Awesome establishment. The customer service was top tier. From the initial phone consultation, to the install of my new glass on my suburban. Exceptional work! Special thanks to my service tech Mr. Travis! What a stud at his craft. Thank you all, and keep up the good work. I highly recommend these guys!

Very easy to work with, they connected to my insurance when I called to schedule and handled the whole thing. The service was great, the waiting room was comfortable. They had me out right on time. The new windshield looks great.

I would recommend Auto Glass Service to everyone I know. I have used their services about three times now and every time the service is phenomenal. Heather Cook in customer service is knowledgeable, quick to respond, and always proactive with insurance and any parts that need to be ordered. I hope Auto Glass Service knows how valuable she is to their company. The technician, Landon, that came out to do our install yesterday was extremely friendly, efficient and professional. Again, glass repairs are never enjoyable, but I will definitely be using this business again for any glass needs.Services: Auto windshield repair, Auto power window repair, Installation, Auto side window replacement

Pathetic and horrible. I called to let them know the back window they replaced in my truck was having difficulty closing. It sounds like there is a grinding noise when it opens and closes. They said because I am 20 days past their 3 month warranty...yes 3 months, they aren't responsible. Clearly, there is an issue with the components they installed. They don't care and they won't look at it. Go someplace else because these people could care less about you once you leave the shop. I called and spoke with someone about getting my wife's windshield replaced. I spoke with a lady who checked to make sure they had it in stock in which they did. I made an appointment but my wife had to call back to give them some insurance information. A few minutes later my wife called me very upset. Saying they did not have the windshield in stock as they said and was rude because she didn't know what OEM and OEE stood for. This is very unprofessional and very disappointing. When I called back they had already canceled the appointment. Very poor customer service

I left a voice message on a holiday weekend requesting a quote to replace my windshield. I received a call first thing on the morning they opened after the holiday. The price was very competitive and they were able to replace the windshield the same day. Other repair services were offering appointment times in 5 to 12 days. Very happy with the quality of the work and the price.

Dropped my wife's car off at about 8:15, and spoke with the repair technician (Travis) just after 9:00, who informed me it was less than five minutes from being replace AND the windshield camera safety features calibrated. My wife and I had just started home (after she picked me up), and after a stop at the local Kroger's. We did a quick turnaround, and the car was waiting for us in the parking lot. Travis, and the receptionist, were both professional and respectful. Doubt that I could have had a better experience anywhere.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Very good service. They took my car back right at my appointment time and I was ready to go in less than two hours. Very pleased with the service and people that I dealt with. Would highly recommend this place.

4 out of 5 because I waited in the guest area. The door to the shop was open so it heated the waiting room. But they did offer bottled water a few times - brought my own with ice. There were bugs - large bugs - dead ones laying all over the waiting room. They did say the cleaning lady was lacking in her job. Had any been spiders I would have left! The fragrance diffuser was offensively strong although it appeared empty. Some folks find strong fragrances bothersome. I m one, but I stuck it out.Unfortunately, when you have a 2021 car it likely has a smart windshield which must be brought in to their shop for calibrating the camera sensors which takes 2-3 hrs. Luckily mine took an hour 45 mins.The ladies in the lobby were very nice and were professional. You can tell when someone enjoys their work and these two did. They have a great rapport! Fun personalities and very courteous!I did miss the convenience of when they could schedule time to come to me and do the replacement. THAT was convenient!

Getting scheduled for the replacement wasn t the issue, the issue was getting scheduled for the calibration. Zero communication skills from the reception- was in contact with three different people and apparently none of them reciprocated info with one another.. get to my appointment after battling it for two weeks, and you re instantly hit with the smell of cigarette smoke in the waiting room.Service: Auto windshield repair

