Reviewing for LACK OF COMMUNICATION because there's no way to get in touch with these folks, so obvs impossible to review their work! They don't answer the phone during business hours, all calls go to a generic voicemail so you don't know if it's actually their phone number, and don't reply to messages left on that voicemail, so how is anyone getting service from this place? They were recommended by another local business so it must be good for some people, but if there's no one to answer the phone and set an appointment... ??? Heading to AJ's in Boone where they answered immediately and set an appointment - you know, like an actual BUSINESS.

Excellent customer service. We had a complete brake job done on our family vehicle. George stayed late to get the work completed as promised. Cost of work was very fair! I do recommend their services.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

We were visiting from Florida and my car broke down. George let us tow the car there and assessed that it needed a new transmission. We could not do it at the moment but he let us keep the car there for a couple days without charging us and then helped us load it to a trailer to tow it home when we were heading out. Great customer service and genuine kindness, highly recommend this place for service.

George is the real deal. A hometown mechanic that will tell you what needs to be fixed and what can wait and doesn't skimp on the customer service. He can fix anything and does a great job for a reasonable price. Cannot recommend them enough! When you bring your car to sampsons you don't have worry about being taken advantage of. He treats you like family

I can t say enough good things about this shop! I will forever be grateful for the owner taking our car in last minute! We were traveling from Florida up to Bristol and started having engine issues. He quickly addressed the issue and got us back on the road in no time at all! The best service to get your car fixed at a fair reasonable price Dale and George will always tell you up front with the cost of repairs will be. For they do any work on your car they have my confidence and I take all my vehicles there to be fixed or to be serviced I give these guys 10 Stars

This auto repair shop is awesome and they are super great when it comes to any automotive repair. These guys have worked on my cars throughout the years since 2001 on every auto I own. Quality and great customer service always I would highly recommend these guys for any auto repair!

Sampsons s garage did some major welding on my rusty cargo van. They did an absolutely wonderful job getting the back doors to work again. Have been to this shop several times. Would highly suggest you use this shop! Not only is it affordable but quick! Not like most of the garages around here! They will continue to get my business that's for sure!!

They always did good work for me it can get a little pricey though. The guy who runs it is an honest man which is a good quality to have when in the automotive business.

I had a engine light to come on. Took it in, read the code, O2 sensor went bad. Had it fixed and my H3 doing just fine.
