100/10. Thank you so much Chris and Weston (car tech) for getting my car straighten out. I explained i purchased the car at a used dealer ship and needed an inspection and oil change. Weston inspected and informed me AND showed me of all the things needed to be done. I appreciate y all for your honesty and getting my car right. I will definitely be back now since my car got a prescription !! Thank you all!!

Short Version: Chris and his crew are incredible. Chris went above and beyond the call of duty to help me when I was in a predicament and needed an urgent repair. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing is fair and affordable.Long Version: If you have a minute to stick around, let me tell you my story so you will know how awesome this place is.....Roughly four weeks ago, on December 15, 2023 I drove from NC to Murfreesboro to spend a couple of days with family in the area. I was supposed to have a really quick turnaround. During my drive to Murfreesboro, I had a light turn on in my BMW X3 regarding my coolant. I arrived in town Friday evening and the following morning, I took my vehicle to BMW of Nashville to have the coolant checked/refilled. While my vehicle was at the dealer, they identified a leak and completed further diagnosis to determine the radiator hose needed a replacement - this was the primary radiator hose on top. The quote provided to me from the dealership to complete the repair was egregious compared to the average cost for this repair. The cost was FOUR TIMES the average cost of replacing a radiator hose. I immediately began exploring other options which is where Chris comes into play. I called ATL Total Car Care and explained my situation and the needed repair. We talked through it and Chris was willing to help me and take my car in, same day, to assist. Chris did not have the hose that I needed in stock but said if I could purchase the part directly from the dealer, he would still handle the repair. So, with Chris' idea, I was able to pick up my car from the dealer, purchase the necessary hose directly from the parts department and then headed to Chris' way! They close around 2pm on Saturday s from what I recall. Chris took my car in around 12:30 that afternoon - he and his team stayed past closing time to complete the repair. The team waited for me to come and pick up the vehicle and close out afterwards.Outstanding service. Affordable pricing. Good People.

These guys are awesome!Thorough. Friendly. And reasonably priced. They get stuff done efficiently and effectively and work with you to understand what s going on with your vehicle instead of just giving you a laundry list. They ve given me faith in the mechanic profession once again10/10

The team at ATL Total Car Care was able to fit me in for a relatively short notice oil change and did it fast and efficiently. They had a relatively small, but comfortable waiting area with coffee and water readily available. I intend to keep coming here.

I stopped in on a Saturday for an oil change, and checkup. Everyone was so informative and nice! Bob looked over my car thoroughly, and explained everything in detail. They actually took me back and showed me what all was going on with my car. I didn t have to second guess their recommendations because I could see for myself. The estimate was more than fair as well. I will definitely be back there to get work done. Best experience at a shop in a very long time!

I ve found my forever car shop in Murfreesboro! As a woman, sometimes you may be hesitant to visit car shops alone because of fear that the mechanics (or dealership) will be dishonest about the costs, or things related to your car. Chris and the guys are the most honest, smart, and caring group of guys. They know their stuff, and they will be honest with you about it too. The customer service is amazing, and I feel as though Chris and the shop really care to get to know their people. We talked the whole time my car was being serviced, and it made my experience even better. Thank you guys, you have a customer forever!!

Awesome experience here! Wonderful costumer service! I felt like the staff listened to my needs, and provided services that were not ridiculously priced. And all in all the services were done promptly .. definitely will return for my auto services. Definitely will recommend, they will take great care of your vehicle!

Wow! I had THE best oil change experience to date. You know you go in for an oil change and you always leave with a list of a million things wrong with your car? Well, I went in for an oil change and when they were done they told me a few things that needed attention - but my favorite part?! Wes took the time to show me under my hood and explain what and why the list of items needed attention. Highly recommend this establishment and I will be going back for future oil changes and any thing else that my car may need. Thank you!!!

Awesome Customer Service! I had my rear brakes and rotors replaced when I redeemed my Groupon for the full synthetic oil change. Chris was very helpful and understanding of my car issue. When my car transmission blew, he was upfront and honest, but also kind and compassionate about offering his help in fixing my vehicle. Highly recommend this place if you have car troubles.

This place is AMAZING! They rotated and balanced my tires plus fixed my AC. Everybody there was friendly and welcoming. Great prices and awesome staff. 10/10 recommend. This shop is newer and is going to be the place I take my cars to in the future. they were able to get me in and out very quickly and let me know everything I needed to know about my car. These guys are great! Brought my car in for a coolant leak (That i could not find to save my life) , an oil change and a coolant flush. They found and fixed the leak, did the fluid swaps, and had my car back to me within a few hours. At a more than reasonable price! Very fast, professional, and affordable. I came to this location a week or two after they opened. I had a few repairs done and let me be the first to say this place did an amazing job. Everyone from the store manager, Mechanic, and even the owner treated me and my vehicle with the utmost respect. I highly recommend checking them out they are new to Murfreesboro and with the service they provided I can see them being there for a long time. This place did a GDI fuel injection service on my 2015 Silverado and all I can say is, Wow! The truck has all the power and performance it used to have.
