Sonny is the best. I had a car that had a short in it and it sit in my back yard for 2 years and I was just going to junk it figuring it was going to charge me a lot of money to fix it, so a friend of mine recommended Sonny, I took it out there and he found the short and had my car up and running in 2 days and he didn't charge me a lot of money to fix it, way under 180.00, and I really thought it would be more than that, plus he put a new hose on it. I would recommend him to anyone. He's my new mechanic now. Thanks so much Sonny and your great crew for giving me my car back to me. I really was so happy and excited that I actually cried when he told me what the price was and what the problem was. HE'S THE BEST!!!!!!

I will say if you need clutch kit for a truck Sonny auto repair is the the place to have it done! May take 2 weeks to get to it but we ll worth the wait! An if u go to pick ur vehicle up an it s blocked they was kind enough to move it as well. Drop my ranger off mon morning an was picking it up 9 am Thursday. Highly recommend these fellas!!

Just the initial meeting with the staff when scheduling an appointment was extremely encouraging. I felt as though the mechanic, Chris, was attentive, concerned, and especially patient with me considering all the questions I had. I will say that my appointment was made a week and a half out from when I went in to talk to the staff. These guys are busy and I understand why. They are one of the most respected and trusted shops in the area. The wait is worth it! I will update after the work is completed.

When faced with either making $600 or $1500 to $2,000 these men did the work and saved me the money. Instead of just replacing a transmission they put in the work to Mill and bore new bolt holes saving me a transmission.Being ignorant of vehicles they absolutely could have taken advantage of me and charged me an arm and a leg but they didn't. Sonny's was recommended to me by PORTER TIRE and they made an outstanding recommendation.

After a random break down and being stranded in the middle of no where, I got a tow to Sonnys auto shop (which was the only place within miles that even claimed to know about car mechanics). They were so gracious as to take some time of their scheduled day to take a peek to see what could be wrong. They diagnosed my car, looked up parts, gave me estimates and options on what could be done, and even helped me find a place that would let me do a one way rental. My huge dog was also with me and they were very nice with him and my dog could tell they were also good people. I left my car and continued on my long journey to get to my destination. I trusted them with keeping my car hundreds of miles away and with all the advice they could give me from then out (I have never had a car die on me before). They were a blessing to have run into and I am so fortunate that in an instance like this, I can honestly say that I am soooooooooooo appreciative that everyone at Sonnys were the people that helped us through this whole ordeal! I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone, passing through or not. You need to go here!!! Heck...Even It is Very far away...if I ever am in question about car things and really need a good trustworthy experience and answer, I might just go to them again even if it is hundred of miles away! Thanks guys!!!!!!!!

HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL! So, my sister and I were in Tennessee recently, finally got to go home and see the family and take in all the beauty of the hills and hollers and lakes. My 2019 Cadillac xt4 A/C decided to go haywire I took it to a couple of dealerships in Morristown and they didn t have time to help us Well I m glad they didn t because I found Sonny s!! Chris worked on my car for quite some time trying every way possible to help us. They were honest, knowledgeable and upfront about everything! It was a true blessing finding this place and these people I can t thank them enough! I highly recommend them and I know where to go if I ever run into another situation with any of my vehicles while in Tennessee!! If you are looking for honesty, knowledge and know how, all at a truly fair price call or stop at Sonny s! You won t be disappointed! Thanks Sonny, Chris, the crew and Maggie

First oil change that they call me when the vehicle was done so I could make arrangements to pick it up. They never called. Very inconvenient getting over there and pick it up after hours. I get home and after a few days I noticed the oil is leaking. It did not replace the gasket at the oil drain plug so that I had to make another appointment. When I express my frustration with the service, it was as if they didn't really care. I will find someone else in the future.

Really a ZERO. I am 64, single, work full time, one vehicle, one income---limited. I took my vehicle here over 2, TWO, months ago for an estimate....I was told the price, which was very high, I was also told that a new mechanic was coming in NEXT WEEK, and we have one in front of you...Well, either mechanic was no good and had to call the company to get instructions on how to fix it or they had to order from Korea or Japan and the parts are on a slow boat from China OR I was lied to. I was told the people who own this place are good church going people you can trust....well going to church does not make you good like standing in the forest does not make you a tree. I have heard not one word, no phone call, I was told to keep antifreeze in it and keep driving till when??? Until it stops completely. NO DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE GOOD PEOPLE.....

No problems, so far. We've used them for two different vehicles for a few years now. Might be a bit of a wait to get in sometimes, but once you do it's golden.

Just needed help unlocking lug nuts and man was very hateful. Told me if he had to come outside it was gonna cost me 20 dollars. Just to use a tool that took 2 minutes at most. Do not recommend.

I took my car in as it decided to give up on producing heat in the middle of winter, sonny himself assured me that my car would be fixed and in a timely manner. His word was his bond and my car was fixed and running in no time and for half the cost another repair shop wanted to charge me. i will be bringing my car to sunny for as long as he stays in business, which i hope has decades to come
