Use (Ray) with Sunset Towing instead, they won't leave your stranded. I called Morristown Towing, Mr. Davis said it will be a couple of hours if you can get to your truck with keys and money. So I did and he never answered phone again. Instead of just answering and saying I don't want to do it or I changed my mind he decided to just leave a woman stranded. I should have known better when towing wasn't spelled correctly . I wish there was a way to leave zero star because this company doesn't even deserve one.

My friend and I called four other towing services. Each one either never called back or refused to get the truck due to "the grass being wet" which it wasn't.This company showed up in a little less than an hour. Even when they were a bit late, they at least called and updated us! The man was an absolute blessing. This is now our #1 towing company.

We broke down at dusk off of I-81S in Tennessee exit 15. We had been traveling from PA to AL with our 6 rescue dogs. Our Lug studs all sheared off and we lost our rear wheel. The tow truck driver was very nice, He was helpful and kind.

Such helpful people would recommend 100 times over.I was so upset with my truck running out of gas on a windy road, nearly getting hit, he came and was there in less than 30 minutes.

Randy showed up to my house to move a storage shed for me. He was quick to get it done with no problems. He leveled it out in the place I had him move it to and it was spot on when he was done. I'd recommend this service to anyone that would ask. Thanks again Randy for your hard work couldn't have got it done without.

Y'all these people are saints! Not only did the owner get up at 5am and come to Bean Station to save me but he probably aaved my car as well. We had been waiting over 4 hours on a man who was already in Grainger County who never showed up. We were cold wet muddy a little broken hearted and beyond stuck. But on recommendation we called MTR and they absolutely saved the day. I could NEVER say enough how wonderful he was

You never pick my Kia Sportage up like you told me you would so not happy at all you just flat out loud and then wouldn't answer my call so no not happy if you're not going to do something you shouldn't tell people you're going to
