I would give a zero star if it was allowed. We took our Ford f150 in there for brake problems. They told us it needed a few things including brake pads. 400$ later they told us they replaced brake pads and did something else, but we needed to take it to Ford. It needed some more work on the brakes. We drove it less than 4 miles from Wolfe to Ford........it took Ford 3 weeks to fix. But when we picked it up we were shocked to find out they had to replace the new brake pads.....they said Wolfe put the pads on backwards. They said we were lucky it didn't ruin anything as they were forced on backwards. We took the very damaged new brake pads back to Wolfe. They refunded us like 80$ for the cost of brake pads. They said they couldn't refund labor for putting them on wrong. We got the privilege of paying Ford for the parts and labor of putting new brake pads on. Thank goodness Ford knows how to fix brakes. In this economy you need to have mechanics that know what they are doing. It's not fun paying twice for something

Service isn't that bad. The people there are super nice and welcoming. Perhaps I just have bad timing but either way. I started having trouble with my car Tuesday. Wouldn't start at all. Wouldn't even turn over. No sounds, nothing. I get home Tuesday evening and my roommate looks at it. He thinks its the battery. I work opening shift so I have to be at work at 5:30 Wednesday morning. I find a ride and call Wolfe's from work around 10:30. Explain the issue. She says they are a little busy but I can bring it by. She says if they have time they'll work on it, but rather they can work on it or not, they will at least be able to tell me whats wrong with it. I bring it by after work around 3:40. Fifteen twenty minutes later, she says they don't have time to work on it and to bring it back in the morning. I told her I barely got it to start to get it there in the first place. She offers to let me keep it there over night, but I don't have a way to get home without it. So she says to just bring it by the next day. Again, I work mornings so I ask if I can bring it after work. She says the earlier the better. I told her I'll get out of work early to bring it. I get there today, Thursday, around 2 or so, and get told yet again their to busy. I barely got it to start the first time I brought it in, which I told them. Barely got it to start today when I left. I know businesses get busy, especially with everything re-opening now. But just tell people this. If I would have known there was no opening until Monday, what she told the gentleman in front of me today, I would have simply went elsewhere no big deal. It isn't their fault their busy, but they could have been honest when I called yesterday or at least not tell me to come back and they'll look at it. Based off the ratings from other people I know this place is pretty good, so its probably just a bad day. But either way, they should have said yesterday their booked till Monday. I will revisit when I can and revise my review should it go better.

Way overpriced one person made the comment in front of my mother that they needed $$$ when the guy drove my truck back out he rived up my motor the people are nice just to pricey and doing a single exhaust from headers to the rear end should definitely not take no 5 hours at most take 2 half to 3 hours reason saying that other place I went so much cheaper only took 3 hours at Jeff s pipe & muffler/auto repair. thank you

These guys took great care of me, and I will definitely visit again. Friendly, easy going staff, and I felt they truly were concerned about my satisfaction.

Every exhaust job I have ever had done there ends up leave with in a week. The welds on the pipe always look horrible. However they are fast and do warranty their jobs well. The employees are quite nice also

Took my car to Wolfe tire and automotive I got everything done in a day give or take so great job to the mechanic or mechanics! I had 4 new tires put on an alignment 2 cylanoids put on and plugs and wires and the price wasn t bad and like I said they had it done in a timely manner and not to mention the lady at the front was very nice I definitely will be going back in the future but hopefully not to soon lol.

I was passing by Wolfe Tire & Muffler when my motorcycle died. The staff that works here are awesome. They allowed me to use a couple tools and gave me a jump. I work in sales and recommend them alone for there great customer service... I saw several people having work done and they seemed to personally enjoy the company a well.. Thank you for your generosity! I do recommend Wolfe Tire.

Will never go back here wanted a front end alignment and went there and they told me that I needed tierods ends first before the alignment and I said ok. but then said I owed 35.00 for them to do nothing to my car was not told about the hiding fees they charge everyone and I was blamed for not asking about them

I would recommend Wolfe tire and muffler to everyone!! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They inspected my car while having an oil change and tires put on. They let me know of the issues that they found, and the prices were very affordable so that I was able to have the repairs made. They also showed me exactly what they had found and why it needed the repairs. WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!

