I ll start by saying this has been the best repair experience I have ever had throughout my time owning vehicles. The owners truly care for each and every individual; as well as the machines they work on. Safety is their core value. All of which is reflected in the quality of service they provide.We came in for several known issues with our generator, air system, and brakes. As well as routine maintenance on the engine. With excellent attention to detail, Jason and Jeff solved each problem with methodical plans of action and realistic resolutions. After watching them work on our Bluebird Wanderlodge, five stars isn t nearly enough for them. Looking forward to our next visit.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

What can be said about folks that treat you like family the first time they lay eyes on you? In my many years I have never met two nicer, more caring or knowledgeable folks than Jason and Jeff. Jason owns a WB and he is very knowledgeable on all Blue Bird systems and Jeff has decades under his belt on all things under the bird.We drove in late on Sunday afternoon and were immediately welcomed, shown the facility and the bus was moved inside and plugged in. Jason and I had spoken on the phone several times and we had a pretty good list of maintenance and upgrades that I wanted to install. Early Monday morning I was setting at the table, eating my Cheerios when the garage lights flashed on and work began. In the process of the maintenance inspection Jeff found some several small things including stretched belts, all were immediately corrected or replaced. During the Brake inspection leaking oil seals were found on the drive axel. Both sides had to be tore down and rebuilt from the seals outward. We had only planned on a 5 day time frame and the drive axel rebuild and running and waiting on replacement parts put them behind. When the time came Jason handed me the keys to a car and said " Use it to get home and we will deliver the bus when we get the list completed". He also let us use it as we needed during out time there, even went to Dollywood one day.How many times have you had a service shop call you after you got back from your first trip after their work and inquire how it went, any issues, any problems?WanderWorks is committed to keeping out birds being used, loved and running down the road. At no time was there less than half a dozen birds on the property. These are good people that I believe you can trust to to do first class service for you. Finally, a garage with complete knowledge of all things Bluebird and of course Wanderlodge.We have been down the repair road for 35 years and can say from experience this place is amazing and efficient and you can stay on site.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
