My car battery died today, and I called for 3 quotes on a new one. 2 others who will remain unnamed were in mid $175 range. I then called Napa, talked with Anthony who quoted me $142. So I immediately drove there after Bob had jumped started my dead battery. Once I arrived Lee and Bob greeted me very professionally. Then Lee proceeded to replace the old battery with new one free of charge. NOTE it was very easy to get at my battery. I strongly recommend Napa auto parts of mountain city TN!! Always great service whenever I deal with them. Whether it be for personal matters or for business. They've always been prompt when called on for anything and do it with a smile as well. Will continue to deal with them in the future.
