I purchased a car from them, and I am glad I made the trip up from Chattanooga. Kaleb was a pleasure to work with, and Brandon made the financing process quick and seamless. I don t think I was there for more than a hour. These are some very personable folks. I would buy from them again, and the warranty that comes with the purchase is worth some peace of mind.

Brandon and the rest of the staff at Absolute Auto Center go above and beyond in terms of being friendly and accommodating. They work with you and offer flexible options with a smile in an inviting atmosphere. The process was straightforward, painless, and guided every step of the way. At no point did I feel pressured, and Brandon even recommended I take a breather to think about things while I was in the middle of the process. I highly recommend Absolute Auto Center if you are in search of an automobile. Five stars, for sure.

UPDATE: There s a good reason people don t like used car businesses. Of course the buying process was smooth but that s where the easy stuff stopped. Few weird things popped up, contacted the dealer to check some dash lights but no resolve. Decided to take the SUV to the make dealership for a full diagnostics 4 months after purchase and there was a laundry list of issues (tie rods, axle, breaks, drive belts all needed replacing including a sedan key fob programmed in. Lazy work on the dealers part. On top of this, I had requested the $1000 GAP be refunded because I planned to refinance and get a better rate. I was told this process takes 4-7 weeks. At week 8, after having been put on hold for 30+ minutes any time I called and trying by multiple times to speak to someone about this, I went to the shop and spoke to the manager Lou who stated Absolute hadn t received the check. The insurance company stated Absolute had cleared the check 4 weeks prior 1/26 to so I was lied to. On the 10th week after I canceled the GAP they said they mailed the check to the lender (which I am still waiting on).Dealerships make money on the GAP and interest rates, hence the unnecessary delays.Needless to say they fit the stereotype.Still waiting on the GAP refund as of 4/1

Traveled to Murfreesboro from Nashville on a Thursday to look at a F-150 Absolute had on there lot.Met with both Brandon & Kaleb, they were extremely helpful knowledgeable about the truck they had on the lot.They also allowed us to take a long test drive of the truck, and upon returning we requested some details on financing, which they informed us they have 30 different lenders they work with, which they were able to find the best financing available.We returned Saturday to purchase the vehicle & met with Caleb. Caleb was able to make the purchase as smooth and painless as possible and ensured we understood everything about the financing & the vehicle!Highly recommend Caleb & Brandon at Absolute Auto!

My fianc� purchased a car from Absolute Auto a few months ago. It s been a nightmare and a money pit. He test drove the car and warning light indicating that there was a problem came on during the test drive. Someone at Absolute Auto must be a great actor. They ran the codes and found the problem, a coolant issue. They said they would fix the problem. The next day they called my fianc� and told him the issue had been fixed. He went and test drove the car again and no light came on this time. They seemed honest and have great reviews on Google, so we mistakenly trusted them. He bought the car and paid for an extended warranty. An important note about the warranty they offer, it only covers repairs for issues that occur AFTER the car has been purchased. This is important. Within 24 hours of buying the car it began driving weirdly and an engine light came back on. He called the dealership and they were not only unhelpful, but were suddenly rude when they d been very polite before. He took the car to get repaired. He used his warranty. The company his warranty is through refused to pay for the service because it was a problem the car had BEFORE he bought it. The issue was major oil and coolant leaks, as well as a tire that was barely attached to the car. How did they not notice these things? Even with the last repair, the car is still having problems. We cannot drive this car for long distances. It was a few thousand dollars for the first repair, and we re about to take it back again because the oil is still leaking. We have no hope that the warranty he paid for will cover this either. With how great the reviews of Absolute Auto are, I m pretty shocked and disappointed in this entire experience. I have proof of all things stated here, other than the phone call which we did not record because we did not expect them to suddenly be dismissive and rude. We will not shop here again, and we will make sure everyone we know does the same. It s unbelievable to me that they would charge thousands of dollars for something they apparently have not even looked over very well. The repair shop we took the car to found all of these problems within minutes. I would not recommend buying from Absolute Auto. I wish we hadn t.

These guys are awesome! Most dealers are just looking to make a quick buck off you and send you on your way. Not these guys. They care for their customers are here for the long haul as proven by their track record and 20 years of being in business. I had some issues with a warranty company whose services I had purchased through absolute. And they stepped up big time! These guys have gone to bat and fought hard for me and my family to get what we are owed. I cannot thank them enough. This review and continued business is the best I can do. Best believe I ll be going back to them again and again.

I went by there to see a convertible Mustang GT they had on the lot. The car was not in good shape. It had dents all over it, and the clearcoat is peeling off in many spots. The front bumper is coming apart, and the car smelled like it had been smoked in heavily. Definitely not what I expected from a $28k car. You can see that the bumper is coming apart in this photo.

I came to Absolute Auto in desperate need of a car although my credit was not too great so my choices were limited. I did not have much money to put down but Absolute Auto listened to my needs and made it happen. Truly great customer service!!

I was looking around specifically for a vette and Absolute had one listed, great condition 01 C5. I called in and spoke with Tom and told him I was ready to lock in the sale for a smooth transaction. He worked with me and I told him I d be in the next day he gave me a full honest out the door quote. When I arrived I was greeted by the staff and Tom began demoing the car with me. We went over all specs and little nuances with an on-site mechanic, then went for a test drive. We went to close and it was a very smooth process, a few signatures and paperwork and receipts and I was out the door. As I was waiting I spoke with several members of the staff and it was a friendly and welcoming environment and everyone is happy to be there and working together. Special thanks to King Latef the GM! I recommend Absolute Auto

Had a great experience with all of the salesmen and sales manager. They were quick to respond to my texts and calls. Were pleasant to deal with and even though it was past closing time they all stayed with great attitudes to get everything finalized and answer all of my questions. Would reccomend going to them and also I will be returning in the future!

