I brought my car here for an engine inspection because my make and model was under recall and started making a knocking sound along with check engine light coming on and off. They kept it for a month and pushed off fully checking the engine. They said the technician couldn t see or hear anything. We left with it still making the noise and not long into the drive the check engine light came on again. Before we could even bring it back to the dealer it completely died while going down the highway. We had to pay hundreds of dollars for it to be towed back to the Tarr Hyundai dealer. After weeks and weeks of waiting and having to take it there twice, they did the inspection and it passed for an engine replacement due to the recall. At this point I have been out of a car for a month and am now expected to wait another 4-6 weeks before I can get my car running again. They never offered to give me a rental even though it s in their policy to provide one when a recall is being replaced. I had to borrow my family and friends cars just to get to work, doctor appointments, etc. They installed it sooner than expected and I was excited to get my car after waiting a total of 2 months from when we first bought it there. When we picked it up everything looked good until I got home. On the back right corner we found big scratches, a small dent and my light cracked, missing the corner. It appeared they backed it into something or someone hit it. We didn t notice it when we picked it up because it was parked directly in front of another vehicle. We drove it straight home and noticed it when we got to my house. I checked my car thoroughly when we dropped it off and that definitely was not there. They didn t tell us about it and refused to fix the damage. This isn t the only thing we found after getting it back, we found soda stains on the headliner, dirt and shoe marks on the seats and my dash cut open. They replaced my airbags while it was there but didn t tell us they cut my dash. I had just bought the car it was in great condition. The interior looked new and well taken care of when we dropped it off. I m just now able to drive my car and it looks dirty and beat up. We ve had to pay hundreds for it to be towed back there because they didn t look at it when it was there the first time and now we have to pay for all the interior and exterior damages. Overall they fixed what needed to be, my car drives good. Their staff was polite and kept us updated fairly well. I just wish they were honest and owned up to damaging my car. We asked the manager for the before and after pictures their policy requires them to take for any car they do maintenance on and they didn t have any to show.

My 2020 Hyundai Tucson AWD was scheduled for it's 30k checkup and I arrived ahead of my appointment and was greeted by Dawn. Even though she was tied up with another matter, she immediately greeted my with a big smile and then verified my appointment and the service I was expecting. She directed me to a room where I could set up my laptop and work while the service professionals performed all the necessary work to complete the checkup. Dawn came to get me when the service was completed (considerably quicker than what I had prepared for) and guided me through the documentation and checkout seamlessly and courteously. She even made sure the driver's side of my Tucson was vacuumed out prior to me taking possession of it to leave. Her warm and welcoming smile and the efficiency with which she, and the Tarr Hyundai service team handled my visit re-enforce all the reasons I have chosen to purchase Hyundai vehicles and services. Thank you Dawn and thank you Tarr Hyundai.

Our car buying experience was very easy. Our salesman Ray Cline was very professional and answered all our questions! He took care of everything for us and we felt we had received excellent service and a good and fair price on our vehicle. Ray was a pleasure to work with and all the folks in sales, finance and even the service department met with us and were ready to help with anything we needed. Great folks- Go see them if you want an easy and pleasant experience.

Really fair prices and did the work quickly. Dawn at the front was an absolute rock star, she was very swamped but still was very friendly and took the time to go over everything with us. Will definitely be back for any work needed and probably to also buy my next car. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I drive from Seymour just for this dealership. Everyone has been so nice and genuinely want to help you. Service for my oil change was quick and easy. If you are looking to purchase a car, ask for Seth! Dawn in service was amazing too

Great experience at Tarr Hyundai service center. I was greeted immediately and everything they did or needed to do was explained. We didn t wait very long and they even had a play area for my kids. After service was completed Dawn escorted me to my vehicle and even vacuumed my floor board before I got in. I really appreciate good customer service and I m very pleased with Tarr Hyundai. I won t be taking my car anywhere else. Thank you!

Very professional service! We dropped off the car and received a warm & friendly welcome by Dawn, then Isaiah our service writer was just as friendly! All our repairs were completed as promised, and both Dawn & Isaiah were very thorough in explaining everything to us! Isaiah even walked us out to the car! Wow!

I have a 2018 Elantra GT and I love it. I had to have service on it and Tarr Hyundai gave me a Santa Cruz as a loaner vehicle. It was awesome! It had all the bells and whistles and it drove like a truck and SUV. It was a wonderful automobile. Can t wait to test drive others at Tarr Hyundai! This is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Tarr. They take care of you from Sales (Katrina Hicks) Sales Manager (Tommy) Finance (Keith) and the entire service department are the best of the best compared to dealerships I have no T.H. visited and/or purchased from. They jump into action when you call with any issues or questions and they go above and beyond to show their appreciation. I like when I am treated with better respect than I give or attempt to give.

By far the best car dealership I have done business with. First time I just went in to get some work done on my car and there was a small miscommunication prob on my end I said I couldn t afford to get my plugs done at that time they ended up doing em and didn t even charge me also didn t make a big deal about it at all the man went to the back grabbed my papers and sent me on my way. About a year later the motor blew in the car had it towed to them and at first the warranty wasn t wanting to cover anything it was about 10k To fix but I don t have that kind of money especially around Christmas time but Dawn in the service department went to war for me.Took a few weeks but she got them to cover it even when they wasn t wanting to she didn t take no for a answer.Ever my car dealership I have dealt with had been grimy and didn t care about the customer once the first deal was done not this place I truly feel they care about their customers and our problems don t just tell you someone you wanna here and never talk to you again. Anytime I was told I would get a call back I did they stand by what they say and the work they do. They will get my money from now on and wouldn t think twice about it. Also they call and check on you and your car throughout the year not to the point of being annoying but showing they still care about you and it s the little things like that is why I plan to work with them for the foreseeable future.
