Patrick was able to help us obtain very reasonable financing considering our suboptimal credit score and we were able to get in the car that worked best for our family. He definitely put in the work to make it happen. Easy to get in touch with. No waiting on hold or being transferred. LOVE our new car and so thankful for Patrick and Andrew.

We have bought several vehicles here thru the years and we love parkway auto . They are always very helpful with anything you need. Patrick and Andrew will hook you up on a wonderful vehicle .. Have not bought a bad vehicle at parkway auto.. When we pulled up on the lot, Andrew met us with zero pressure but answered all the questions we had. We drove it home for the weekend knowing what the listed price was. However, Monday after some hiccups with one bank, Patrick worked to make a great deal and even added in some bonuses to sweeten the deal! We were highly satisfied with our experience and customer service at Parkway! We will be back for our next car purchase!

I had a wonder experience purchasing my new truck at parkway Auto sales. Unlike most dealerships parkway does not pressure you into making a decision on a Vehicle. They allow you to take time and find the right vehicle your looking for. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle!!

Came here after my old car had broken down once again in search of something more dependable. Not only did Patrick and Nate put me in something dependable, but the car I left in was way nicer than I thought I was going to be able to afford! The team there was so laid back and didn t rush out to pester me on the lot which was already a plus for me, as I hate being badgered as soon as I step out of the car. I had experienced this with other car lots and it was a huge turnoff for me. The team there waited for me to look and then when I was ready, I could come find them. I absolutely LOVED this! The car I was sent home with is in such excellent condition and you can tell the team there took care of it! It s been about two months and I m still absolutely in love with my purchase as well as the service I received at Parkway! I will definitely be back for my future purchases as well as sending everyone else down to Patrick and Nate!

We came here just looking without any intention of really buying a car. Just seeing what they had available. I love the fact that I was able to look around without being pressured into buying. When I was ready to test drive a couple, Nate was so very helpful. Then after driving my favorite, Patrick offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. Patrick went above and beyond to put me in my new vehicle. I am so happy with my purchase. I referred my daughter, which also purchased a vehicle from Patrick. I will be back to get my husband one next. I am so pleased with my purchase that I recommend this place to everyone.

This was the easiest transaction I have ever made when purchasing a vehicle. Patrick and Nate listened to our needs and wants, and placed us in our new vehicle. I just bought a car from parkway yesterday. They were friendly and very helpful. No hassle over price. No pressure to buy. They didn't greet me at my car either .I got a great deal quick. I didn't even have to spend the whole day there while they tried to get a deal done. Highly recommend these guys and I'll definitely be buying from them in the future.

Greatest people I've encountered on a business deal. Was needing a truck super fast and I got one. The whole crew was awesome. Love my GMC truck. They also showed me all the bells and whistles. I've been through the drive through at McDonald's and it took longer than it did to drive my new truck home. The truck is in immaculate condition. Thanks again yall. You really changed my life for the best.

I purchased my Kia here, and I loved the fact that no one was pushy. They let me take my time and look around. They answered all my questions even if they had to call someone else up to get answers. They threw in 3 months of SiriusXM free. Car washes also. They were great at getting the tags for the Kia in good timing. I got an excellent deal! No one else would work with me at other dealerships and I had cash, but Parkway really did great for me! $3,500 below kelly blue book value! I love Parkway! A+++

Like to thank Andrew and his team for making a great car purchase experience for my niece a few days ago, she was jacked around with a couple of the new car dealerships around town and was over it. I took her to Parkway Auto s and she got what she wanted with Andrew at Parkway Auto s, he sat her down and explained how the whole process worked. He didn t have the vehicle she wanted but he found one for her, he worked hard for his customer. After he found it for her he dispatched his team to go after it, the next day it arrived! The process is quite remarkable, after the car arrives it goes to his mechanic for a check to make sure there s not a problem with it; every vehicle goes through that process. I have bought 2 vehicles from him and have not one single problem with them, keep up general maintenance they will last. I really like how he shared the process with her and myself, very transparent; she is 21 and this has been a great first-time car purchase experience for her, he took her step by step through the whole process. Now she is a proud owner of a 2017 Jeep Renegade and tickled to death with her new vehicle. If you are in the market for a vehicle, check out Parkway Autos on 25-E in Morristown, TN.

My wife and I visited several local dealerships and by far were treated much much better by Andrew and his staff, they were not only extremely kind and professional but so courteous of our time and needs in a vehicle there is not enough good things we can say. If you are looking for a great car, and wonderful people please go see them you won't be disappointed we love love love our car and will buy more from these great folks

Me and my fianc� just purchased a 2016 Kia Optima from Parkway Auto Sales. They were truly a blessing to us because yesterday our car started acting up. We were stressed and didn't have a clue what we were going to do. I have been wanting a optima for the last year or two and I told my fianc�. So today we walked in without high hopes because we know we have done this before and have walked away being so disappointed. Needless to say...Patrick that sold us the car made it a VERY easy process for us. He is such a good guy that really only wants to help you! Literally took the stress off of us by taking care of us! We are both feeling extremely happy and blessed! Thank you Patrick and Parkway Auto Sales for being such a blessing to me and my family! I highly recommend them to anybody!

Bought a miata there in feb. They added gap insurance without asking ($829). paid off car in a week. Went to dealer signed form to cancel insurance. Wont refund my $829. Called insurance, they never cancelled insurance. Insurance said it must b cancelled by dealer. Still making excuses like 'working on it call me next week). May and still not got my money. He said insurances fault and was going to email me papers (fax confirmation). Never received email he promised. Probably will end up in court. No telling how many customers hes sone that too and they didnt know the extra charges. When paid off bank and inquiring about the gap insurance.Manager said the 829 for gap insurance was way too high!. Anyone buying a car from them check that .
