I have been having charging issues for some time. Went in and the employees were able to diagnose my car. I was planning to go to the auto shop and pay big bucks. They determined my battery was bad and replaced it. It is so nice to be able to start it without jumping it. The employees were friendly, competent and got me down the road.

Likely the worst customer service experience ever. I had grown to like Autozone until I walked into this one. There was no one in sight except the one person at the counter. I assume he was manager, he was wearing a grey shirt. He was going through papers, I looked around and didn't see anyone else. So I said excuse me sir? The gentleman didn't even bother to look up. I stepped a bit closer and said it again. He responded in the nastiest way, "I'm very busy here, busy... this is the commercial desk and I'm really busy!" I replied I see that you are, I only wanted to ask you if there was someone available so I can have an engine code read. But that's okay because you are very rude and have no customer service skills. You're the only one in the store available, so you should expect people to ask questions. I'll tell you this, I'll never ever go back into that auto zone. I understand work, what I don't understand is the rudeness when your work is customer service. Nope, not again!

Morgan did an AMAZING job helping us to purchase and put our battery into our car. He made the entire process seamless and I m super grateful for him. We look forward to coming back and doing business in the future. Thank you guys so much!

Would give zero stars but that's not an option. If you are a single female DO NOT GO HERE! Had them test my battery, knew it was a battery issue, and had bought the battery there. Battery under warranty, they tested, was told "oh the battery passed must be the alternator" Now this female knows a thing or two about vehicles, told them "no I disagree, it's my battery" They tested alternator anyway and said ok that passed as well. Oh really?!? That's when they said it was my starter. At that time, I told them since my car started, just close my hood I'm going to somewhere that doesn't see me as someone that has no clue. No more business from me. Got battery tested elsewhere, dead cell in the battery. Guess they got out of making good of their warranty!

Not to be THAT person, but don t bother visiting this location if you re not totally confident in what you re looking for / appear to be naive. I have been to this location an abundance of times, but my recent visit was the last straw for me. Props to the new guy for not being bothered that I was looking for a specific product and nothing more. It s disappointing because the older and tenured employees are expected to have more firm knowledge. During my last visit, one of the older ladies attempted to sell me accessories along with the part I was looking for, and became very dismissive with me when I informed her that I needed only the part. I think she was hoping I d buy since the accessories were on sale, and, who can pass up a good deal? No signage stating the sale. I ended up not buying anything at all due to the lack of customer service. Management should look into this.

The service at this store is amazing.I was recently here to get some stuff for my motorcycle, while there another customer was struggling with language barrier. I helped customer with some questions so he could get his item, however it was Sunshine who went above an beyond to explain why it was important for him to get the specific item and not one of a lesser quality so that his vehicle performed according to its manufacturer.

After waiting 20 minutes just to tell them I needed a battery& get it installed, I was told it'd take an hour to an hour and a half. They weren't busy and there appeared to be several employees there but I guess getting off their phones and working was just more than they were prepared to do. This location actually deserves 0 stars.

The folks in the store were very helpful and friendly, Charles H was the person who assisted me. I needed to replace the front headlamp bulbs in my SUV. They helped me find the correct replacement and even helped me replace the bulbs. Wonderful service and very friendly. I highly recommend this store!

Matt M. was very friendly and nice with my dad and I. We have a dangerous battery fault, and he was very helpful. My dad and I are very thankful! God bless them! Excellent service! We're recommend it!

I called and spoke to a few great and knowledgeable employees who weren t a buzzkill to talk to. Staff is super upbeat and kind. Got me the part I needed and told me when it would be in. Can t get a better deal for anything else and appreciate the service! Thank you guys and gals!

The lady at the cashier was rude, from the moment she called the next customer she had a bad attitude. I will definitely not buy anything there again. She doesn't know the other workers but she must learn manners and be patient if she works with clients.

I went in to get a light bulb for my car and end up buying things I didn't even know I needed. Thanks to an employee named Matthew who was extremely helpful. he checked my fluids and even my air filters which I didn't know I needed to replace. I bought some new ones and he installed them and my headlight for me which apparently was difficult to do. Amazing experience.

Great customer service, even after I was overlooked by the first staff person that I came in contact with. I m a senior citizen, the other customer held the door and waited until I got in cause it was raining. The staff person walked right pass me and went to the person behind me. Other Staff was already busy, but I just waited and the young man that helped me was so nice and cordial. Old Fort Pkwy Auto Zone

Didn't know y'all did same day delivery but got me out of a HUGE bind. My truck battery died earlier today, and needed to change it before picking up my kids. Not only did the battery get delivered today, it arrived early enough for me to change it in time to leave when I needed to. Thanks!!

Sparkles went above and beyond helping us with headlight replacement on my daughter s car today. She found what we needed and installed the new bulbs in our 2012 Honda Civic. I can t thank her enough. I have a vision impairment and could not have done this on my own. Best customer care I ever received!

I had bought license plate bulbs for my vehicle nobody could put them in I go back up to Auto-zone ask employees (man) for help he tells me they can not do it. Ms Sparkle s come out to help me and pops them right in thank you so much Ms. Sparkles you re the best don t tell me women don t know what they doing cause she did it when I couldn t and the men I been asking for 3 days hats off to Ms. Sparkles.

Even though there was a line at checkout, one of the employees spoke up and said there is self checkout with anyone with a card. I was able to step over and check out very quickly. which saves other people time as well.

Normally a great experience here, and while I appreciate the honesty of the manager that couldn't complete a commercial return, this is not the first time there has been a significant issue.Previous visit created an issue when a driver was nice enough to try lending a hand in commercial. 30 minutes in, we locate my account. Another 30 and we cannot locate any parts previously located. Finally a manager tried to assist, but it was Chuck that saved the day.I am not harping on people. It's hard enough to keep employees, but for goodness sake train your people, cross train or something.Definitely make sure someone can handle commercial or make it known that commercial will be closed until someone can serve your customers.

Brandon V was amazing! I had issues receiving a cash refund even though I'd used my debit card to purchase a battery the day before.Brandon went out of his way not only to be understanding but even called the manager to get authorization.Brandon you have the perfect personality and demeanor to work with the public. There are great things coming your way in the future!!!AutoZone is lucky to have you.

The store manager failed to know how to return an online order via PayPal on not one visit but two visits. I made a call to customer service after the first visit to the store, they told me how the store # and transaction # are all that is needed and since I had the receipt this should be the normal return process. On my second visit to the store the same night time manager again told me this return wouldn't work. I insisted that he follow the process and the funds have been refunded. I am disappointed at the manager's lack of customer service and his failure to problem solve when presented with an issue. The store manager was given a chance to solve a problem twice and the customer, me, solves it instead for you is why I'm giving a one star review.

I just want to say that I had an amazing experience best so far for an auto parts place I just want to thank Matthew for helping me he went above and beyond for me. He installed a new battery for me as well as changed out my headlights. From now on I will go to AutoZone for all my auto part needs.
