Great place to shop online and use coupons. Some stuff you can t use coupons but you can usually find 15, 20 and sometimes more percentage off your order. Would prefer at least one older person in there that knows about vehicles though. Asking about a carb or car product and getting a blank look is not fun. Some older people in there would help pass knowledge to the younger workers.

Conveniently located with friendly and knowledgable staff. I was in buying a battery. They tested my car after it was installed since I suspected the alternator and got one ordered. The total time spent was under 12 minutes.

The staff are very helpful which is great for those of us less "automotively" inclined. Today the guy helped me pick out some wiper blades and even helped put them on! Top tier customer service!

I have been coming in here for years and always had an excellent experience. Today I stopped in to replace a headlamp on a Prius and Riley was super kind and was willing to lend his knowledge and expertise in changing this bulb out!Highly recommend this store!

Chris at this location is a life saver. I had to stop in a rush because I realized my windshield wiper was broken when I went to turn them on while it was raining. I was worried because I had my 3 little kids in the car and I thought I may have to try to figure out how to put it on myself. Chris quickly found the correct wiper and installed it in the rain. I am very grateful!

Apparently Advanced Auto Parts does not honor their 36-month battery warranty. Not sure why, but after 2 years, this $250 Premium battery would no longer hold a charge and the prorated warranty should have been honored. Instead - what a frustrating and time-wasting experience! Terrible customer service to someone who has been a loyal customer of that store with $thousands in purchases over the past 8 years. Very disappointed! With so many other auto parts options, I must say that you have lost my family (and our 5 vehicles) as customers forever. : (

Friendly knowledgeable and experienced employees. Always greeted upon entering. No problem with refunds, which is why only 4 stars. Gave me the wrong radiator hoses, upper and lower. Also not all brake parts needed were in stock, tho they were the next day. Did not have bearing press to loan, as others do. Have membership which gets you 20 % off prices, which were competitive. When ordering online, parts ready in 15 minutes or so, which is great. Taking surveys on receipts gets you chance to win money, which nearly all stores do now. They are the closest parts store to me, and are now the first place I check when I need car parts. Very satisfied overall.

Big thanks to the crew at this location. My vehicle battery light had begun to come on and had left me dead on the side of the road. After charging the battery up I drove to advance to have the battery and alternator checked. Both passed but a few miles down the road the battery light came on and a C.E.L. light too. I went back and they retested everything again this time revealing a bad alternator. I replaced the alternator with one from them and saved at least $150 on labor and diagnostic expenses. Thanks guys for being helpful.

I find myself calling here more often. I am always pleased with the customer service and the prices are usually competitive. I have needed to order parts that were not available at their store. Everything came in quickly without issue. It's not even a big deal to return special order parts. I am glad I have this location close to me and I will continue to use it. Keep up the great work guys!

My battery died and was still under warranty. Tom gave me a replacement and cleaned my corrosive battery cables before installing it. He was an excellent example of someone who cares about his customers and wants to make sure they are satisfied. Thank you!

The staff here are second to none. I frequented this store from its opening until I moved away from the area, even after it was not the closest parts store. My visit yesterday reminded me why it was my favorite parts store. Universally friendly and knowledgeable personnel made me welcome despite my relatively aimless wandering of their aisles, and I have never witnessed or experienced an interaction that's anything less than cordial

Ordered online (with 20% off) for curbside pickup. A friendly fellow named Michael kindly installed my wiper blades. Had shop this store on other side of town because several closer stores were out of stock. Would buy here again w/o hesitation.

Waiting in line at the register to pay, someone else walks thru the door and is helped first. People in line should be helped first as is customary in American culture. And 1 year warranty does not mean free replacement, expect many mins of torture and ridiculousness and being embarrassed for trying to get them to except a warranty they say they provide. Dont buy oil from them either, you can buy the same exact oil $14.00 a gallon cheaper at Walmart.

Had a battery die. Watched the guy walk in the store. It states on google it opens at 7. Had to go to Walmart instead because their open time was wrong. Kind of an important detail. Might want to fix that.

If you buy a battery here and let them install it be sure to check the manufacturer's date on the battery and hold onto the reciept. First and last time I let these guys put a battery in any of our vehicles or shop here for that matter.They put a battery in my daughters car that had been on the shelf for over a year. Which we only found out when her battery died. How do we know it had been sitting on the self or perhaps a recharged battery? Well my daughter has only had her car for a little over 2 years (Sept 2015) the battery manufacture date was July 2014.The sales clerk at the time said order online to get a promotional offer and I can fill the order in the store for you. So she did. However now roughly 2 years later there is no history of that sale. When trying to reset her online password she receives a message that the email is invalid (the one she gets Advance Auto Parts mail to!) and so roughly less than 2 years later we went to AutoZone and bought a battery in-store on my account where they keep customer history in tact.buyer beware here!

The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The prices, at least on general items, seem higher than I find at other auto parts stores but not outrageous. The convenient location and quality of service are why I come back.

My battery died and they were great. Removed the old and put in a new one for me with little or no wait. David helped me and I was able to get an additional 20% off the new battery! Thank you.

These guys were totally helpful! Im new to the area and purchased a used car..and have needed some repairs/parts. Johnathan was very knowledgeable and educated me quite a bit about what was going on with my 97 accord regaurding the battery and altenator.. Will deff. Continue to shop with advanced auto in the future for any and all future parts needed for my car :). Thanks advanced auto for your help.

Always excellent. That's why I don't buy my auto parts anywhere else. If I have a problem or need assistance, the staff is right there to help. The prices are very competitive. Why go anywhere else?

Had a check engine light on in my truck. Took it to Toyota of Murfreesboro and they wanted $99 to read the code so I left and went to Advance Auto Parts on Thompson. Tracy came out hooked up the code reader and for $24 I was on my way with the parts. Came home installed the part and problem solved. Thank you Tracy. Friendly knowledgeable and courteous

FYI - you CANNOT use gift cards in this store. I had to buy the item online in front of the employee and wait 20 minutes for it to go through in their system so I could leave with the item.

Great friendly and knowledgeable staff... Had what I needed ready for me when I arrived since I called ahead even though it was approximately 5-10 minutes before they close...
