Horrible services! Wouldn't dare recommend this place. Was not professional from the moment I walked til I left out. This old man told me he won't even look at my vehicle until I get a new battery. Like what? Who says that to a customer. When all I had was a question that he couldn't even answer. Not a great experience. Will never go back there.

Took care of my wiring issue fast and didnt hurt the wallet.The owner has a lot of mechanical experience,, you dont pay for what he does, you pay for what he knows.Got my Ram 1500 back straight.Thanx

Thought I needed an AC Compressor so I gave them a call so see what they would charge and they wanted to look at it before giving a price and I'm so glad that they are honest people! Mark did an amazing finding out that it was only a loose connection! saved me over $600, THANK YOU MARK!

Very pleasantly surprised with service! Very reasonably priced and worked quick. Brakes and rotors replaced in about an hour and a half. I was visiting from Pennsylvania when my brakes started acting up. They got me in quickly and were very polite. Definitely recommend!

This place is a joke. My girlfriends car had been dying for a couple days and we took it to Excel Auto Service. The mechanic drove it for about 2 minutes and then said there was nothing wrong with it and wouldn't take it in for service. Later that night her car died once again right in the middle of the road. What kind of worthless business won't accept your business? We WILL NEVER visit this place again and I urge you not to also so you don't waste your time.

I needed help with the AC in my car & I called early in the morning, was given an estimated price over the phone for the repair. I didn't need an appointment, just showed up about an hour later. The guy that I spoke with was nice and friendly. He stopped what he was doing, took a look at my car, was given 2 options to fix my AC. When a decision was made, the repair only took 30 minutes and the price that was given over the phone was the actual price I paid. The person that did the repair may have been the owner of the business, he was extremely nice and you could tell he knew what he was doing. I will absolutely take my car back if it needs repairs again.

Excel Auto Service truly helped us out in a pinch! Our vehicle had a water pump that went out during the 10 hour travel of a holiday trip. We were stranded and turned away from several other repair shops due to the short notice of the repair. But not here! Mark and Greg performed a hasty on the spot diagnostics while Trish gave excellent customer service, even going so far as to personally drive us to our hotel while the repair was underway. No more than 2 hours later we were informed that the repair was complete and we are back on the road. If you would like expert repair, quick service, and a fair price look no further than Excel Auto Service. Thank y all!

Went to this place because my car s engine kept dying when I tried to drive it. I wanted to go somewhere close by to where my car was last stranded in case it died on the way. The mechanic said he couldn t find anything wrong with it even though I kept telling him there was something wrong and I was afraid to drive it. He wouldn t take the car so we left. My car died in the middle of Buffalo Trail later that day.

Excellent service, great prices and professionals!! Thanks for coming to my rescue not once but twice! My Ford Escape runs like new and I made it safely back to Virginia. Would highly recommend Excel Auto Service! I truly appreciate you great people!!

Amazing service and such a honest mechanic!! He fixed my A/C in 30 mins after I was told it would be a major repair from another mechanic! Also the price was hundreds of dollars cheaper than I was told. I had an issue with a 2001 Toyota Camry. I called loads of places, they all said I would need a new engine and it would cost $$$. At the advice of a friend who uses Excel for the repairs he can't handle himself, I gave them a call. They actually asked to look at it, they found the REAL issue, and it wasn't the engine at all. They took care of it at less than half the cost of the next closest quote (again, non of the others asked to even look at it). These guys were great, honest and did great work. My wife and I are still using the care with no hiccups to this day (October will be be 2 years), and the engine is still running fine!

This place is great. They don't try to over charge. I took my car for brakes because my dealerships said my brakes were good. This place fixed my brakes rotors and also a bolt missing in the caliper. Will definitely go to this shop for any of my car needs.

Have taken my vehicle to excel three separate occasions. The work is always done right and on the same day. I have never been overcharged for service. Will go to excel every time

Owner seems honest service little slow but only one mechanic on duty besides owner price was little expensive for charging air conditioning but needed it
