Chris and team in the service department were amazing. We were visiting the area on vacation when we suddenly had transmission issues, and Chris was able to take care of us. It was a 2-day job but they set us up with a rental car and kept us super up to date on the progress. The technician stayed several hours past closing on Saturday night to finish the job so we could drive home the next day. I m completely amazed by this team and would recommend them to anybody. Thanks so much guys!!

Everyone in service is super helpful and professional! Nice customer lounge waiting area that offers refreshments! I got an oil change and it was honestly the first time I ve ever enjoyed waiting on a vehicle. They were quick with it too!

Super quick service! I had my last oil change at another Honda and it took over 2.5 hours! I was super impressed. The waiting rooms were clean and had good coffee. Austin Lee was my service advisor and he was equally as great! Super friendly and knowledgeable!

Today was extremely stressful for us once we got feedback on our car from the service tech Austin. But he carefully explained everything needed, what was most important to repair 1st & what could wait a bit. He was very reassuring, answered every question we had, was very knowledgeable & put us at ease. So grateful we decided to go with Honda Morristown instead of another Honda dealer. Thanks Austin!

I love Honda of Morristown. They are very knowledgeable and talk to you if something is wrong and needs fixed. Everything is explained and if you ask questions they don t make you feel like you are being a bother to them like a lot of places. Live them and that s why I will always take my to Honda of Morristown. Thank you guys for being you!!! Amazing.

Our service advisor, Austin, offered high quality service when we brought our CRV in for an emergency repair. He was considerate and prompt in getting a solution for our car issue. A new part had to be ordered which required us to return the next day. While not ideal, Austin and the tech completed the repair in 15 minutes. Their attention to offering top notch customer service was greatly appreciated.

Bought a new Honda CR-V. Couldn t have had a better experience.Nate and Seth were great. No high pressure and I got exactly what I wanted, at a very fair price Having moved recently from out of state and being accustomed to working with a dealer for 25 years I didn t know what to expect from Morristown Honda, but was treated like an old and valued customer. Highly recommend.

Service personnel were knowledgeable and courteous. My only complaint was that it took 3 hours. But in the course of servicing my vehicle, they found and fixed a loose brake caliper which could have been catastrophic! Thanks to Honda Morristown!

Just wanted to give a special shout out to Honda Morristown and particularly Wes in the service department!I took my Accord in for my 100k maintenence and the service I received far exceeded my anticipated expectations.Wes took the time to explain the "why" for every necessary item needed for maintenence and was patient with me when I had any questions.The whole staff was genuinely friendly throughout the process beginning with setting up my appointment all the way through to handing me back my keys!No complaints whatsoever all praise! I honestly didn't expect the experience I received from a dealer of a small/midsized city.Thanks Honda Morristown!

Took my 2017 Accord in @1000 for a simple oil change. I guess this deal includes a tire rotation as part of the service. We got the car back after 5:00, having waited all day, based primarily on your mechanics having to drill out a stripped wheel stud that occurred during the tire rotation. When they gave us the keys back to drive away, the tire low pressure light was on, and we had to have dealership folks take a picture of the damaged rim due to the work done on the wheel stud. To be honest, the dealership offered us a free future oil change, and to have their tire rim guy look at the damaged rim....but not confident in their ability to do relatively easy things on my car any longer.

I needed to have a 4 wheel alignment done on my 2018 accord. I came by on Wednesday and talked with Sokol Oruglica. He informed me he could get me in and done the next morning with a quick service appointment. I arrived at 0800 and was taken right in. At 0915 I was informed my car was complete. Sokol had all the paperwork and briefed me on what was done and he informed me of some maintenance that needed looked at. The maintenance had already been completed. But it was Important that they inform me which shows they was thinking of my safety. The other information I requested for 2 recalls was explained to me by Sokol that they had been put on hold due to a problem with one and the other was on hold due to parts. A very good informed young man. Being a trained and certified ASE mechanic, I will definitely be bringing my car back in the future. Keep up the good work.

I took a friend to have a repair on the infotainment center in his used car purchase. The service took less time than quoted, the waiting room did get full and it would be nice to have some outdoor seating away from a smoking area but overall I was impressed with service department and efficiency.

