On New Years Eve... My mom was craving some coffee. I walked into the shell the store was nicely cleaned you can tell they had been scrubbing the floors it smelled nice and clean. Then I was greeted by someone name Reese (Reece) not sure of the spelling he was extremely professional and helped me get the coffee from the machine. Amazing place especially on New years!!!!

So... I never really do reviews of gas stations, but I had to for this one! THE BATHROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS! I've been on the road traveling and haven't really been able to use it because the restrooms have been .... BABYYYYYYY! This restroom here was so clean!Also, the overnight worker Brent Kennedy was so pleasant and friendly despite it being early in the morning. He provided great customer service and that goes a long way! Keep up the great work at this location!

Quick in & out. Easy freeway access. Clean store with a donut shop attached. Very convenient. Friendly & helpful cashiers.

There is a Dunkin Go besides the Shell gas station.**Rest rooms are not clean**""Customer service was great""

Top tier gas for reasonable prices. Convenience store and dunkin donuts too! Very busy in the morning

Kinda high priced and gas isn't the greatest. It burns too fast and doesn't get that great mileage out of it ........but the good side is you usually can get in and out pretty quick

Would have given a higher rating but the woman working tonight was rude as she could be. Her name is Mary and she has this weird purplish hair and missing black teeth. I'm not the only one who has had to deal with her rudeness. My mom went in to get gas the other day and this crazy woman screamed at my mom. If I was her manager I wouldn't allow an employee to treat customers this way. That sort of behavior is totally out of line.

I get gas here often. I m not a fan of the pumps (the computers in them are finicky and if you need to cancel the transaction, it takes several minutes for the computer to kick you back to the select payment screen), but it s close and reasonably priced. It s nice that I can use my Kroger Rewards points when I fill up.

For such a small town this is a fantastic gas station! Located right off the interstate this store provides gas, coffee (cappuccino or regular), some prepared food, a great selection of drinks and snacks, as well as a public restroom. From my visits the store is clean and the staff is friendly.

Bathrooms are filthy and gas station floor as well, don t bring your children to these bathrooms

I went in here to cash a winning lottery ticket, I was told they didn't have the money.So I said can you save it up and cash it later to which the cashier said I don't keep that much money in the drawer.So I said if I give you 20 dollars will you cash it, to which he said yes.I ended up going to a different store to cash it, but the next time I was in there he was rude and told me he waited on me to cash the ticket.He threw my items on the countertop and huffed and puffed the whole time.If you are going to sell lottery a person should be able to cash a ticket back in considering they have no problem taking my money to purchase the tickets.

Excellent stop off before you get to Cookeville. Clean restrooms just kinda small. Love the fact they sell both types of phone charger and will even allow you to take them out and make sure they work after purchasing or bring back in for a return or refund so you are not stuck with a cheaper charger that does not work.

Man, I was lol idk ok, I need some gas, and it was like ok, here you go, and I had a little trouble with the debit card, they said the machines were dirty, but I ran my card as credit and that worked, and the debit worked fine for my fro us I got inside. Nice people. Clean. Nice bathroom. Clean. I will go back when I need gas again.

I had a bad experience with this gas station I had 15 miles in my truck and I put 15$ and it didn't give any gas what they sold me was afraid I told the cashier and she said she couldn't do anything all they did was steel my money. Freaking robbers bro

Dont know yet stop and filled up made it about 2 miles truck started sputtering and eventually died at cookville got towed to Cumberland dodge in cookville awaiting results thinking water in gas will updated shortly

Took forever to pay the clerk cash for my lawn mower gas. Long frustrating line due to inability to resolve a customer's credit card.

Coolers that all the drinks are in are barely even cold they too cheap to turn em down I hate payin almost $2 for a Mt Dew and it's not even cold

Quick stop to get gas. I didn't interact with the attendant. The bathroom wasn't spotless, but it was clean enough.
