Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They replaced 2 car batteries for me on my 2014 Chevrolet Malibu. The auxiliary battery was a little difficult to install but the tech kept at it. He was patient and kind and he obviously has worked extensively in customer care. Great job!

Very nice store associate with a great positive attitude. Went in for a cabin filter+ he found it for us immediately.He apologized when the online discount didn't work+ I paid the full price.

Went here for a simple part, they told me it would be $131.... left and went 2 minutes down the street and got the part for $3Lazy, and ridiculous. Save your $$ and time-- go elsewhere.

For the life of me they couldn't figure out what type of serpentine belt I needed for my truck when they did finally find the right belt well I believe it might have been the right belt. They said it was $58 I'm going around the corner to AutoZone they hooked me up in less than 10 minutes with a belt that was only $42 with tax lot of Wasted Time at advance

Always shop online at the Advance website. They always have a coupon for 15-20% off. You can buy it online and then pick it up a few minutes later in the store. Always great service from the employees and they have a good amount of parts on hand with the ability to get parts in within a day.

They had a car wash sale I bought 4 items for $20.00. Then they gave me a 3pack of micro-fiber towels for free. The man had a great attitude.and handled my questions it a fast manor.

I love the little red tag deals on this place. Idk if everybody knows this or not but I'll let you in on something I've learned, if you walk thru and see a red tag on an item for 50 cents or a dollar or two it really means that's how much it is. Did almost all our stocking stuffers for just a couple bucks. I'm surprised sometimes at what the price is on the red tags. Most def worth a walk through

I just bought a real expensive battery there and had no help putting it in because they were understaffed. The guy at the desk was so busy on the computer he couldnt help but he was very nice just not exactly helpful much because he was busy doing other stuff. Bottom line is They need more help. Their objective wasnt to care and get help for you at all it was typing on their computers. I had to make contact with them. They didnt offer to help me or greet me at the door. But the store is ok if you know what you need coming in and can put it on yourself.

Went for battery that was advertised on Google. Available for pick up. $44.99. I get there and out of stock. Next lowest price was$140. Beat it all the $45 one was USED. LMFAO.Now your suggesting that it's my fault. I have the advanced auto app and it said the same thing. I suggest that when you are wrong admit it and try to compensate your costumers time by giving some credit. Instead of ....

They always seem to have the part or whatever thing I might need. The staff is great also! It's not the best location because you have to be careful pulling in and out there as it's better to go on the side road and turn in instead of from the boulevard which you might bottom out or get hit in the tail end.

Just a parts store. Better prices can be found online. Staff is never knowledgeable. Also P0420 isnt always an o2 sensor issue. Make sure if you call to make sure the part you need is in their hand before you waste a trip. Napa is right across the street though. I'd rather go there.

Very helpful and knowledgeable today. Check engine light came on and spitting and sputtering. Happily put it on the diagnostic tool. Checked me out with plugs and wires for 3 cylinder misfires. Very friendly staff.
