If you need a transmission worked on in this town and take it anywhere else you have made a mistake. Steve and his guys did a spectacular job. I could not be happier. He did what he said he would do and at the price he said it would cost. What more needs to be said.

Stwve is a great business man. I dropped my vehicle off with him and was told it would be a few days. It only took a day. He was honest, very upfront and polite. I would recomend Steves Transmission to anybody who needs work done. The shop was really clean. In fact the cleanest one i have seen. Great Job guys. Definitely will be back.

Steve gave me a quote for repairs, then gave me a completion window. Both were spot on and the Cherokee drives perfect. Also, his shop is by far the cleanest transmission shop I have ever seen(and I'm almost 60). Needless to say if I ever have another transmission issue, Steve gets the work!

The gentleman was really busy but, checked my transmission fluid and when it was in fact very low put 3 quarts in my Jeep and didn't charge me a dime. So thankful these kinda people do still exist. Few and far between these days.

Very outstanding crew, and friendly environment and treat you like family. All the auto work done there for transmissions are done right and tested before released back to the customer. I highly recommend him to anyone.

This is my experience with Steve's Transmission in Morristown, Tn. I took my transmission to his shop on Nov. 17th to be rebuilt. He said it would take 7 to 10 days. I finally got it back on Dec. 13, about 30 days later. The transmission was put back in the Mustang, but had NO forward gears at all, worse than it was when I took it to him. I called Steve, told him it did not work, and he said he would send rollback to pick it up on Friday. No rollback. I kept calling Steve, but he never sent rollback to get my car, and he won't give my money back. I had to buy another transmission for my car, and I'm out $1000 for work that did NOT get done. Replaced clutch assembly for manual resurface fly wheel manual transmission leaks fuil so bad have to fill it up every 2 to three days never had a leak like that leaks bad smoke rolls out fromunder truck bad last statement to me buy yourself another manual transmission I'll put in for free what has happened to the transmission frost day I got the truck back slot of bolts not tighten up also sent my truck somew else to be worked on by someone else I'm 59 yrs old disabled I've never gotten the real truth out of him shame on SteveService: Transmission

Gave them a transmission to rebuild they had it for 3 days and it was done super nice people quality work and very knowledgeable runs and shift perfectly!!
