The most inexperienced mechanics except for the interlock dui install and they'll mess your vehicle up taking it off. On the lighter side, if the owner runs out of hot chocolate your repair won't take you far looks like a dark chubby smurf! The shop doesn't even have a torque wrench! I've seen s with more mechanical know how then these people! Idiots will warp your rotors immediately. If your not a drunk stay away if you want to keep your good car a good car

If I could give this place less than one star...I certainly would!!!! Had my brakes done on the 26th of October and then Saturday my brake caliber busted....good thing I wasn't on my hill coming off or I could have been seriously injured or worse. Not only that the owner had his 9 yr old boy putting my brake pads on!!! I caught him and he says with a smile how about that you have a 9 year old putting your brakes on like he was bragging!!! Well we call him and tell him what happened and he call me alarm saying he never let the 9 yr old put my brakes on then says he was watching him the whole time...so ok you lied!!!! He then hung up on us!!! I will be contacting a lawyer and whoever else that I need to make sure that the right thing gets done about it!!! DO NOT TRUsT HIM WITH YOUR VEHICLES PERIOD!!!! And then he has the nerve to get on here and respond to this post with he stands by his work and blah blah blah...well I have pics and contacted a lawyer and will be in touch sir!!! I would never let you work on my vehicle again...oh correction will not let a child work on my vehicle..I could have been seriously hurt or killed...I will be taking this to court.

The guys at the garage were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I'm from upstate New York and helped me get my 94 GMC pickup back on the road, I had my truck towed there thinking that my motor was blown but with the help of the guys they quickly determined the truck didn't have any spark, A new ignition coil and set of spark plugs were all I needed. I took my 2018 Nissan Sentra in because it was popping when passing through reverse. They test drove my car down the road. Came back and said it was hands down the driver side axel. We set our appointment to have it fixed. Dropped it off this morning and there was nothing wrong with the axel its the transmission when I stated I didn t want to pay for a part that didn t need replaced and that I didn t care to pay for the labor for putting it on, the owner was extremely disrespectful stating You don t want to pay for the part? No sir it s a part that didn t need changed. So you want me to pay for it? I mean I don t care, it was a part that wasn t needed. Well you thought it was the axel and so did we, are you gonna pay me for the labor to take it off also? Now the POP sound is louder in the car and I m out $225. Worst mechanic shop I ve EVER been too. CROOKS!

Guy gets mad when I m trying to tell him to get the air out of the system when bleeding the car and he gets mad and says find someone else to do it. What a immature personService: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

This place was a blessing to me and my family. Traveling back to Kentucky from a vacation on a Sunday had car issues. Stopped at the Garage to see if they could help. Very friendly and quick to get me up and rolling again. Pricing was also great. Great people. Highly recommend. Wish they was here in Kentucky.

I used this garage to have all 4 of my brakes and rotors changed. They did a great job replacing them so I took my vehicle back in to have them look at my air conditioner and to figure out why it wasn't producing cold air. When I 1st got there, one of the guys checked the freon to see if it was out but told me that it had plenty in it. I was asked to leave it with them so they could look at it. 9 hours later, I was able to pick my van up. They told me the compressor was bad and were going to charge me $1100, ($500 for labor alone) to fix it. I took it home with me and decided I would see if I could find someone to fix it cheaper. About 2 weeks later I noticed that my power steering had started making a whining sound and It was leaking something on my driveway. My husband checked it out and my power steering hose had a hole in it. I don't know that the garage caused this problem but I know that it wasn't leaking before I took it in. We also noticed that my shrader valve caps weren't put back on. Today I had another guy fix my air compressor for MUCH cheaper. He told me that my van was completely out of freon and my shrader valves were messed up from the caps not being placed back on. So I personally do not reccomend this place.

Lamont always takes care of me. I've tried other places and he is always the cheapest and most reliable. Saved me a ton of money over the years. Good mechanic that will shoot you straight.

At the end of last July, my husband and I took a long distance trip with our 1 month old son from Springfield, IL to Tennessee to see my father-in-law. We were stopping at a gas station in Mooresburg when the transmission went out in my 1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager minivan. My insurance got us a tow to a motel in Morristown and we set about figuring out how to get back on the road to Bristol. We called a bunch of shops and were lucky enough to find someone at The Garage who was willing to help us out. We finally got a rental car, got the minivan towed to The Garage so that the work could be done. We got lucky again when a local transmission shop offered to help with the repairs to the transmission since we weren't going to be able to get a new transmission in less than 4 weeks. So The Garage did the work to get the transmission out of the minivan and then Steve from Steve's Transmission picked it up to take it to his shop to rebuild it and put in a new torque converter. The Garage charged me a very reasonable flat rate even though they had to change out one of my cv axles too. When the work was done, the owner came and picked us up from our hotel since we had already turned in our rental car. I can't thank you and your team enough for all of your help. Thank you again and sorry it took me so long to give you a review.

This garage should not be trusted I left my car key with an employee and the owner under the impression my carwould be picked up worked on and I would receive a bill. Instead my.car was stripped of parts then stolen so if that is what u want for your future in car care then by all means go see what happens my attorney will be reaching out

I give this place 5 stars! Another shop told me I needed front brakes. This place was much cheaper so I took to them to find out my car did Not need brakes! Most places try to cheat a women but they are very honest! Thanks Guys

Kept my vehicle overnight without reaching out let me know or answering the phone when I called as it was getting close to close of business. When I came the next day to pick it up I was told that you don t cater to me.
