occurred at shop. I was reassured by managers ERIC AND ANGEL that they would take care of this mistake. I would have to leave them my truck for a day so their wheel guy could repaint them I had several appointments cancelled and rescheduled because apparently their wheel guy is mobile and can t paint in the rain. ANGEL reassured me that I would be taken care of and that my wheels would be painted and my center cap would be replaced.ANGEL set up my most recent appointment (April 11, 2023). Dropped my truck off to get wheels painted. Had to call to check the status. I spoke with JOHN and was informed by him that there was no possible way the uniform scratches happened at the shop. I guess they just magically got scratched right at the same time BIG O TIRES mounted my new tires. For 6 months ERIC AND ANGEL have promised to resolve my issue.They have LIED. Thought when I dropped my truck off today(April 11)that everything would be resolved. Received no phone call to update me on the situation. When I called to check the status is when I was informed that they essentially have lied and led me on for 6 months and that my wheels will not be fixed. If you value your vehicle and customer service I highly advise you go to another tire shop.None of the owners claims in response are true. I had the truck there the next business day and ERIC& ANGEL took pictures of my wheels and submitted a damage report. They assured me they would fix their mistakes. This company has lied and lead me on for months.IF THE OWNER CARES ENOUGH I KNOW THEY COULD PULL UP THE REPORT! BIG O LIARS!!!

I brought my truck in for a tire repair and Big O Tires hooked me like an Alaskan bear hooks its claws in salmon. Big O Tires has only treated me right. Everyone I have met from the from desk through the shop has been Uber knowledgeable about vehicles and vehicle repair.I always leave feeling I underpaid and was over served.

not exactly happy. i had 4 tires mounted on rims. all had different tire pressures and one had the valve cap on it. i watched one of the techs checking lug nuts on someone else's car with a torque wrench. a good practice but the tech didnt know how to use the torque wrench correctly so it was a waste of time. not impressed.

I am so surprised that a tire shop will fix your flat and do tire repair for free I saw the sign outside saying fix you tire repair for free yea right but no they really do I recommend this tire shop to everyone if I was a octopus I would give them 8 thumbs up this place is a blessing I from Texas and a tire patch is 25$ easy so if you get your car or tire there they will take good care of you

Big O tires don't answer the phone or return calls. Very disappointed in this company. Should avoid. I will not be returning.This past weekend after getting serviced recently (Tire rotation, balance and alignment) I lost a wheel and almost a second rear tire on I-65. Not the way I wanted to spend my 23rd wedding anniversary. 4 hours stuck on freeway, $500 dollars after, a tow, hotel and 16 hour wait. Guess I should be glad my wife and I are alive.

The owner was Wonderful explaining everything to me. The prices were great. It took no time at all to put my brakepads rotors and clean the lines for me. The guy's in the shop also showed me how bad the rotors and pads were. Great experience definitely recommend.

On this visit the folks at Big O found a leak in my tire... patch lugged the leak at no cost... I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up later that afternoon. Too easy, thanks Big O!

I made an appointment for 11:45am. I arrived early. They refused to honor the coupon that they just mailed me THIS WEEK. He said they didn t even carry synthetic blend oil. By 12:30 they still hadn t moved my truck from the lot. However they accepted walk in s and got them in and out while I continued to wait. An old man in the waiting room had been there since 9am waiting on brakes. Another young man had been there for hours waiting on his service. After an hour I grabbed my keys and drove to Express Lube about half a mile down the road. They immediately changed my oil and rotated/balanced my tires. I will never return to Big O .

I bought 4new tires. The TPS stopped working as soon as I pulled out of the lot. I returned and advised the TPS was not working I was told it happens and to drive and they would come back on line. I drove from Tennessee to Utah 3200 miles. The TPS didn't start working. I again went in to Big O and was told they would order parts and to bring my car back and THEY WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT. I got there they then had the car for 30 minutes and told me it would cost me $389.00 to replace what they broke. They said the batteries were dead l just called Big O again and was told to bring the car back in I told the I will not pay a dime for any repair. I have been a mechanic since 1972 I told I always fixed what I Brock. Big O hung up on me at that point. Do not do business with them they do not honor their work.

Worse tire shop in Murfreesboro. First they put the wrong tires on my Malibu causing the inter fender to completely rub until it cracked. They stated they were the first size tires and they don t know what happened, next three of my valve stems are leaking air. While waiting for service today and employee ran another customers vehicle into a bush.

Best and most honest shop! Everyone should get their car serviced hear. Angel, Jon, Jonathan, Eric, and all of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and are simply good people. I had my tires rotated here a while back on my 2017 Toyota Prius and lost the lock nut. They happily ordered me a new one since they were responsible for the most lug nut. I thought this was an outstanding and honest thing to do that I wouldn't normally expect out of a car repair shop. Needless to say this place is the best!