Great experience all around! My son bought his first car and the salesman Hakar was so kind and not pushy at all and the finance guy Brandon, listened to exactly was my sons needs were and exceeded expectations. Will definitely be coming back for my daughter s car!

My daughter purchased a car here 2 weeks ago, and so far have not had a running vehicle. Our experience here has been the worst by far of any business we have ever dealt with:2/8/24 purchased 2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Jeep not ready for delivery2/10/24 Jeep picked up from Absolute Auto, smells like gas, missing lug nuts, check engine light on, TPMS light on2/12/24 Jeep returned to Absolute Auto. Lou promised to "make it right". Loaner car provided.2/13/24 Loaner car won't start2/19/24 Lou says Jeep is ready to be picked up. Attempted to pick up from Absolute Auto. Check engine light on AGAIN, TPMS light on AGAIN. Lou again promised to "make it right". Returned loaner car2/20/24 Picked up Jeep from Absolute Auto. Front end noise when turning or accelerating, gas smell returns2/21/24 Dead battery, check engine light on AGAIN, TPMS light on AGAIN. Posted this review. Unbelievably poor customer service.

The absolute best car buying experience!Each & everyone went well out of their way for me. Polite, professional and just overall great people! Bruce went out of his way to get me the best interest rate and a great payment. Mike, Brandon & King were more than patient with me going back & forth on cars. They helped me find what fit me and my pocket book the best. The day of my purchase unknowingly to me they had new tires put on my beautiful Infiniti. I never asked or had it worked in the deal...They just did it. What a bonus!!I most definitely recommend Absolute Auto for your next purchase! After a car accident I was told to come here when looking for a car. I came in and was greeted by Hakar. I told him what I was looking for and he found a car to fit every description. I took it on a test drive & within the next day, I was in the car! Brandon & Hakar were friendly & great. Despite being a female & coming alone, I felt no sense of them trying to get over as they made a great deal.

Looked good at first glance but a little more than a month of driving and this car just quit working. I bought the extended warranty but they ended up canceling that policy after the parts that needed to be replaced would not be covered. The owner, King, said he would make things right but never did and just pushed it off on the service girl who has little to no experience. So after they kept the vehicle for 3 months supposedly fixing it we finally got it back and the very next day it wouldn't start again and the "new" transmission that was installed is already not acting right; well it's back at the Infinity dealer again now and this is costing me thousands in addition to the inconvenience of being out of a vehicle with an insincerepromiseof makingit right, I will not give this place another dollar and suggest if you're reading this you don't either. Thanks for the lemon Absolute Auto

I've owned vehicles before but this is my first time financing one. They answered every question I could possibly have and walked me through everything I needed help with. The process was smooth. Hakar and Brandon did great. I would highly recommend going to them.

Brandon, Kaleb, & Tom all busted their butts to make sure I was taken care of & happy with my new car!!! It was a long process but they were resilient and persistent & I wouldn t have been able to accomplish it without them. Best group of guys. Best place to buy a car!!!

Made a 3 hour drive to look at a truck. Absolute Auto Center did not disappoint. Great service from Tiffany and Latef. Turn around was quick and easy. We were on the road in no time in our "new to us" truck.

Caleb did a great job selling a car to me. He was easy to work with, honest, and thorough. I had to leave for a meeting and he took care of the financing while I was gone. It was an easy automobile purchase and I got a great price. I don t have great credit and they were able ti take care of me with a fair rate. I would definitely recommend Absolute Auto Center.

Would definitely look anywhere else to buy a car from they sold me a car that was in a terrible accident and has had structural damage anytime I try to sell it no one will even think about taking it because it's not even safe to drive. I went back multiple time just trying to get the car I traded in back and they just pushed me out the door. Clearly they are ok with selling unsafe cars as long as they make the deal. They caused me nothing but a massive headache. If you are in the area please just go to beaman cdjr down the street trust me don't end up like and and deal with the people at absolute auto. Please. My only complaint is not that It has had a previous accident it is that it was overturned, disabled and is deemed a liability where ever I go to have inspected and or try to sell it. They sold me a jeep not even safe and clearly could not care less. I would not be as upside down if you did not sell me a 46,000 jeep worth 20,000 negative equity or not.

I wouldn't recommend going there. They will get you to sign an arbitration agreement. Anyone who does that can't be trusted. If you treat people right the first time there would be no need for it

I cannot emphasize enough how disastrous my experience with absolute auto has been. If I could give them zero stars, I would. This dealership has been an absolute disgrace in every aspect, from the moment I walked onto their lot to the ongoing nightmare I'm dealing with after purchasing a vehicle that was in a terrible accident and not disclosed to me.

Kaleb and Brandon are honest people and are easy to shop cars with.Kaleb showed me a wide range of vehicles that would fit within my budget and let me pick the one I wanted. He wasn t pushy and impatient and I appreciate that.Brandon helped me get to the bottom line of the contract in the most direct way possible and was very transparent about every dollar on each line item. There were not any hidden fees and made my purchase clear and attainable.Thanks guys.I highly recommend this team.
