Where to begin... they managed to reasonably fix my check engine light when no one else could. They have done my daughter's brakes and are looking at her a/c today. Amy and her husband are already my heroes, but it's the little things that mean so much. They had my car when time changed. When I picked it up, my car's clock had been adjusted to the new time. A simple thing that went above and beyond and was noticed! I highly recommend Precision Automotive.

Worst experience ever. I asked if they do walnut blasting or any intake cleaning and she said "No". Asked what kind of service they offer she said "automotive repairs", I said okay how much would it be to replace two front strut mounts for a Ford Focus? She Hung up!

Was looking for a local shop to fix my BMW and came across Precision Automotive. They were very knowledgeable about the issue with my car (Valve cover and gaskets). Fixed it and my car running so much better no more leaks. $1000 cheaper than having it fixed at BMW of course. Highly recommended very nice people!

I've had nothing but bad exp. here, at least twice. First time years ago.. I honestly don't recall the situation but I def recall the rudeness.Today was a simple phone call with a simple question.. at least for a mechanic I would think. My short question was returned with an even shorter answer "anythings possible" was the answer given.. lol..well I feel so educated & enlightened now haha. My best guess is, she works in the front & simply didn't know the answer & instead of being honest & asking someone etc. She took the lazy way out & was rudish in tone as well.I'd never go there with any of our autos simply put. It's a shame, people aren't what they used to be.

Was recommended by a good friend. Needed an oil pan gasket and main seal replaced. Amy was great to work with and they took great care of me. Will definitely tell others and use them when I need. Thanks!!

I stopped by out of blue with an issue and they were able to help out enough to get me on way took time out of their busy schedule to see me thru my issue. You don t see that much these days. Really appreciate that Jim and Amy.

HONEST MECHANIC - It's not easy to find one, until now. Precision is amazing. They're completely honest, professional, extremely knowledgeable & their pricing is very fair. They don't try to rip you off like other mechanics do.I brought my van in after taking it to another mechanic for a problem. That mechanic ripped me off & didn't even fix the problem.Precision took my van for a ride & immediately diagnosed the problem AND it cost me less then the other place.Save yourself the time, money & frustration. Take your vehicle to Precision. It's the ONLY place I'll ever go from now on.

Amy was so helpful and understanding when I couldn't pay for the services right away so let me keep my car at the shop until I came up with the money, I'm from San Antonio and that wouldn't happen down there, they wouldb probably chargea storage fee, they're also very knowledgeable and fair

We always take our cars to Precision Auto to be repaired. They show me the parts they had to fix so I can see what was wrong, and they are very reasonably priced. I never feel cheated with what they charge, and they always give a courtesy call a little later to see if the car is running well. I've even had some problems that were minor, so they told me how to fix over the phone. They're very friendly and competent.

This review is a couple years overdue. As far as I can see, The mechanic and lady (I think her name was Amy?) that run the place who did the work on my old ford ranger still work there. I brought the ranger in because I went to start it one day and it just got stuck at 3000 RPMs and wouldn't go down after ignition. I brought it to them and the problem was diagnosed as a faulty air flow regulator valve that had gotten stuck open. Back then I was completely illiterate with vehicle maintenance. I didn't have any cash on me and my debit card had been locked because I got tried to get gas at a pump that wasn't working one too many times (Bank thought it was stolen, so they locked it because I had swiped it like 4 times at a bad pump). Because of this, I'd have to drive all the way back to town to withdraw cash from the bank. They offered to do the repair first and allow me to drive the vehicle to get the money, then come back and pay for the repairs because they were worried that continued driving of the vehicle while stuck at 3000 RPMs would damage the transmission. I think the repair took around 40 minutes (most of which was spent waiting on the part to be delivered). After it was done, the vehicle ran like it was new again. About two weeks later they even gave me a courtesy call and asked if everything was still running fine with the vehicle (It was).These guys were amazing. I no longer have the Ford Ranger (Wanted a newer car that got more than 16 mpg). I now have a Nissan that just recently came off the dealers CarDoc program. They will be getting all future repairs and maintenance the vehicle needs.Thanks again guys. I apologize that it took me so long to write a review.
