Excellent service. Used Kaiser for around 20 years for AC & Heating at Home and Business offices & warehouse. Highly Recommended. Most recent Saturday 9:00 am July 22, 2023 after 70 mph straight line winds took out El power and burned AC on/of contact switch. Highly recommended. Kaiser was very responsive and communicative, came to see us the day we called, and was on time for the initial and all follow up visits. We had an issue with noise from our heating system and they came and diagnosed the issue and had a solution and replaced a blower in our heater. However, it didn't fix the issue, so they very quickly came back, found the real cause, fixed it, and refunded the initial money we paid. Excellent service.Service: Heating system repair

Kaiser has been incredible. During the summer they cam and fixed both AC units AND cleaned them after a prior company botched the job. On top of that, this winter, when we discovered one heater wasn't running and another stopped working, Kaiser was prompt and solved all issues. Kaiser is fast, efficient, and a great company/family. Ethan got here right on time. We exchanged pleasantries and then he got right to work. It only took him a few minutes to find the problem. If I remember correctly, he had to order a part but he received it very quickly and had my A/C working in short order. I couldn t ask for better service and I ll absolutely call Kaiser when I have another problem. I ve already recommended Kaiser to a couple of people. Great job! Thanks.Service: A/C system repair

Kaiser was recommended by the family of the person who had installed the unit in my moms house. The house was sold and the air quit working a couple of days before the closing. Kaiser came to the rescue within hours of our call and had the air conditioner repaired and running shortly thereafter. The price was very reasonable and the employees were professional and concerned for our family. I have been using Kaiser Services for years for charging, coil cleaning and upkeep and have been very satisfied. They have been taking care of all of my A/C units and have kept me up to date on issues they see and current market trends. I had to replace one of my units after 13 years and had Kaiser do the work. They did an outstanding job and the new unit is performing very well. Very competitive pricing and definitely best value . Dustin has been my main point of contact and he is awesome! Highly recommend if you are looking for A/C services with a family feel.

Our air went out. I polled 20 friends asking for HVAC companies. 9 people responded. 6 of the 9 recommended Kaiser. They were absolutely right! Kaiser responded quickly and provided expert service and installation at a very reasonable price. This is a company to trust. Dustin and his team did an amazing job. They came out and did a quote the same day that we called and asked for an appointment. They provided fantastic advice on how we should upgrade the system. They came out a day later and replaced our entire system within a day. It was fantastic service. We got 4 estimates and Kaiser was the cheapest. Based on the reviews we took a chance and could not have had a better experience. They even came back multiple times to track down a problem with our new thermostats. Very professional and courteous. These guys are wonderful. Called them at 3:45pm on a Thursday because one of my AC units wasn t working and they were at my house soon after ..the same day!! Our HVAC is leaking with water and was dripping into our living room. I called Kaiser early morning and they're available the afternoon. Called other services and have to wait for 1-2 days. Ethan came earlier than expected, quickly fixed our problem in less than 5 minutes! Had a few questions and he answered it professionally. Happy and very satisfied with the service!

Our A/C died Sunday late afternoon so I called Kaiser and left a voicemail knowing they were closed. I received a callback within an hour giving us an appointment between 11 and 2 the next day! We got a call from the technician at 10:40 saying he was on his way! By the time we packed up from our hotel room (with A/C LOL) and got home he was here waiting! Great company - Reasonably priced! They came out on the weekend within just a couple hours of calling for an emergency repair. He was fast and efficient. Able to figure out quickly the issue and explained everything that needed to be done. Highly recommend!!

Professional in every way....fromthe phone call requesting service to the completion of the job. Excellent value, competent, technicians that REALLY KNOW what they are doing. Family owned + operated and that means personalized, thoughtful and excellent service. Wonderful family owned and operated business. Technician was on time, very friendly and went above and beyond by teaching us why our AC was so loud in the bedroom. Also made some changes to the way our thermostats work in different rooms to be more efficient. This company has fantastic service and great customer service. I had a new air conditioner installed a few months ago. I used to have a noisy Trane 5 ton unit and now I have a very quiet Ruud 5 ton. Great warranty, had installed same day. I highly recommend the Kaiser services.

They came out and did a inspection on a 15 year old home heating and air system. They informed me that the unit was still in good condition. They had to put 7 oz. Of freon in it. Unit is working great.Service: A/C system repairService: A/C system repair
