Found myself with a 100% dead battery yesterday. I bought the battery online, got a jump start, and drove to the store. I was helped by Solomon. Despite the below 20� temp, he loaded the cart, rolled it outside, and completed the whole thing in maybe 10 minutes. The man is a beast. A professional, efficient BEAST! I cannot say enough good things about the service I received at the store.

Needed a rear window wiper blade. Staff found the right one very quickly. Assembled it quickly and installed it. ( Although not truly necessary). The staff were fun and funny. When you find what you need and have good time doing it... that's a great shopping experience.

Thank you for the outstanding service Misty. The employee at Advance on the other end of broad st. didn't want my business. Bishop was on the phone and servicing another customer in front of him while answering other calls. The kid beside him didn't acknowledge me. He was on his cell phone device with air pods in and puffing on an electronic cigarette. Bishop needs a raise for the multitasking while his coworker is a seat filler.

I purchased brake pads, brake pads have a lifetime warranty. I went to replace the pads the manager (Grace) would not honor the warranty. I strongly recommend that you purchase your brakes elsewhere.

My experience was very positive. They had a battery that three other auto parts stores did not. Grace was helpful and professional. She installed my new battery quickly.

Only one employee working for the whole store. I had to wait several minutes to get the battery I purchased there checked, as did at least one other customer. Finally a second employee arrived at the store to assist. The original employee worked hard, apologized for my wait and was polite and professional. There just wasn't enough staff. The one employee did it all ran a register, took orders, answered the phone and provided customer assistance.

We love the advance auto at 510 SE broad. Our family has 7 vehicles. older, classics and daily drivers. We are in the store 3x a week and Misty, Brandon and everyone else is always so helpful and friendly. If they don't have it, they order it and usually have it next day. Very knowledgeable staff. Clean and organized. Customer service is exceptional. Won't go anywhere else! Brandon always helps my son get parts for his wild projects! Very helpful and happy to do it

I was really upset when my check engine light came on and I realized it was my transmission. The man that helped me was so great! He calmed me down and checked to see which code my car was throwing so he could help me get what I needed. If I could remember his name I would include that too but he s probably mid to late 30 s with grey hair! Advanced Auto doesn t sell the part but he called two competitors to find the right part and figure out when I d be able to get it. He helped me so much even though I was unable to get the part from them. If you re a women/man with minimal knowledge of cars I d highly recommend this store! The staff was amazing and so helpful!

The service is exceptional at this parts store! Every time I have been there I have been helped by Trevor (I believe is his name) he knows exactly what he is trying to sell! He is not a pushy sales person but, a great employee whom knows what he's doing!

My experience was absolutely terrible. I was in my home state for the holidays the first time in three years because I'm in the Marine Corps. I had gotten a flat tire early in the morning and made it to the store luckily. It was about 35 degrees and was sleeting. I had just purchased this car and I had a spare but unfortunately i did not have the proper jack. I was not very experienced in changing a tire; mechanics isn't my expertise. I walked in and asked if there was anyway I could receive some help. They refused to help me and pretty much said to call someone not their problem. After trying to mess with this tire for over a hour with my friend we managed to leave to go to the tire store. There were three workers and I had went in the store asking for help twice and my friend once during the duration of the time I was there. Three times they refused one looked stoned and all three stood inside in the warm area while watching us try to get the tire changed in the sleet and cold. We had no jackets either. So much disrespect from them. I will never go to Advance Auto Parts ever again. It's a shame that they refuse to help people in need, especially in the cold.

I walked in to buy a filter, oil and anti-freezer for my car. There was a young man by the register and I asked him for help, he seemed very nice but to my surprise he was way unprofessional. When I ask him for the best oil for a Nissan Sentra, he didn t even bothered to look at me. He just stood there playing with his phone ( Pok�mon GO) while I talk to him, then he gave me a catalog coupon book without any words. He did not greet me when I walked in neither help me and he definitely was not professional. Besides all of this Advance Auto Parts sales a Valvoline bundle for $28.99 it look like a great deal but because the employee was very rude I decided to walk away and do my business somewhere else. Autozone has the same bundles for better price $24.99!!

After having an awful experience across the street at O'Reillys, I can here looking for a new bulb since my headlight was out. Kevin and David were amazingly kind and helped me install my headlights for me as well! I am so very blown away by their customer service and will always come back to Advanced Auto!

Went to start my car this morning and it was dead as a door nail . Had to get a jump and on my way to wk stopped at this location and the store manager was so helpful got me the battery ,installed it and went the extra mile to help knock off the corrosion on my cables which was a mess do to a cracked battery . I got to wk 3 min early even dealing with all this , a super thank you for professional service and helping keep me on track at wk !

Staff is helpful everytime my husband and I go. If they dont know off the top of their heads they always make sure they look it up on the computers. They always have what i need and are no hassle when it comes to exchanges or returns. The only AAP I go to. Shout out to Trevor

I stopped in to check on the warranty on my battery. The salesperson told me it had just expired and tried to sell me another battery. My battery died while I was in the store. I went back in and was hoping I could get my battery charged but instead had to buy a new battery. I should have gone to Autozone.The clerk was polite and even installed my battery, but I could've been taken better care of elsewhere.

Respectful and prompt. They didn't have the brakes I wanted in stock. Shopped here fairly regularly and the service is average to above depending on customer load.

When you ask for a 3/8" inline fuel filter and they give a 5/16" and you find out this when you take the old one off. But wait there's more: a high beam light when you ask for low beam and they say it will work. You ask for vacuum hose and they give you fuel hose. I liked the 25% off coupon code for the stuff I bought online. But... That's all

I've been trying to change a headlight for 5 days. I thought I had the wrong bulb but Jake helped me out by letting me know that the low beam is not the one closest to the center. Obviously I'm no mechanic!! Thanks Jake

Called to pick up a part and said I would be there right when they close and I get there and they wouldnt even let me in to talk to the guy I talked to on the phone. They close at 9pm and I actually got there at 8:59. Terrible service

Beware people this istore take advantage of the costumer, treating the people like garbaje, doesn t respect the return policy if you com to this store be careful with TOMMY hi es super disrespectful, and always looking for keep the costumer money, as a 6 years costumer and after spend thousands of thousands of dollars i gona say stop and bye advance auto part, lest try with auto zone
