Broke down right down the road on a Sunday. Even though the snowstorm came in and I just showed up asking for an alternator, he was able to get me squeezed in and got it all taken care of. Everyone was super nice and they asked if I needed a ride anywhere, pointed me in the direction of food nearby. Awesome experience. I will definitely be coming to Jason for any vehicle repair needs, from here on out!! Great pricing, friendly hospitable folks... I just moved up to this area and this was truly refreshing! Thank you, all!

I was at a grocery store this morning, and my car wouldn t start. I called Jason and he was there within minutes to charge battery. I drove to his shop and he tested battery dead. He got the appropriate battery for my car and within 45 minutes I was on my way with a new battery. He took time out to come to me to charge battery. He is a wonderful person and excellent mechanic. I HIGHLY recommend him!!

This is the only garage that I trust to work on my vehicles. They have top notch service and customer care. I would highly recommend this garage as they are open about all charges and things that need done. You will not have to worry about getting the bill to find all kinds of work done that you didn't authorize first.

Our family has purchased a late model Subaru and could not be more pleased...it is still running strong 2 years later. My older Chevy Cobalt that I was letting my son use broke down in Mountain City, TN on his wedding day! It was Labor Day weekend so nothing was opened so we had to leave the car and return home to Trinity, NC. We got it towed to Jason's and unfortunately it was the transmission. The car wasn't worth fixing so we tried to get the car shipped but that ended up being a total scam so we decided to rent a U-haul and have my husband go get it. Long story short, Jason only charged us the cost to diagnose the problem although our car sat there for over a week while we were scrambling for a way to get it home. When my husband did arrive, Jason refused to take a dime over what we owed him and he helped my husband get the car on the trailer. In our current state of affairs, it was so awesome to realize that there are GREAT people still in this crazy world and one of them is Jason! I highly recommend his shop for all your auto repair needs.

My sister and I were traveling back home, when our car broke down. County one towing took us to 2 different repair shops, and at the second one, Spanky was told to call Jason. Jason had our car be his first priority, and helped us with no problem at all. It took him a little over an hour to fix the car and send us on our way. We couldn t thank him enough!

While traveling we had transmission hoses to burst, and by the grace of God there in front of us was Jason's Auto Repair. It was after 5pm and Anthony was still there working and was able to help us out in our time of desperation. Thank you SO much!
