I stopped in to the store today around 11am. I don't remember the people's names,but you couldn't have begged for a more courteous, accommodating group of individuals. The store was clean. I really enjoyed working with them. PS I'm a store manager out of another region. I stopped to contact my home store for other reasons. Well done!

Didn't catch the guy's name, but wanna thank him for helping me with my RV battery on 1/02/24. Woke up to a dead rig in 32� weather and I wasn't in the best mood.

Very friendly. When you walk thru the doors they greet you and ask how they can help you. Big company with a home town feeling.

Having battery trouble when you are out of town is horrible. Randy was our associate, and confirmed it was the battery, sized out the needed replacement, brought out the tools and new battery and we were on our way quickly and professionally. Amazing service. Thankyou.

Very good experience. They had a hard to find part for my truck. Jonathan set it aside and held it for me he was very courtesy. I would recommend this store.

Terry Bunch and the guys at this location were very helpful for me today when I experienced battery issues. I ve also bought two batteries from them that lasted years. Would recommend.

During the recent freeze, I called to see if they had any Diesel911, they had 3 bottles left. I asked them if they could hold me a bottle till I got there. There were the only auto parts store that would hold me a bottle when no other store would. A big thanks as it allowed me to make it to work the following Monday and not have wait forc the temp to warm up to de-gel the diesel in my car.

If there were more stars I would give them. ALWAYS a pleasant experience for both my wife and myself.Terry is always eager to help. I am not a car guy but he is and it shows. He really knows his stuff and gets us the best product for the price.They will ALWAYS get all of our business.

Professional, fast and almost always has my parts in stock! If they don't have my part, it typically only takes a half a day to get it in! I've only ever had an issue with one employee. But other than that, this is my go to for car parts!

In and out I don't go there much but they were nice and friendly. Bought oil change and new car battery. They said they would install it but I just wanted to do it myself. Good experience.

I had looked up a part on the AutoZone website and printed off the page with the exact product I needed. When I took it into the store, the clerk initially ignored it, and kept suggesting other parts (which were more expensive, natch). I finally had to insist that I did indeed want the part I had initially asked for. I'm not a fan of pushy sales tactics. Returning the first part that I purchased that was not the correct item was very easy, however.

All employees friendly and knowledgeable. Explain things in understandable terms. Always have what I need in stock. Never try to make you buy the higher price items.

I took my battery to get tested. Jonathon not only tested it, he cleaned the battery posts for me. He didn't have to clean it, but it's those extra steps that make the difference.

Stood ther Waiting to pay for my merchandise manager totally ignored me stood there for over 10 minutes while he was staying behind the counter doing whatever One of his buddies walked right up to the register disturbed down from me and he walks down to that register and waits on his body and then decides to finally wait on me

I got nothing. No help. And absolutely no one in that store willing to or able do you answer a simple question about a fuse. I'm glad the Honda I just bought was a joke to the Ford and Mopar men that work there. You should really really train your men better.

This is our "go-to" parts store. They keep in stock most items that you could possibly need. Plus, the staff members are helpful when you need an item that they have to order.
