Jeff was extremely helpful in the purchase of our new vehicle. He made the process painless and was very considerate throughout. Everyone at Rusty Wallace was great to work with. We will definitely consider Jeff and the Rusty Wallace Toyata dealership first when we are looking to purchase another vehicle. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, we recommend this location and that you ask for Jeff!

@Dillion I am giving only 5 stars bcz that's an they have but I'd give my sales guy 100000 stars. He's first and foremost a good Christian young man with more potential that he even realizes. HE'S HONEST AND TRUTHFUL HE'S THE ONLY ONE ID GO TO. I DON'T TRUST ANYONE ELSE. I HEARD SOMEONE SAY THAT THEY BOUGHT THEIR 2ND CAR FROM HIM AND THEY WOULD NOT RECOMEND ANYONE BUT HIM... EVEN IF HE CAN'T GET TO U BCZ HE'S BUSY HE'S WORTH THE WAIT. DON'T JUST TAKE WHO'S AVAILABLE. HE'S WORTH THE WAIT... HE LITTERLY LOSSES SLEEP TRYING TO COME UP WITH A WAY TO MAKE YOU HAPPY, I HAD MY HEART AND SOUL ON A JEEP MY DREAM. BUT THE THROTTLE SINCER KELP KICKING, I WAS SO SAD OVER IT.. IT BROKE MY HEART TO TAKE IT BACK. HOWEVER I LOVE MY 2023 CAMRY. THEY TRIED TO FIND OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT BUT THEY COULD NOT. DILLON WORKED WITH US HE WORKED AND WORKED TO MAKE SURE I GOT DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR AND THEN SOME. I WOULD NOT TRADE MY CAMRY FOR A GOOD JEEP. HER NAME IS WONDER WOMAN. I THANK MY HUSBAND BRYAN FOR MY GIFT. SHE'S A TOY. MY JEEP WAS MY VALENTINE GIFTSO SHE'S MY VALENTINE'S GIFT

Purchased a 2016 Chevy impala out the door and the entire experience was great , Lucas made sure I was set and 100% ready to go before leaving. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and I would definitely recommend asking for Lucas he did such an amazing job at making the transaction so effortless. If you re looking for a used vehicle this is the place to go

I was worried about buying my first car, but I can say it s one of the best experiences I ve ever had. Even though the entire staff was great, I worked with one guy in particular, his name is Nate. He was so knowledgeable, kind, honest, and understanding. He worked with me and my budget, my time frame, and he worked really hard to get me exactly what I wanted. He never tried to up sell me on anything, he was only worried about me and what I wanted/needed. If you go here, (I highly recommend it) make sure you ask for Nate!

I just want to take a minute to brag about our experience. Dylan in sales is the best sales person we have ever seen. He is genuine and really cares about his customers. No hagle made it supper easy to get our brand new car. If you ever need a car ask for Dylan. Dyaln we just want to thank you so much for your time and effort into helping my husband my I. I recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Prius from Rusty Wallace Toyota, and I wanted to be sure to leave a review. I cannot put into words how impressed I was with this dealership! From my very first phone call, to driving away in my new car, I was beyond pleased! I worked with both Nate and Nick, and they are outstanding. The entire process was so easy and, most importantly, honest. They were straight to the point about everything relating to the price of the car. They both worked together to answer all of my questions, and kept me up to date while we waited for the vehicle to arrive. They were also able to match my trade-in offer that I received from another dealership, which was a huge plus for me. The financing department is also not pushy at all. They present all of the coverages, insurance, warranties, etc. and then let you decide which option(s) best suits you. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!!!

Jennifer was amazing. She is helpful, knowledgeable, and consistent with her customers. She consistently kept me in the loop, and was patient with me, even after calling practically every single day. She was awesome, as was the rest of the service team at Rusty Wallace Toyota. Will be taking my car back to them every time I need something done on it.

Buying a car is never a fun process but I must say, the guys at Rusty Wallace Toyota made for an easy and quick purchase. Thank you Jose for making the process the best experience my husband and I have ever experienced and getting him into a nice Tacoma! When I tell you Jose goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. This man not only got us a great deal on an amazing car, but also got us a brand new stereo system for free since ours needed an update but our stereo wasn t compatible with the update. LITERALLY WE GOT A FULL TOUCHSCREEN STEREO WITH APPLE CARPLAY FOR FREE. 10/10 recommend Jose and Toyota

My husband and I was looking for a Toyota 4Runner we live in Knoxville drove to Morristown and so thankful we did. Want to thank Jeff Mullins who sold us the car. He was so nice and patient not pushy at all. Thanks to Nick Pollock who made the deal happen, all the staff was so nice. Thanks to all! We love our 2024 4Runner TDR off Rd premium. I want to personally thank everyone at Rusty Wallace Toyota, but especially Dylan Baird!!! I was so nervous about purchasing a vehicle, and I didn't want to be pushed by a salesman. Well, Dylan was far from pushy and made me so at ease. I was so amazed by all of you!!! Me and my husband were in and out and even test drove the car in a hour... Thank you all for everything!!! Best Experience at a dealership! Salesman..Nate..was GREAT with helping me find that vehicle that was the perfect fit for me! In the months prior I purchased another vehicle at a different dealer and wasn t completely satisfied with that vehicle..Nate allowed me the time to look at more than enough vehicles and wasn t pushy or persistent like other dealers had been!..Not to mention The staff was very friendly.. from the salesman.. to the automotive detailer up to the sales manager...Everyone was great!! I would 10/10 highly recommend this dealership!

