Came in to have 2 tires swapped on a very expensive set of 2 peice wheels and they managed to damage both wheels unbelievable. Didn't notice until i got home i know they're not gonna do anything about it so what do you do. I wouldn't have even left this review probably if I'd not gotten a random text about leaving a review. Will never take anything back there again.

I had to go on a trip this weekend. I called to see if they had a slot open to change my oil and rotate my tires. Customer Service was so friendly and helpful. I got in that day. Now I can go take care of my brother, who has cancer, knowing my car will be dependable.

Been coming here for years. Reasonable prices. I always know that the job will be done right with no tricks. Even they do make a mistake which they never have with me ( personally). They are quick to fix it. I never worry when my car is in the hands of porters.

Very efficient service. I was able to get into a bay as soon as I arrived. Instead of just plugging the tire, they inspected it, then removed it from the rim, used a high quality plug system costing the same or less than the traditional plug process. Friendly people, good service. Highly recommended.

Professional and courteous and knowledgeable! Brakes suddenly were making a terrible noise. Drove right over to Porter s and were able to drive home same day. Thanks

The people are always friendly and helpful. Ran over a screw and didn't realize it and it got embedded in the tread and wasn't able to be patched. Thankfully I got the warranty with my tires I bought last year and they got us a new one from the warehouse and had us back on the road in no time. I Always bring my car here for anything they can do.

Mr. Electric of East Tennessee uses Porter's Tire Store as a primary way to keep the maintenance up on our work vehicles. Obviously our Electrical Technicians put many daily miles on our work vans as they respond to our cherished customers in East Tennessee & beyond. Safe working vehicles are our main concern for our drivers. Porter's Tire Store is definitely an option if you want the job done right on any vehicle you own. I have a 38 foot Diesel Motorhome that was in need of (6) tires. I searched on the internet and found several brands at various prices. I was disturbed at the prices that I was seeing so I thought . I want to keep my money local and support the local businesses in the area so I went to Porter s Tire Service at the 25E Store and spoke to James.( I have purchased tires for my other passenger vehicles) I advised James that I was in need of (6) tires for my motorhome. We discussed the size 295/75/22.5 in the Hankook Brand. ( I began thinking it would take 4-5 business days to get this done) James and I discussed the requirements of the stamp on the motorhome from the Manufacturer on tire size. James reassured me that the Hankook Brand and size would fulfill the requirement. I said give me the total price installed. James advised the total cost and I was very pleased as it was a better price than I observed on the internet. I said order them and let me know when to have my motorhome here to have them installed. James advised that he could get them overnight and have them installed the next day. It kept getting better and better. This all took about 15 minutes to seal the deal. I delivered my motorhome to the shop the next morning by 0800hrs and they completed the installation by 1400hrs. James called and advised that my tires had been installed and was ready for pickup. So I m giving a BIG SHOUT OUT to James and the Commercial Service Staff at PORTER S TIRE for doing an EXCELLENT JOB from start to finish on Price , Availability, and Speedy Service ! If you are in need of tires for your passenger car or larger vehicles . Please give Porter s Tire an opportunity to serve your needs.

My experience with Porter's has Always been Awesome. This Visit was Such an Awesome Special Day. Went to have Lug nut Replaced & Oil Change. When I got there to pkup Truck I was Surprised with New Tires as well from my Fianc� calling them & Having them Surprise me when I went to pk it up. THEY Made My Birthday So Awesome:) Thank U Porter's

I can not say enough about how nice these people were! Prices are fair and in line with what I have been pricing. However the woman that answered the phone, explained everything to the dollar. There was no suprises when they were all done, did not "talk me up" to something else. Friendly, fast, and was worth my drive there. All I can say is thank you very much for a job well done!

This was my 3rd and last attempt to give them my business. Each time, the tech has overlooked, or as in this latest visit, simply ignored my request to inflate the front tires to 35 PSI and rears to 33. It was written in big text on the work order; it in on the label inside the driver's door. When asked if he had followed my request, he said no, he just inflated them all the same. WHY???
