Today employee told us that the store manager doesn t allow price matching so we put the product back. Apparently it s better to sell nothing than to price match a local competitor.

The staff was friendly and efficient. This is a nice location and everything was well stocked and organized. I would definitely stop there the next time I have auto needs.

If 0 stars were an option, that's what I'd give. I only get so much time for lunch, and before I went on my break, I called ahead to make sure they could mix my paint code in touch up. I told them the code and the name of the paint.... Twice. The person to whom I spoke (who sounded barely awake) said both times "no problem". So, I'm thinking "Great! This gives me just enough time to pick up at lunch!"Wrong! I get there, and not only do they not have my paint code, but they don't even custom mix touch up paint (I know O'Reilly has done this in the past because I've bought countless touch up containers from them over the years). So, my whole lunch break is shot for absolutely nothing. To make matters worse, the help was conversing between themselves in front of customers about how they hate it when customers argue. I think they thought I had left the store.

Came in looking for a new battery for my car, and was pleasently greeted by Kevin. Kevin had a very nice and professional demeanor, and had an answer to every question I asked. Explained the differences in the batteries and their warranties. Kevin even took the step to change the battery in my car! All the while staying very polite and well minded. Overall, I would never go anywhere else, the warrenties offered by this place are amazing and have very competitive pricing!

Great friendly service and will meet others prices. They always have the best quality of parts! If an associate does not have an answer for you, he will ask others in order to get you the right help. Phone service is great like that as well.

I was in town for the holiday and had car issues and went to O reillys and was helped by Rob and he was awesome! He Not only helped me find out which car part I needed but also helped me put it on ! I give him 10 stars. He was friendly and more then helpful!

Tech placed an order when I was getting a price. Price was too high so I told him to cancel. He didn't know how so I went ahead and paid anyway. The store called me and said the part was in, when I got to the store nobody could find the parts. I was the only one in the store and it took 20 minutes.

Some good info about the local mechanic's. I feel rather pressured sometimes. Like I'm being upsold or have an unecessary product offered to me. Someone who doesn't know cars is where they try to up sell or take advantage of the opportunity for a sale.

Great people to deal with. They get the job done and care for the customers. They take their time to look up up the part your lookin for. Felt great when leaving the store. All the employees where pleasant and greetings where the best compared to other part stores that don't do any of the above. They also will do there best to match competitors pricing.

They had the front wiper blades for the vehicle, but not the back. Rather than trying to get them at that store, the salesperson provided the part # & told us which store had them. I wasn't impressed!

They have great service. And I love the price comparison and matching the price. Batteries and oil change specials are cheaper here than most places. If they sold tires and if they where cheap it would be the car/truck all stop in one.

This place doesn t care about customer service at all! This is the worst place. My third bad experience this month and I won t have another one because I won t be back. This time we were getting a part and the person I was with was speaking to the woman behind the counter and while he was talking she wasn t looking at us and in mid sentence she turns her head to shout across the room to a co-worker. It was bad enough she didn t ask if there was anything else or any form of greeting or good customer service, but this was just extremely rude. Get better employees.

That Taylor chap gives the best service I have ever received from a mechanic shop and any O'Reilly Auto Parts I have ever visited, therefore I demand he be given a raise thank you top brass.

I visited this location a few weeks ago. I was on crutches and the staff were very helpful getting things from the shelves for me so I wouldn't have to hobble thru the store. Sherry Stevenson is a fantastic manager, excellent customer service at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Morristown, TN.

Luke Underwood(staff) started calling my girlfriend a cheater and then was talking about it to other customers. He preceded to say better be careful and all I needed was car parts not someone smack talking my girlfriend.

Never get the same belt twice at the same place because they will change the price it will go up so don t get ripped off like thispeople

I had to drive over 3 times before they ordered the correct part. When your only vehicle is broke down and I had to ask a friend for a ride there were 5 people inconvenienced in a cramped up hot car on a 50 mile round trip.

Wonderful place to get Auto Parts very nice and respectful employer's. If they do not have the parts you need they are more then glad to order your parts for you. I myself give O'Reily Auto Parts, 2320 W Andrew Johnson Hwy, in Morristown Tn BOTH THUMBS UP...

I have on 2 separate occasions been given the wrong parts. This has caused an extreme inconvenience both times and a lot of wasted time. Employees used to be knowledgeable and helpful and the new staff is a joke! Time to go elsewhere after using this store for all my automotive needs for more than 10 years!

The only auto parts store I use. Was given an entirely wrong part by 'the other guys' who wouldn't take it back saying they don't take used parts.... will never go anywhere else but O'Reilly!