Very upset about my recent experience with the Toyota Service Dept. I brought my 2018 RAV4 in for routine oil change today. I mentioned to the service tech that I had felt some issues with the idling of the car. They came back to tell me that they thought the issue was with my rotors and my brakes. They did not realize that I had just had new brakes and new rotors recently installed. On top of this, they charged me an EXTRA $75 for driving my car down the road to check it out. When I questioned why this charge, I was informed they have to pay their technicians. I came out of there with a routine oil change costing $156. Never again! My family has purchased 4 brand new vehicles from Rusty Wallace Toyota in the last 6 years and we will NOT be back. I will never do business with their service department or purchase a vehicle from them ever again! I am not a person to complain or ever leave reviews, but I am absolutely livid that they charged me $75 to drive my car two minutes down the road.

We had a wonderful experience at this dealership! It was the very first brand new vehicle we ever purchased. From the very beginning of the process Jos� was very helpful, kind, and got us everything we have been dreaming about for years! Brent was also extremely helpful in explaining the different types of warranty options. If you are purchasing a brand new higher end vehicle I would recommend some of the additional warranty options they have. Times have changed! Specifically, because almost all the components are now electronic (not to mention the huge computer/screen and all those components, too). We look forward to having this vehicle for years to come. Highly recommend this dealership and working with Jos� and Brent! Bravo gentleman!

Im super upset with the service department. (I have a warranty on my car or I d just have my husband do the work). I took my car up there for an oil change and tire rotation and let them know I had a nail in the one of tires. Oil change was fine and they said there was not a nail but a staple in the tire and that they fixed it and rotated the tires. A few days later my husband and I both see the same nail in the same tire in the same spot so they lied about doing a tire rotation and a nail being in the tire. They said they would replace the tire but they had to order it. My husband took it back to get the tire replaced and they ordered the wrong size tire.

We had a great experience. Walked on the lot at 2:15, found the truck, test drove it, made the deal and was on our way by 3:30. Rusty Wallace Toyota was willing to negotiate unlike other dealers who said there it is pay our price or leave.

Long story short these guys are amazing and seems no matter what situation I've been in life, they are always had the vehicle I needed. After weeks of running to look at vehicles I found online, Went in looking for a truck just to see they had what I needed (looked at online inventory but figured wouldn't hurt to pop by to see what they had) sure glad I did!! They had the truck is been looking for at a much better price compared to the others I had found! Lukas is a wonderful sales guy, super friendly and not pushy!! Can't say enough wonderful things about this place and how they have treated me over the years. If you want to be treated right go see them and ask for Lukas Heifer.

Bought this awesome Toyota Highlander XSE from Rusty Wallace Toyota, Jose Flores was our sales rep. He was honest and up front about everything, kept us updated as our vehicle was being built. Entire purchasing process was quick, easy and very professional. When our car was delivered, Jose took time to walk me through the set up and made sure I was comfortable with all the technical/safety features with the car and answered all questions. Salesman Dylan Baird was very helpful. He let me choose test drive routes. Dylan also explained the technology- I am not very good with technology. My last car was a 2014 Venza. I am very happy with new car...especially since I feel comfortable calling or texting him to check details! Have used Service Department for 10 years and I am very happy with that as well.

I couldn t have asked for a better experience than what I received at Rusty Wallace Toyota in Morristown. Nate was my salesman and he was absolutely kind, patient, and not pushy or pressuring at all. Special thanks to Heath for taking great care of me and making sure I got the best deal possible! They were very patient with me and gave me as much time as I needed to make my decision. I am extremely happy with my 2021 Jeep Wrangler and I will definitely be returning to this dealership in the future. Having never owned a Toyota, I came by to look at a Tacoma. From the first time I walked the lot till the time I drove off in my truck, I was blown away by the professionalism and NO PRESSURE TACTICS from the guys here. I wasn't pressured at all. Nate was awesome. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. He asked me what I was looking for, showed me what they had available that fit my needs, and never once tried to steer me into anything else. He followed up an appropriate amount without being annoying or aggressive and was available to answer all my dumb questions. He didn't even ask me to write a review, which is actually what led me to write this one. Thanks for the great experience!

Had a very bad time when traveling I hit a very large hole on the highway. I was far from home. Brad Bible went quickly worked to help me get my car repaired as fast and as painless as possible. Now I can go home only one day short! Thanks for the great service!

I was down to one car. I needed to purchase before the one car I had went into the shop. This dealership had what I wanted. I called to get the outdoor price so that I could go to the bank and get a cashiers check. They re over an hour drive from me so I needed to make this a one stop shop. The salesperson was rude and unhelpful. I asked to speak to a sales manager. Destiny said the sales manager wouldn t give a quote either. I said ask the general manager and call me back. She did and said they won t quote me a price and hung up. Seriously! I was a guaranteed buyer! You had this one in the bag! What on earth people? There are some folks who know what they want and are ready to buy. Learn to distinguish between those people and the tire kickers. I just needed to know what to bring in order to buy the car.