Our Technician Travis altered his original schedule to accommodate our request for a morning visit (which I had requested that same morning of our appointment day!). He called to let us know he was coming within 40 minutes and arrived on time. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very quick replacing our Jeep's windshield. The experience could have have gone any smoother. It was a "10" for us. On a recent vacation a rock cracked my windshield. I contacted my insurance company and they told me a representative of the company would contact me in 24-48 hours. They contacted me within 3 hours and scheduled the repair to be done within 48 hours. Great service, on time and great job done. Always heard great things about this company and how awesome they are to work for. Was told to wear business casual , and when I walk in not one person was dressed this way. Blue jeans and hoodies is what they had on. As I leave the interview , I left my phone, and as I go back I hear how they have had no one show up to their interviews and I was not chosen for being late due to from not being around the area. (I live a hour and a half away). You think a company who had hardly anyone show up for their interviews would want people with experience. I will probably never apply or give my time to this company ever again. I was disappointed with the comments I could hear them say about me as I went to get my phone. Was not very impressed. You should care for people. And I don t think this job does. It s just money to them. Wasted my time and gas going. I should have looked at their job reviews before going. I have seen terrible things about their management. I use to think highly of this company until the comments were made about me before I got my phone back. My bank job was ten times more professional.

REALLY excellent and convenient service. We needed a whole rear windshield replacement and from the agents who set up the appointment to the technician who performed the work, everyone was was courteous and efficient. The appointment was set up easily and the technician came to my home to make the replacement even EARLIER than I expected. All my questions were answered clearly and well and the work got done so quickly! I shopped around to find the best deal and their prices were in line with everyone else's but they also could accomplish the work much more quickly and conveniently. Only one negative comment: we ordered a tinted replacement windshield and we got a (slightly cheaper) untinted one, so just triple-check that before you complete and order with them. Other than that, though, SUCH a good experience with this company. I highly recommend.

I was told this place was a great location to replace windows. I made an "appointment" over a week ago with the receptionist. However once I drove an hour and after taken off work for the day, comes to find out there was no appointment made. They did not have an appointment for me and they did not even have the part for my truck's window. The workmanship was good however I do not recommend them at all. This was very unprofessional with a company of this size. They did not care that they wasted my time, they lacked empathy.

When another company said I would have to wait 3 1/2 weeks! to have my truck's broken passenger side window repaired, I asked my insurance company for other options, and Auto Glass was able to give me an appointment with only a week to wait. Tim, my technician, arrived at my home promptly on the morning promised and had the window replacement repair done in about an hour. He was friendly and professional, a pleasure to deal with.Service: Auto side window replacement

Recommended by my insurance company. They called the morning of and arrived on time. He was very nice and professional. Finished in about 30 minutes.Hopefully i don't need to use them again but if my windshield cracks, I will call them for sure.

STAY AWAY!. I scheduled windshield replacement 2 weeks ahead, confirmed the day before the install my windshield had arrived, received a call on the day (at the end of my arrival window) from the technician stating he was not coming because my window had not arrived. I called their number and was told by two different representatives the warehouse supervisor would call me back. That was a month ago. I sent a complaint email through their website and never heard back from anyone. I learned my lesson to use a local company that provides excellent customer service.Service: Installation

They were referred by my insurance co. and had set an appointment for a Saturday. NO CALL NO SHOW!! They apparently voided my appointment and nobody called to tell me. The representative did not even understand why this would happen and tried to help get someone out, but they just wasted my time and day.If you want a day wasted this is how.Service: Auto rear window replacement

I visited the location to get a quote on repairing windows on two vehicles. I was told that I would need to talk to the technician to get a quote but that he was not there and would need to come back in 90 minutes. I live on the north side of town and driving back to the location during rush hour traffic would take another 45 minutes. So I asked for the phone number so that I could call them instead to discuss the work that I needed to be quoted. I called two days later at about 10:30 AM and was told the technician was not there and that he is usually there first thing in the morning. I feel that when you are running a business and cannot provide a prospective customer with a quote there is something wrong and that they did not care about me as a customer. I was trying to spend my money with a local business and now I will have to seek another business to do the work.

Everything from first contact to the end of the installation was perfect. Scheduling person was very informed and helpful. Installer could not have been more professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I just had the windshield replaced on a '99 Dodge Ram 3500 (and I mean within the last hour). So far I am very pleased with the service they provided and how pleasant they are. Should anything change that, I will update this review accordingly.
