Moore's is the GREAT! place to go for your truck repair. If i can give them 10 stars i will! Very professional from mechanics to the managements. Their system of communications its surpises me and they will find the way to help you to fix your truck WOW! I will definately come back here in future repair when i pass by Knoxville, TN area. The brakes were not adjusted correctly on my dump truck. This caused the truck to roll while parked smashing into the back of my 3/4 ton truck. The business stated they were not responsible in any way. I offered the business an easy out by just replacing my bumper and tailgate and we would go on our separate way. The rear axle brakes had a 1/4" gap between pad and drum when the air brakes were applied. The experience was unfortunate due to the good and friendly nature of the family who owns the business.
