I took a car in to have it aligned they put it on the rack and checked it then told me it didn't need to be aligned and what it did need. They also checked my tires and added air to the one that was low. They were polite and efficient and had my car in and out in no time of course there was no charge. I will be taking my other vehicles in to have them aligned

Just got an alignment on my truck and it's worse than it was to start. Looks like I'll take it to Johnson city and pay more to have it done correctly.

This is the best auto repair service I ve ever experienced. Tire trouble on long out of state drive, they handled it right away. Fast, fair, efficient service. Thank you all, especially Donnie!

They ordered the wrong part, which I had to order myself. Had my car for a week then messed up my alignment. Which bent my new tires :))Service: TiresService: Tires
