Cole s Carquest was a great experience! We worked with Aaron (sp?) and he was very professional and informative. We needed A/C work done on our Civic and the process was top-tier! They were extremely diligent in their diagnostic analysis and testing; they went above and beyond to make sure the repair was solid. They take care of veterans. I highly recommend Cole s Carquest!

Just remove the old hydarulic hose and take it in.. say "I need one of these" and 15 minutes later you have one and on your way. browse the shelves while you wait. coll stuff they have. If you like tools.

Very satisfied customer here. I called about a fuel filter for my backhoe and they had it on the shelf. I went to pick it up and they had a couple other things I needed for my truck. The other parts stores around here say "I can get it here tomorrow". Don't waste your time going to the other guys when time is money. I am honestly blown away. The service is AMAZING!!Thank you Carquest

I enjoy the store a lot. I go there for my argon bottle exchange and obscure nuts and bolts. I am often amazed that they actually have them. I enjoy the no pressure selling. The owner of the store is actually there most days. This rare nowadays.

These guys are always courteous and professional. Our AC went out in our Tahoe. We thought about waiting until next summer to fix it but it s been so unseasonably hot we couldn t wait that long. They found the problems/problems, called me and gave a very detailed explanation of what happened and what it would take to fix it. It wasn t a cheap job but I did do a quick google search and their quote was under the average. A day later we have cold air blowing again. Good work for a reasonable price.

I am in the auto business and I am very particular about where I take my vehicle to have work done. I am very grateful to have chosen Cole's Carquest in Munford, they hire technicians not parts changers and believe me there is a difference, I am willing to pay A little more for the repairs because it pays off in the long run!!! They tell me the truth and I appreciate that and I always want the job done right, in the long run it pays off!! My car is 22 years old and is like my right arm, I don't know what I would do without it, they take good care of my vehicle which means they take good care of me!! I highly recommend them to everyone if you want the job done right and are not A person who wants to put A bandaid on something !! They are kind and honest and I hope they will be there for many years to come!!! I have in the past given a $ tip for Robert, he's the person who has to do the work and he does it well, I understand that auto repair is a very physically demanding job and I very much appreciate the hard work Robert does!!! We tip watrises at restaurants just for bringing our food, please consider the person who makes you able to get to work and make your vehicle trustworthy, that do really hard work, that deserve a tip also in my opinion!!!! I couldn't do without him and the other people at Cole's Carquest!! Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!! I'm a happy, happy, happy customer!! Please don't ever close or make me have to find another service provider for my vehicles!! If you ever do recommend me to someone you know and let them know that I can be a good customer if they treat me like you have!!! Love ya muches!!!

I'm new to the area and was introduced to Cole's Carquest via a promotional offer I received in the mail. I couldn't have made a better decision! My husband and I have taken all of our cars in for maintenance. The guys are very professional and they don't try to update every time you walk through the door. They prefer appointments (which I didn't know at the time), but had no problem working me in when I walked in without one. They definitely have earned our continued business.

The staff is knowledgeable and have a good turn around time on their work. They were especially patient with helping me understand the problem and diagnosis with my car. If my car ever has any other problems, this is the shop I would go to for repair!

Awesome service. I moved back after being gone 20 yrs. Carquest is awesome. Mr Dewayne offers advice offers to put on windshield wipers bulbs His Staff is friendly helpful.

On 24 Oct I scheduled and took my vehicle in for a brake job on all four wheels. On their investigation, they called me to tell me that the front brakes weren't in need of work yet. I changed my work request to the rear brakes only. I really appreciate them not doing the unnecessary work just because I had talked about all four wheels.

Cole's CarQuest has the best experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and customer service staff around. If you need your oil changed or your vehicle repaired, Cole's CarQuest can help you no matter what with reasonable cost to you. I highly recommend Cole's CarQuest for any vehicle need.

Nice guys for the most part. Ordered our part and had it the next day. When it broke and I took it back he exchanged it and it was fine. Good service.