I called on a Monday and was told to bring my truck in first thing Tuesday morning. I got there when they opened. Never got a call back that day from them. Called the next morning and was given a lame excuse as to why my truck wasn't looked at, and was told I'd get a call within 30 minutes. Two hours later I called and was told it hadn't been looked at yet. Finally got a call at 2 pm. Told them to fix it. It took two more days to get it fixed. I called them on Thursday and told them I've missed work because they had my truck. Was given the excuse that they got the wrong part and was told that because it took so long, they'd cut me a deal on the cost. The person on the phone hung up on me. On Friday when I finally got a call saying my truck was fixed, I was charged full price. I'm a very loyal customer, but when a business is irresponsible with their customers property, I get a low opinion of them.I do not recommend them and will never do business with them again.On another occasion, I asked for a quote on fixing my emergency brake. Never got the quote, but was told they tightened the brake up. Well it didn't work to begin with so there was no reason to fix it.Never giving them another dime.

I own a twenty year old car and whenever I need automotive repair, these are the people I trust. The girls are knowledgable and helpful as well as being easy to talk to and look at. The mechanics are knowledgable and know their business. They are also friendly and courteous. The work has always been performed in a timely manner and I honestly believe they go the extra mile. I will recommend Wolf Tire and Muffler to anyone needing automotive repair at a fair price.

I didnt have any work done on my car, just stopped in to buy one of their cheap used tires for a tire swing. The receptionist was such a sweet lady. And they helped put the tire in my trunk. Very nice people!

I was having a starter replaced and was asked about fixing an oil leak. Got my car back and all the oil leaked out. The part was supposedly defective. They didn t replace any oil after I told them and even showed pics of oil all over my driveway. We checked the oil a few days later and we had to put oil in as we weren t offered anything from them when we called and told them they had sent our car back with no oil. I just had an oil change before taking car there. If my motor had blown, we d have a BIG problem! They need to learn how to resolve issues instead of thinking they don t make mistakes. Thanks for hanging up on me instead of trying to keep my business.

Referred here for tires when I first moved to Morristown and have returned for minor routine maintenance. Everyone has been helpful and courteous. They have gone out of their way to make it possible for me to get necessary maintenance service by driving me to work, returning my car and collecting payment later that day at my employers' location. No one has ever tried to convince me my car needed more than what I brought in for... I'm a repeat customer and plan to continue use of their services.

since I moved to Morristown I have been taking my truck to wolfe for oil changes i find them to be very friendly knowledgeable getting things done right at a fair pricefor me and my wife we trust wolfes they do it all and seem like one of the family when were there I recommend wolfes for any mechanical issues your car may have they do it all

I brought my 1986 Dodge RAM in for factory manifolds to be taken off and headers installed and new mufflers and change belts as well as alignment . I knew the bolts were going to give them probs on the manifolds , especially being a northern truck ; yet they got the job done and has been great ! They were very kind and professional . Will b bringing it back for any other work i need done !!

Took my car here to get a rusted exhaust pipe fixed. I told them when I made the appointment I wanted a 5 ft section replaced from my catalytic converter to my muffler because the whole thing is corroded and pitted. I was quoted a price range of $80-100, which I thought seemed low. I found their office/reception very unprofessional, and had to ask them to write me down for an appointment and log what I wanted done. I dropped my car off night before, and even left a note in the driver's seat telling them what I wanted done. I go pick it up next day after work (without checking their work first ) to find they had replaced a 4 inch piece right where it had broken, and charged my right at $99! I am upset with them, and feel they have ripped me off. I will not do business with them again, and would not recommend anyone else go there either.

The mechanics and office ladies at wolfe tire are really helpful and will answer your questions to the best of their ability. I will definitely be going back for future needs
