I needed my tire patched/plugged only to find out that it was split down the middle. I was shown the damage tire and sold a replacement at a great price. The staff professionalism is beyond reproach. Will definitely come back and recommend business to everyone.

Only place in town that will go the extra effort to get you up and driving again. The other places said 1 to 2 days for a tire, Munford tire had me one within 2 hours! Many thanks! You will have all my business from now on!

Munford Tire and Brake employees are always welcoming to me. The staff is polite, informative and very good at what they do. The wait is cut in half.

This is my second set of tires from them, they are truly the best customer service. The girl at front desk it is so slammed with phone calls and walk up customers, she was smiling and knowledgeable about tires and oil changes. Thank y all for great service always! You seem to have a great team! I will forever be a customer- even if it s a long drive!

Got here at 1:50pm was told 30mins for an oil change and here it is 3:17pm. Getting a little aggravated. The ladies in here complaining about somebody and then a dude came in complaining about another dude. OMG not sure if I will come back. It is now 3:31pm and I am still waiting and they also messed up my skid plate

Brought my car in to have four new tires put on. We had some problems and the staff was amazing. They resolved my issues and spent time to make sure everything was right. Would recommend!!!

Bobby and Justin with Munford Tire were able to get my car to the dealership after 3 different services failed to do so. I was a customer with AAA, and when my Mercedes air suspension went flat, I called AAA for a tow to the dealership, and I was very specific about the problem and what would be needed to tow a car with a flat air suspension. AAA sent 3 different drivers to my house that refused to tow it for lack of equipment or know-how. Then, Bobby and Justin with Munford Tire showed up on attempt 4, and they were dumbfounded that other drivers had been unable to help me. Sure enough, they got it on wheel lifts/dollies using blocks like it was another day on the job (because for them, it is), and to the dealership unscathed. Next time, I'm just calling them first (as should you), and screw AAA.

I would give Munford Tire a higher rating if possible. The staff are friendly and helpful. Plus, the prices can't be beat on new tires.

Went there for a brake job on my Xterra and they destroyed 3 of my center hubcaps and didn't say a word. I take pride on keeping my vehicle that's 18 years old looking great but this shop showed they could care less how they treat the property you entrust them with.

My tire got damaged and I couldn't drive on it. They were quick to tow me to their shop and fit a good used tire on it. The next day , they had ordered four new tires, which I needed anyway, and I was out the door in less than an hour. I really recommend them for their efficient work. I have a good and bad experience. They did really well on my truck, although all tire pressure sensors stopped working within a month. Recently took a tire for our trailer to get it plugged/stem repaired. The bad part about it is, I waited over an hour to the point I left. Which is fine, Once I called they told me it would be after lunch when the loose tires are being worked on . So this would be 4 hours before I can just get a tire back. I don t mind that but at-least tell me before I sit and wait. Showed up around 9:00am did not expect it back until after lunch. The only reason I m complaining is that in the past they usually knock it out within 30 mins or tell me it s gonna be a while. No one wants to wait for 1 tire. If it was simply not going to be completed until the afternoon, I could have gone somewhere else or dropped it off when you work on loose tires. I understand y all are busy but maybe more communication. Just to be clear another shop fixed my other tire with the same damage and it took them 15 mins and I was in and out. I was just hoping it was going to be quick like usual. After this experience it put me behind schedule. Thanks for everything but it just lacked this time and that was the final straw.Service: Tires

Fast, friendly, and wayyyy cheaper than anywhere else I called!! I needed 4 new tires, and the other places wanted to charge me $1,000-$1,100. Munford tire got me 4 new tires AND an oil change for $715! Will definitely be back.

Went in with a simple oil, brought my oil and filter. They over filled my oil and didn t put filter on correctly. Now I have a leak in my windshield wiper resoviour and of course they didn t do that. Wasn t leaking until they worked on my car. Who in their right mind would put 6 quarts of oil in a 4 cylinder car??? Will never use there services again.

Waited hours before they got my tires on. Took other men in front of me. I have used them since the day they opened, but no more. Really acted like they didn't want my 800$. All used to be so friendly. Not any more.

The other local Tire shop was booked solid only two mechanics reported to work that day. So hubby and I took our business to Munford Tire. We were in and out in 30 mins. Thank you Munford Time job well done.

First of all did not acknowledge me as a customer. I said excuse me could you check my battery it have a built up on it also I would like to check brakes. The guy checked battery clean off with a chemical spray. The acid from the battery began to bubble up on my car. I looked at my car and told guy it was not like that at first. It was still bubbling up. One of the guy was trying to get bubbles out. He said it was like that . I explained it was like that at all. He walk off and said WHATEVER.I said you have a smart mouth I will be back and talk to your manager. On Friday the lady talked to me took pictures said she was an assistant manager . I pointed out guy with the smart mouth very disrespectful She took pics and will get back to me. She never called or manager. I have taken my car several times usually very helpful. I will not allowed anyone at Munford Tire disrespect me in anyway as a customer.Service: Auto battery maintenance

I dropped my car off at 430pm because my wheels were screeching. I was sure I needed new brakes and I was leaving the very next day to drive out of town. I walked in and said "I need new brakes and I need my car back by noon tomorrow" in the nicest way I could.� I got a call at 515pm that said, I did not in fact need new brakes, something was bent and they unbent it and all was quiet again. He was finishing up chaning the oil, because I had asked for that too, and I could pick it up when I was ready. I rolled in right at 6pm, apologizing profusely for walking in at closing, but everyone was very nice, and I was on my way in minutes. Its always a great experience when I go there.

Munford Tire went above and beyond to help me with my towing needs. They arrived in a timely manner and gave me a great deal! I'm so grateful for the tow truck guy and how helpful he was. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