My service manager, Daryl (not sure about spelling), was tremendous in every way. He was informative, friendly, and very helpful. It was worth the drive from Knoxville.

The service (recall) was quickly done with what seemed to be deep consideration. However, they said the owners manual wasn t in the glove box. Upon checking when I returned home, it was in the glove box. Apparently, the piece of paper and flossers were not moved in order to look for the manual.

Austin is a good listener. He really sees your service from your point of view. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with information on future visits. BTW, I had stopped going to Honda. I'm glad Austin was there to help me change my mind about this service dept.

Great to have Saturday appointments available! Wait was short, waiting area and restrooms were clean and comfortable, and customers are kept updated on their vehicle while they wait.

I had been dealing with another service advisor when I took my Honda Pilot back for the second time in the same week! However that advisor was off and our previous agreement was not recorded! I was not happy at all !!! However Austin Lee was there to help me! He made several phone calls got me a loaner and has been a joy to work with!! He has kept me informed about my car every step of the way!!! Thank you sir !!

I ve had my car a week and 2 days, today they call and say oh hey there s been an issue at the bank (because of my credit, I ll take full responsibility for that) but we ve found a different bank. However your payments are going to be higher. Why am I just now hearing about this? I was told he d been on vacation. Call me crazy but I think loans should be watched out by everyone in the finance department. Because now I m past my 3 days buyer remorse, I m past my 5 days to trade for something of equal or lesser value. So I m paying $40 less than the car I traded in to get a cheaper car payment. They sat on this for over a week and now I have no recourse. I m stuck with a car that s 2 years older and 30,000 more miles than the trade and paying $40.00 less. Upon further review, I m not the only one this has happened to. However, it will be the last time and only time. I will not be back.

For yge third time in a row they take over 2 hours to perform an oil change. I did ask them to CHARGE my AC and they performed a diagnostic of it without telling me and trlling me the cost of $159. They should have informed me of the cost before doing it and then they did not charge it and tell me.tge compressor needs replaced for $968. My van satvoutside with no service rep to give me the keybfor 40 minuted. After 3 straight terribl experiences in a row I will never go backServices: Air conditioning, Oil change

A totally positive First Class Experience! Clint, Darius and Todd are Rock Stars! They explained the purchase of my Ridgeline from bumper to bumper. Clint showed all the details of the features and helped with a super smooth transaction with my trade in to a trade UP!. Highly recommend! Buy from these guys!

I pay for an extended warranty on the car. The service department tried to pass off the service on my car to my extended warranty service even though due to mileage it should be covered through Honda still. I reviewed the video that the technician sent us. It is clear that a clip broke on the air box which allowed foreign debris to go through and into my turbo causing my issue. Honda refused to fix the car under warranty stating that because debris damaged the turbo it is not covered, even though the root cause of the issue is the malfunction of the air box that allowed debris through to start with. I will be in further contact.

Tyler and the staff at Morristown Crest Honda did great job of making my experience smooth and enjoyable. I had a issue with rear differential fluid change. They diagnosed that I had a some lower control arms that were crack. I had a short timeframe to get done. Tyler and service did all they could to assist with my issue and did a great job on the work.

The he service representative was very kind and did a great job explaining servicing my 2020 Honda Pilot needed. The only reason I didn t give 5 stars is because I scheduled my recall appointment online, which is where I was sent when I called to make an appointment; however, when I got to my appointment they didn t have me down for a recall and one of the parts had to be ordered. Now I have to go back to the dealership to drop off my car and pick it up the following day. The online appointment computer needs to have a more fail safe way to get the correct information to the service department.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

Gabriel made the car buying experience a breeze. He answered all my questions quickly and with accuracy.My only complaint is when I was doing my final paperwork the finance man was super pushy trying to get me to purchase a $4k "service" package. I told him no firmly numerous times and he persisted until man #2 understood that I meant no. He wasn't very pleasant with me through the remainder of my time spent processing paperwork. I wanted to read over what was being signed since denying the package was such a big deal.
