Very over priced! Did not have any prices posted or information about service available. Very unprofessional, foul language used by employees. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

The short white guy was kind of rude, but the 2 Hispanic guys were very nice and respectful. I would have rather of had a full on oil change with the works though, 72 bucks for just a basic oil change without changing the filter is expensive.. nor did they have the windshield wipers I needed in stock. It's ok but nah we won't be back.

They check everything lube, coolant, lights, air pressure. It took me 10 min. Oil change and filter. Prices are reasonable. I'm going back

I love this place! Every time I have ever taken a car to them the service is always fast, the techs and customer service employees are always very friendly, and the price is always good. The change the oil, check filters and fluids, top off anything needed, and vacuum all in about 15-20 minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Morristown looking for a good job done fast

Great experience! I usually get my oil changed at Walmart and end up waiting 2+ hours. Here it literally took like maybe 15 minutes and the staff was very nice. I'll definitely be going here from now on!

First let me say 5 stars for Beth and the crew but 2 stars for price now with new owner. I've used them for over 30 years with my local car dealership fantastic service no BS about selling you things you don't need unlike everywhere else. The new owner just raised the prices up so much I now have to use another local place I trust Porters tire, being a car dealer I hear all the stories of the oi change l places in town so be careful and you get what you pay for. Avoid Wal-Mart at all costs!

This is my second time getting an oil change here since returning to Morristown for work. For just an oil change it's on the high end of what I have gotten elsewhere. At today's visit the worker cashing me out rang up my card for 600 extra dollars. They caught it thirty minutes later but needed me to return to the store with my card to issue the refund. I could have paid better attention to the receipt but this oversight was inconvenient in several ways.

The whole staff go over and beyond! Very nice and friendly people! My daughter will not go any other place. She took her SUV and was told it was too soon to change her oil! I love knowing they care about their clients, they could have made her waste her money! Thank you all at Express Lane!!

Excellent customer service! I needed a headlight on my vehicle and they did not have one in stock. The service technician actually went to another store and bought one and installed it for me. Thanks Express Lane and Oil for going the extra mile!

I have had my oil changed here for years. The staff is friendly and helpful and will remember things about your preferences regarding services provided. What I like most about visiting Express Lane is that there is no "Would you like fries with that?'" Many oil change specialists attempt to pressure customers into purchasing services that they did NOT come in for. None of that here, but they will alert you to any real issues that require attention. I have had this happen once in three years. Fast and economical to boot!

Very unprofessional.. tore engine cover off my daughters car and stripped it. Just changing oil . The cover wasn t supposed to be removed . They don t know how to change oil properly. My daughters car has been screwed up since ..she s got this worked on twice it s still not staying on . She had to spend money to fix their negligence. Stranded out on road with it dragging twice. She reported immediately to this place that it was damaged . Their reply was Whatever didn t even offer her a refund after tearing up her car. Train your people how to change oil if that s your business!! Not tear up people s cars!!Service: Oil change

Hello my name is Beth I am the manager at the east end Express Lane. We are celebrating 32 years of being opened. Locally owned an operated. An going strong. Thank you for your continued business!!! We are all about giving everyone the best service possible. However we do have to look out for safety precautions. Quite a few times we've had folks accidently start their vehicle. When asked if the could give the mileage without starting their vehicle. They don't mean to. But the guys don't want to lose fingers or hands either. So I personally ask everyone if I can get in for a second. I promise I'm not looking for anything other than mileage. An to reset your maintenance. It's my responsibility to look out for everyone. We have lawyers come in. We have surgeons an nurses come in. We have families come in. As well as everyone who fits in between. An appreciate every single one of you. Thank you for continuing to come an let us service your vehicles. God bless

They are friendly and show u if a filter needs to be change out or similar. They even asked if I wanted my car to be vacuumed. This is included if u want it done. When they are finished and before you pay, the guy will show u what they did. I would definitely keep using them for my oil change

I always get my oil changed here. Staff is real friendly there fast. It would be nice if they dropped a couple dollars off of oil change though it is a little pricey. But always go mobile one

Top notch, to those who complained, you must have been somewhere else. Beth & her crew are very nice & professional. As to those who said this place is pricey, I say you get what you pay for, their service & customer care are 2nd to none...

They didn't go over prices with oil changes which they should and on top of that they automatically pick the most expensive oil and charge you which is unprofessional. I would not go there again ridiculous.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I will not take my vehicle to any other place. I find the workers to be extremely friendly and respectful. I find that the prices are reasonable compared to other places around, and know I am getting good service.

Asked me to step out of my car so they could do the oil change.. that is why I came here.. so I didn t have to get out of the car. When asked why, the manager was rude and told me it was for her safety. I will never go back!

Awesome, best in town, they vaccum your car, almost never a wait, super quick and friendly. Also, I don't feel like I am being ripped off or nickel and dimed.

Nice people and great service they get you in and back on the road in mins and they dont try to sell you things that you dont need and they show you the best oil and they check all your fluids and vacuum out the cars
